Actually she is a Filipina from the Philippines and we are Filipinos but to our disappointment when we arrived at our place, she told us that we will transfer to another unit and pay for the taxi. When we transferred and were already at Sydney City Center she called me up and told me that we were in a wrong place in which we need to go back where we first arrived. It was so hustle for us for we came from a long trip and yet the instruction was confusing. She pressured us to go back to the other unit and we were forced to return at midnight. It was a very frustrating experienced in which we were supposed to enjoy Sydney and yet due to the negligence of the staff and bad accommodation our vacation was total wrecked. We will never and never go back in this place again.

Location was excellent, right near the train station which made it easy to go anywhere. If I had to pick something it would be to put comfy lounge chairs on the balcony. It was a beautiful view and the plane spotting was fun just nowhere to sit.

Parking was a bit tough, as was the morning sun since it was summer. Perhaps add thicker drapes in the bedroom that has a balcony door, and a shade umbrella on the balcony.

• Emma (8/5): The apartment itself in terms of facilities and lay out was great but I wouldnt call it luxury! - I loved the location and the apartment itself and the facilities was fantastic. I actually would like to purchase an apartment within this complex because I loved the location, facilities, view etc. There was only 1 FOB. No one explained how to gain entry using the key pad at the entrance of the building level 1 if there was someone at the property. The stove/ oven was not clean. It needs a professional clean. It was disgusting as was the pots and pans. I went and purchased my own pan. The fridge was not clean either. And the freezer wasnt clean. There was some blood/ meat residue in one of the drawers and it was gross. The dining room table was really bad. It looks like it was picked up from hard rubbish. Its all bubbly ontop and the laminate has peeled off on of the the edges. The chairs were so flimsy and were not sturdy at all. The main bathroom door did NOT lock and that was an issue when we were having showers or in the toilet.

I stop at the domestic airport and immediately hop on another train back, and put the keys to where it belongs....Host is very very understandable The host is very responsive and friendly

• Jennifer (1/5): Never again! - We didn't even get into the property. We sat on the street steps with luggage about us. We had no idea there would be no-one there to let us in. We had no phones and no wifi for laptop to find out how to get in. Many kind people stopped and tried to help us by phoning no on paperwork I had, but no answer! Truly embarrassing and hurtful. We had to call a cab and $200 in fares later we found a hotel with vacancies. Qantas had cancelled an international flight and everywhere was booked out. Woudn't go down that path again! Nightmare experience!

Close to a food shop and restaurant. Lots of space in the appointment. Very clean and helpful property owner on arrival. Blinds were bad in both room. One room the blind that had been taped previously fell down in the middle of the night. This resulted in no privacy in this room, light all night and broken sleep. It was also noisy as the widow did not have a good seal and had tissues stuffed in it I assume to try to rectify this issue. There was no coffee or tea in the apartment. There were no written instructions on how to use anything in the apartment and we could not work out how to use the oven or dishwasher. Also the fire alarm cover and battery fell off the roof.

• Cheryl (2/5): Absolutely not as advertised! - Finding property and collection of keys was easy. Directions were very good. Location is fantastic close to train station and restaurants. The property was advertised as a brand-new luxury apartment. This property is not brand new or luxurious. It has potential however would need the stained worn carpet replaced, the walls painted, the doors sanded and repainted, and the Hinges to the laundry door fixed. It also requires new furnishings. Owner requests no children on verandah. Main bedroom did not have a king bed as would be expected in a luxury apartment. The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were large 1-litre bottles not even matching brands from the supermarket (Dettol bodywash) The beds in the second bedroom were foam mattresses. The dining table had all the edges peeling away and the chairs were falling apart unable to be sat on. The lounge is too low and sagging. When we arrived, we needed to unpack the dishwasher and empty the clothes dryer. I would not expect to do this in any accommodation, particularly luxurious. There were 2 TVs in the loungeroom one mounted on the wall and one sitting in front on the TV stand. We instantly realized there was something wrong. Neither of them worked!!!! Contacted the owner who told us couldn't do anything about it. Did know they were broken must have been the previous person who stayed. I asked for a reduction in price for the inconvenience as we would not book a property with no TV traveling with kids and stated we would fix it in the morning. When questioned how it is possible that you don't know as there has been an attempt to fix hence the 2 TVs the owner said get out of my house!!!! and hung up then sent a Text stating the same thing. We were travelling with 3 children it was now later at night and we were in a place we did not know. I contacted Booking.com directly and they advised they were unable to do that and that we could stay at the property. The owner came the next day thankfully when I was out took one broken TV and said would return with a working TV. Never happened the entire length of our stay.
• Sethi (7/5): The stay was comfortable. - Location is great..near to train station and lots of eating joints nearby. The property was clean with almost all amenities. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The kitchen is well loaded with lots of cutlery, basic spices and utensils. A working TV would have made the stay great. The TV was not working and we could not locate the remote. Messaged the owner and heard back the next morning that someone will come to replace the TV and if we can leave the keys in the designated area. However, no one came to fix or replace. Most of the cooking utensils were non stick and the coating is almost gone. They need replacements and are not fit for cooking.
• Anju (10/5): Excellent - The location , the apartment and the views. I was travelling with my parents thru a flight which landed early in the morning. I wanted to check in early or atleast keep my luggage until check in, but that wasent a possibility. They did allow us an early check in at 1 pm instead of 3 , however would have been better if there was a luggage storage facility. I understand that it is not a hotel and an apartment and hence there is no reception.

