• Cori (10/5): - We loved the location of the resort. It was within walking distance of Duvall street and so many restaurants. Even though it is close to everything it was very quiet and peaceful. The small private beach was nice to return to after seeing the sights. The staff was super friendly too. Would stay here again if we return to Key West.
• Leigh (10/5): - We loved our stay! Just know the 3rd floor suites are 152 stairs with NO elevator. For some reason there is frequently a sulfur/sewage smell that is quite unpleasant:( Staff very helpful and they will take your luggage if you ask🌴☀️🌴☀️

• Michael (10/5): - Great location. Room was clean and plenty big enough (1 bedroom suite). The grounds were great. Pool area was always clean. Worked cleaned the decks by the room every day. Staff was super friendly. There isn’t much to do at the resort except hang out by the pool or ocean but that was perfect for us. I would recommend staying here.
• Gaylord (10/5): - We enjoyed staying at the C301 apartment. We had a good time, and the condo was clean. The room was clean, airy, and the beds were comfortable, and everything worked. We did notice ants near the side table in the bedroom, but nothing to be overly concerned about. There was a dove/pigeon right outside nesting under the awning where it would make a lot of cooing noise that would wake us up early in the morning, again, nothing to be concerned about, but worth noting.
• Tiffany (10/5): - We so appreciated the location of this place. We so appreciated how close it was to everything and then to be able to walk out and go to the pool or the hot tub or the beach was just perfect
• George (10/5): - There were a few problems figuring out how to work things, especially the tv. But the staff was very fast to respond. The phone didn't work at all, so I had to use my cell phone or walk over to the front desk. This was a time-share property, so no maid service. But washer/dryer was free and so were all the soaps.

• Robert (10/5): - Our "studio" room was a little disappointing. A microwave and small fridge were stuffed into a closet - without a useable space for the coffee pot. The room did not have a table and only had 1 chair. (The room was clean and the king bed was nice.) I'm still giving 5 stars because the grounds, pool, and beach were so beautiful and well-maintained. I've seen reviews that complained about seaweed on the beach but I could see that the beach was raked every morning. The location was great.
• molly (10/5): - This property is perfect because of the location, the view is wonderful. Restaurant is great! However the parking garage will WRECK the bottom of your vehicle when driving into it. Do not attempt it if you have a low car!!! Steet parking is a better bet unless you wanna take your car to the shop to get fixed.

• Robin Marie (8/5): Coconut Beach King Studio room - Studio Room as advertised with the King bed was extremely small. Basically a bed crammed into a small room. Room was advertised as garden view, no view at all, was corner unit and shutters on windows prevented light coming in and any view. Bathroom extremely small as well. Room was clean however extremely small just bed, No place to sit. Not worth the $ rate charged. Pool and beach area very nice.

• Stephen (10/5): - Nice and quiet on the south side of Key West. Beach is pleasant, nice spa and reasonably sized pool. Most rentals have an ocean view. A couple of nice restaurants in walking distance, but you will need a ride to get to the touristy parts of Key West.

I thought I did my due diligence in that however the room we had faced the water but a huge tree was in our way. Lastly, the bed was not very comfortable. Staff very helpful, room was in great condition.

• Denise (8/5): Loved our stay - Very cute room. Great AC. I didn't take into consideration carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs. I wish they had groomed the seaweed off the beach. But, looking at the other hotels they did not as well. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend.
• John (2/5): They need more security cameras - Parked my car in the hotel's parking garage. Came back to our room one night at about 10:30, about 10 minutes later, my alarm went off. I checked it out and the glove boxes were open. Nothing appeared to be taken and no obvious damage but now my alarm is not working properly. They have no security cameras in the garage and only 2 on a property that has 3-5 buildings. The security guard's shift does not start until 11 pm. My wife was scared so we cut our trip short. Front desk staffer said she would try to get me a refund. No update yet. On a minor scale, the lever that sends the water from the bathroom spout to the showerhead broke the first time we used it. They fixed it the next day but it partially broke later that night. Water still went to the showerhead tho

• Miranda (10/5): - We got a great rate through searching on Google. This property is a hidden gem. Right on the beach in a beautiful, quiet, residential part of Key West. Family friendly & walkable to southern most point. Lots of restaurants nearby, next door at other resorts to use also.

Our kitchen was fully stocked with all the conveniences you need. The view is fabulous and there is a restaurant right beside the resort. We had a wonderful time and will be back!!

Really what your paying for in there amenities, the pool area is great and beach is very nice. I think its price point is a little expensive for what it is. Overall alright. Staff at front desk were not really helpful at all.

Rita at the front desk went out of her way to help us print my son’s math HW too. She was so kind and helpful! That little extra attention was amazing and solidifies that we will absolutely return to the Coconut Beach Resort.

• Paul (8/5): - Rooms are very small and had dated furniture and decor. Little room to relax as there was only one chair. Small walkway outside the room with little privacy. Walls seemed to be paper thin as voices and sounds were easily heard. Staff was excellent however.

• Michelle (10/5): - We stayed here one night while visiting the keys. We arrived much earlier than check in time and stopped in the lobby to ask where we could park. She offered the parking ramp, told us she would call us when our room was ready and gave us towels to hang out at the pool. Incredibly friendly service and the pool/beach area was wonderful! The location is quiet and there is plenty of free parking. There is a small market nearby that serves a cheap breakfast. We stayed parked here for the entire duration of our stay and just walked everywhere we wanted to go. Also, there is a free bus that takes you all the way down to the other end of Duval. The only criticism of the place is the yellow bedding…kinda gross/outdated and the bed was pretty hard/felt old. But we would definitely stay here again. We’re two people who like to stay out of the chaos and we’re open to walking a lot, so it worked out well for us. Definitely checked all of our boxes
• Nancy (4/5): - The beach and pool area was amazing. Just be sure if you get studio that it's not on the street side. It was terrible... the noise at 2 am and again at 630. The studio is just a hotel room with a few alterations to make it a studio (microwave, dishes, coffee maker etc. very small. The resort is old but is extremely well maintained. Would I stay again, most definitely, with stipulation I'm on the other side (pool).

• Kathleen (10/5): - This is a clean, quiet, and convenient resort on the beach. We had a 2 bedroom and it served us well for our 5 night stay. All positive things to say except for there is no elevators for the 3 level resort, so if guests are unable/limited mobility, request first floor. The room decor could be updated and the hot tub is scorching hot.
• Lori (4/5): - Booked the room for 4 people. Upon going to sleep for the night we discover the sofa sleeper would not open. Contacted the desk and they said yes we think the previous guests broke the bed. They gave my daughter a queen blow up mattress bed for the floor. She asked for help carrying it to the room and said they couldn’t help her. She carried a lrg box with the mattress, a thin blanket, a set of sheets, and a pillow all piled on top of each other to the room. My 2 daughters slept on the queen bed and my husband on the air mattress. It did not hold air and he had to blow it up 3 times In the night. No one got any sleep. For the price of that room , this is unacceptable. I would like a refund please.

• Lyman (8/5): - Nice room as described. Mattress seemed a little old. Lights outside the glass doors kept the room lit up even with the blinds closed. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach. Pool was nice. Location was quiet but a little bit of a walk to get down to the action on Duvall St.

Comfortable, spacious room. The only thing that surprised us was the lady at the front desk who was neither friendly nor helpful when I asked about recommendations in the area.
