Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (10/5): Love!! - Beautiful place! It was so charming and comfortable. The owners were so kind and helpful. 100% recommend!
- Satwik (10/5): - Fantastic property and comfortable stay. Would definitely go again
- Leatra (10/5): - The property was wonderful and the host was excellent. I had lots of questions during our stay as it was our first time in Falmouth, and the host made sure we had answers to everything we needed. They even had a binder full of local recommendations in the room when we checked in!
- Deborah (10/5): - When you pull in the driveway off of the busy road, you immediately feel at peace with the surroundings. There is ample parking and a yard that reflects great care and the natural beauty of the Cape. The room was so clean and comfortable. I love soft sheets and they were luxurious. Liza, the owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The place was also affordable and about a 7 minute ride to the Martha’s Vineyard ferry. We stayed for 2 nights and I would certainly stay there again
- Colleen (6/5): Marginal experience - Host could not accommodate a 5 min earlier check in to room - extremely poor customer service.
- Patrick (8/5): - we had the pleasure of meeting the hosts and they were most helpful in advising on our trip to Martha's Vineyard. the room was comfortable and very clean. there was quite a lot of noise from road traffic, not something we are used to but that's just us. Thank you for a lovely stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This was a great property! The owner did her best to ensure that they were Covid conscious as well! The property was beautiful and they had their own garden and chickens! It would have been wonderful to enjoy breakfast considering the fresh food they had available right on the property, nevertheless, I understand considering the circumstances.
I would stay here again for sure!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room was clean, comfy, and cute. Super quiet location even though it’s off a Main Street. Property has large backyard to relax and enjoy some sun. Staff is very responsive with any questions or concerns.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Beautiful, peaceful spot to telax. Didn't like that a breakfast was not included not even a muffin or fruit.
- Lolita (10/5): - Wonderful stay. Very clean room and accessible parking. I will surely stay here next time
- matthew (10/5): The great cape experience! - Great place to stay! Pays attention to detail! Very welcoming!
- matthew (10/5): - Very accommodating, Lizza pays close attention to detail. Remembered my previous stay and likeness, had the room ready! Excellent service
- Carmen (8/5): super clean place.. - Room was super clean, one thing we didn’t like bed was extremely squeaky, all you had to do is turn a little and the person next to you would wake up.. Could of used a small coffee pot since we paid for a bed and breakfast which it wasn’t served due to the virus.. It was my fault didn’t read the fine print. Could of used a small tv for the couple rainy days we had.. overall it was nice a quiet except for the couple on top of us that we felt they were doing laps back and forth in their room at 7 am..
- Lisa (8/5): Nice inn located in a very convenient location - Nice room in a great location, but unfortunately the owners decided not to provide any breakfast yet didn't reduce the price. (Part of the charm/convenience of staying at a B&B is breakfast included in the price, but unfortunately the owners decided not to include it.)
Even though the B&B is located on a main road it was very quiet. We stayed in the Four Fish room on the second floor, which has an extra twin bed where our son slept. The room accommodated the three of us comfortably for a two-night stay.
- Christian (10/5): - Most comfortable and pleasant place to stay... even just for our one overnight!
- Toni Rose (10/5): Lovely Cape Cod weekend - We absolutely loved our stay at the Woods Hole Passage Inn. It was everything we hoped for and more. The property is beautiful and our room was clean and nicely decorated. The hospitality of our hosts Liza and Alfredo were what made this experience stand out. They were so welcoming, kind and gave us all the advice and recommendations we needed to have a lovely stay in Falmouth. We also looked forward to breakfast everyday because it was a delicious and nicely prepared home cooked meal. When we were checking out they also gave us a small bag of chocolate covered cranberrries and almonds for the road. It’s these personal touches that really made our vacation wonderful. We definitely recommend staying here if you are planning a visit to Cape Cod! Thank you guys again for your hospitality!
- Christine (10/5): Dream Cape Stay! - We had a wonderful stay with Liza and Alfredo, despite the Nor'easter hitting the night we arrived. Unique home and property, located in perfect area to access the ferry and incredible restaurants. Liza was so informative and helpful with making arrangements for our trip to Martha's Vineyard and recommended our most favorite restaurants.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Charming off season stop - Quick stop on the way to the Vineyard. Lovingly maintained and charming innkeepers. A real treat.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The place was rustic at best. Innkeepers were nice. Room was small and decor was dated, bathroom was clean but towels and linens were a bit musty as was the room. Adequate heat and hot water. located on a main road and close to downtown Falmouth and Woods Hole.
- Michael (6/5): - Service and breakfasts were outstanding and friendliness and time taken by Liza and Alfredo with guests was great. Room was somewhat Spartan and the upstairs room was inconvenient for my disables cousin since no bathroom was provided in common room or Tissue in rooms. Also, needed to request a chair for the room and shade was broken. No bar soap or liquid soap provided for the shower.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Wonderful place! Beautiful rooms, updated and well appointed. Quiet, with a lovely backyard and flower garden. The proprietors are informed, helpful, and engaging. The breakfast is lovely--and Woods Hole is a great part of the Cape. We would stay here again happily.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved everything about this place
Great hosts
Comfortable property
- Diane (10/5): A Lovely Getaway; I Hope to Return to Yearly - I have so much to say about my wonderful experience at Woods Hole Passage B&B that I don’t have enough space in this block!
The Inn is clean, spacious, and lovely. The setting is refreshing and relaxing with a gorgeous back yard.
The owners Alfredo and Liza are warm, interesting, and heaped with customer service.
My breakfast was different each morning and made to my liking—just for me.
I will return.
- Little (10/5): - Very homey atmosphere. Extremely attentive hosts. Beautiful setting. Very clean. Lovely gardens. Close to the main areas. Ample parking. Best sheets experienced on a 21 - Day trip
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very gracious hosts. Awesome breakfast. Centralized location and a very pretty garden!
- Mei (10/5): Cozy B&B - Impromptu getaway was made better having stayed at this B&B. Liza was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to keep our car parked at the property even we checked out that day so we could make our way to Martha’s Vineyard.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great hospitality, beautiful setting. Breakfasts were wonderful!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Liza, Alfredo, and all the staff were absolutely fabulous. They are warm, caring, and attentive, and really go above and beyond to make sure their guests are well cared for. They are very knowledgeable about Falmouth and Martha’s Vineyard, so that no question you could ever have about the area will go unanswered. The grounds are just lovely, with beautiful plants and flowers everywhere, and although we weren’t able to stay for the full breakfast we could tell from what we had that they prepare it with the same thoughtful attention they give to everything they do. We would stay at Woods Hole Passage again and again!

Liza shares with us the maps of the area (woods hold and Falmouth) and told us about all the things one could do. We enjoyed our delicious breakfast at the property which is beautifully maintained. The property is very close to the Falmouth and woods hold downtown. The rooms were very neat and clean.

- Brent (10/5): Perfect Place to Stay for Martha’s Vineyard - Fantastic spot, great location - would recommend it to anyone. Hostess helped us catch our MV ferry by ordering taxi and giving us passes ahead of time - definitely went above and beyond!
- Charles (8/5): - Lovely and peaceful property. Great host and willing to please.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This property was in a convenient location the grounds and surrounding area were absolutely beautiful. We were served a delicious breakfast on a lovely patio.