There was nothing we didn't like. However the description of the property is a bid misleading.in regards to age of property and the interior of property I wouldn't consider luxurious but food enough for a comfortable night stopover.

Bedrooms were separated from each other giving extra privacy. Each bedroom had its own bathroom - also a plus!

The main bed was terrible, when booking a supposed luxury apartment it should have at least a queen size bed, the bed we had was a double with a very cheap mattress, it was a releif to leave so we could get a good night sleep

• Melanie (9/5): The owner was really accommodating, we arrived really early after driving from Brisbane for 11 hours she let us check in - Property was clean it had everything you needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, towels etc. I liked that the property was so close to the train station was only a 3min walk. Made it easier for us to leave our car at the property and caught the train to the city and opera house. It was so convenient and stress free to get into the city. Only thing I didn’t like was bed mattress was a bit hard.

Wi - Great location, easy access to public transport train station, cafes and supermarket just down the road very convenient The main bedroom the mattress was too thin, had a bad nights sleep, A few repairs need to be done around the apartment, bathroom to the entrance of the apartment, toliet roll holder very loose, shower holder for the hand held shower you could not attach to the slot, was very difficult having to hold the shower handle and wash yourself. A few items around the apartment need to be fixed up, but apart from that all is was still a great place to stay

Safety concerns for children getting onto the balcony so would be handy having a lock on the top of the door kids can't reach. Could tell one mattress was only made of foam sheetings

Dishes were wet and there was a very strong cooking smell coming out of kitchen like someone had just finished cooking. So bad my granddaughter was dry retching . Felt like whoever’s apartment it was had just moved out for the night . The porta cot wasn’t made up and we could not find any sheets or blankets for it . Apartment was good but smell and other little things let it down . Range hood was not clean either

• Christopher (10/5): Perfect for us and our Sydney family to meet up with our son who flew in from Sweden - Recently new, very secure, car parking available, great views, handy to the airport, handy to railway station with plenty of eateries close by including major food and alcohol retailers (Woolworths, Aldi and Dan Murphie's). The apartment was well equipped with plenty of crockery, utensils, linen etc and even a good supply of odd food items if you found yourself short on things. Parking and exiting the basement carpark was a little daunting experience but not impossible, otherwise nothing else really.

• Dongyi (9/5): Superb - Nice spacious apartment located close to the airport, easy to get to supermarkets, train and bus station, also lots of restaurants downstairs. The designated parking spot is tricky to find due to disordered numbering of parking bays of the whole building, but detailed instructions were given at the end. The sink in the toilet seems a bit stuffed but doesn't affect normal use.

• Susan (10/5): can't wait to stay again HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! - Access to gym and pool walk to shops train station area is quiet but handfuls of helpful friendly people
• Bailey (9/5): Superb - The overall location was perfect aswell as the facilities it offered The parking locations not too many available
• Michael (8/5): Very comfortable. - Excellent location, beautiful scenery, very close to train station. Some water damage to drawers in the bathroom, probably due to poor design.
