• Sarah (9/5): Perfect location and helpful staff - Perfect location. Helpful staff, when we asked for an Iron this was placed in our room the following day. I would stay here again and would recommend this property. Some facilities stated as included on the booking weren’t available (e.g. safety deposit box).

• Stanley (10/5): Soft beds - big shower - Windows that open to fresh air! - Our room was literally steps away from everything. The entrance was a curving stairway from a small courtyard that was in the middle of the old city, yet still quiet and restful. Be prepared for stairs. We were. Our room was on the second floor.

• Sophie (6/5): Luxury room by name only but excellent location - Location was great. Friendly receptionist. Average room with 2 single beds pushed together with single quits and bedding with comfy mattress. A little noisy when other guests were coming and going could be heard, but not a major issue. Could not pay by credit card - so make sure you have enough cash. Mould around bathroom window which requires cleaning asap.

• Lindsey (8/5): - The room was in a convenient location to walk to many things. We were able to pay for them to arrange pickup at the airport which was nice. The room was pretty clean and easy to check in to. Make sure you are prepared to pay in cash though.

• Kim Foong (8/5): The location is the best reason to stay here. There was no housekeeping service provided for 3 days. - The bed was too soft but location was great! The toiletries provided was not that good. They gave my room all shower gel but gave my friends’ room all shampoo. When we exchanged a couple of bottles each, we realised they were all the same contents. Beds were too soft and toiletries could be better.

• Anjulie (9/5): Good value and location for Split! - Great location and convenient to walk to everywhere. We were on the 1st floor so didn’t have to deal with too many stairs! The room was spacious for all our bags and was nice and dark at night thanks to blackout curtains. We arrived late and were able to easily access our room thanks to info from the staff. The bedding provided were mattress covers, not comforters, and they had elastic on the ends, which was a bit odd, but the bed was comfortable.

Quartos bem amplos e limpos. Não tem luxo, um básico muito bom. Clean! Banheiro muito bom.

The entrance was a bit rough and the first set of stairs were dirty but this property shares the building. The floor with the rooms is very secure and renovated. Ivica was very helpful and met us to lead us to the property.

On 1st floor which suited me...the steps that far were enough of a challenge with a lack of handrail support on a spiral staircase that emerged into the lobby as if climbing out the cellar! Helpful staff with luggage transportation in & out. Noisy singing & clientele from the outside restaurant until late in the night. Lack of handrail negotiating door & the steps into the lobby.....had to crawl up!

It is quite noisy outside and the sound carried in, but it didn't bother us too much. The hosts were friendly, very helpful, quick to respond, and shared great information. They also went above and beyond to meet the delivery driver who brought our luggage after it missed the flight, and bring it to the room for us. We were very appreciative. Highly recommend.

• Michael (6/5): - Fernseher und Kühlschrank gingen nicht. Es hat nur eine Steckdose funktioniert. Die Lage ist fantastisch, das Zimmer ist geräumig wurde aber nicht gereinigt während unseres 5 Tage Aufenthalts. Am 3 Tag bekamen wir neue Handtücher aber die Mülleimer wurden nicht entleert. Die 4 Sterne die von Expedia angegeben werden sind nicht Internationaler Standard. Meiner Meinung ist es ein gutes 2 Sterne Hotel wenn die beschriebenen Mängel behoben werden könnte Google mit seinen 3 Sternen recht haben.

The room was nice, especially the bathroom and was a decent size The room was in a shared building - the stairway was awful, dirty, smelly and with abandoned white goods and a shopping trolley. The room was noisy - outside noise I can understand as it was a central location but the noise from above with people walking around was bad.

• Thomas (6/5): Trevligt ställe men lite att tänka på - Väldigt svårt att hitta boende, men så kanske det är i gamla stan i Split. Fick vänta till klockan 14 på att checka in eller lämna väskan innan incheckningen. Rummet låg dessutom i en annan byggnad, dock inga problem med det förutom att de andra rummens keycards verkade fungera på vårt rum. Blev väckta av att grannarna kom in på vårt rum mitt i natten med sitt keyboard.

• Bradley (8/5): - The Appartment itself was great but it is advertised as a bed and breakfast but they do not do breakfast which we only found out once we arrived. So this is misleading. They also don’t have laundry services as stated in the property info or have secure luggage storage as stated, you can leave your bags in the lobby but anyone with access to the building then has access to your bags. The Appartment itself was very nice and clean. It is very central to everything in old town.

• Jennifer (10/5): Lovely place - Tucked away at the back of a courtyard in the centre of the Old Town, a gem of a find. A large room and luxury bathroom that does as it says and is a room, but so many options just a short walk away! History is all around and the accommodation is tastefully updated with all your need. A warm welcome with clear information and recommendations, great for a few days exploring the city, or the beaches.
• Theodor (10/5): Excellent location - The location was in the core of Split’s old town, the rooms were not really like the pictures but vrey clean, spacious and with all the facilities you need. Good a/c, mini fridge, hair dryer etc. The exit sign that other people complained about in the comments are not an issue anymore, and you cannot hear any noise between the rooms also something that we were concerned about when we booked. The walls between the rooms are super good so no one bothered us. The hosts were super helpful in guiding us around, and the check in and check out were super quick. Very nice 7 days stay in Split!!! Thank you! There wasn t much natural light, but it s not like they can do anything about it. The old town buildings are very tight anyway so I am pretty sure that is something you will get with all Split accommodations within the old town. Also, it would be good to share some pictures of the other rooms as well (not that they are bad, but just for the client to make an idea). Otherwise really there was nothing to complaint about.

It has only 6 rooms and not much in the way of hotel amenities, but if you’re just looking for a nice centrally located room, it’s a good choice.

Due to some booking issues we booked this room last minute and within a few minutes they reached out to us with information about our check in! The location was excellent and close to Mumas an exceptional restaurant we highly recommend for lunch/ dinner Nothing
