- Mary (2/5): Worst experience. - Centrally located We booked three rooms for two days. Checked out within a day. Requested for cancelling a days stay but the hotel staff was very rude and dint oblige. One of the rooms we checked in had poop in d toilet and not flushed. The quilt seemed like a used one and was not even warm enough. The service in the restaurant by Muskaan was worst. She seemed very arrogant and ignored our requests. Worst experience. We left the hotel in a day inspite of booking for two days.

Видно и город, и Канченджунгу, до молла (площадь, «центр города») и смотровой площадки 10-15 минут. Отличная еда в ресторане, обед и ужин. Принесли обогреватель, есть горячая вода (по времени). Ощущение, что вообще не подметают номер, какие-то осколки стекла на ковре. Постельное то ли совсем старое, то ли несвежее.

- Tamannya (10/5): A 3-star experience without paying for one! - Everything, there is nothing to not like about the hotel. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. We had the best room in the hotel and it was worth every penny. If the weather would have been good, we could have seen the entire mountain range from our room itself. It is a very very very short walk to the Mall. Also, if you take a shortcut through the fancy market through the alley beside the entrance, you end up right in front of Kev's. If you are looking for a 3-star experience without paying for one, this is it! Couldn't have asked for anything better. Also, top notch cleanliness, cleaned my rooms every day. The bathroom is also well-maintained and everything worked perfectly. The food is also awesome from their restaurant. Well on the last day, my mom wanted to eat eggs and so she ordered 2 omelettes. First they didn't deliver it. When asked, they then mentioned they couldn't arrange for it. So we just asked them to give boiled eggs. But dear lord, they charged 150/- for 2 boiled eggs. That is definitely an overkill. But everything else, top notch!

- Purva (8/5): Excellent. Absolutely recommended - Room was spacious and clean. View was great. Staff was kind. Location is nice. Close to the mall road- walkable. Booked via booking. Com. INR 3000 for two people with breakfast Inc. It was a great deal because the room was large size and spacious and clean. Same with washroom for room 601-6th floor. Balcony had view of Kanchenjunga mountain on clear sunny days . Phinzo at restaurant and Milan at reception was great to deal with. They were the only problem solvers and absolutely deserve a hike and promotion for the food hospitality they give. Rest others at reception didn't bother to solve our issue. The room doesn't have a fridge and hot water timing is there - morning and evening. 6 :30 am to 10 am and 6:30-9 pm. Room service is good and quick and prompt. The hotel is at good location. Very close to mall road. The road right next to hotel downward sloping is best shortcut to go to new market from where we get sharing cabs. Overall, no compliants. 2-3 days are sufficient to spend in Darjeeling to explore all the places. Car drop and pick up can be done at jai complex Breakfast taste was not superb.

Booked a deluxe room through Booking.com and called the property to confirm if it's a view room and they confirmed that there is a window but no mountain view however when reached the property they asked us to check the room before payment and we were completely shocked to see that the room doesn't have a window at all. It's like a chamber. Also, the behavior of the front desk person was very bad and he was rude as well. We had no other choice and had to stay in that chamber for 2 days. It was suffocating to stay in the room. Also, the room was full of toilet smell. It was nightmare to be there. My booking was included with breakfast however the front desk guy told us that our booking doesn't have breakfast included. It may be showing in booking.com but not in their system. That was ridiculous. After sometime he agreed to include breakfast however the breakfast was pathetic. Please do not book this hotel. They are scammer. Looting people.

- Santosh (3/5): It was quite frustrating to know the unavailability of AC and availability of Hot Water only during - Location It was quite frustrating to know the unavailability of AC and availability of Hot Water only during specific time 6:30AM - 10:30AM and 6:00PM to 9:00PM. I needed to check out hotel on 9th March early morning @ 6:30AM and I made repetitive request to staff at front desk but it's went in vein. Also I made a request to provide at least a bucket of water in the morning by 6:00AM but my request was denied by saying I can go ahead and complain to anyone I want. I can not expect this kind of customer service attitude from Hotel staff. It's my nature to take shower before going out and I even waited till 6:45AM but there was no HOT WATER and I needed to take bath with almost freezing water, my body was completely shaken. I found there was hair on bed, pillow cover, blanket cover was not cleaned and we need to ask them to replace the bedsheet, pillow and blanket cover, It seems new bedsheet was not provided in the room. Overall my experience was bad in this hotel, specially during chilling cold.

Some renovation works need to be done at our room 410 .Location wise it is very good. 5mnt walking distance from mallroad. Rooms are very cold. May be insulation not done properly. You can get room heater but need to pay 300 per day for that. And there is no hair dryer.

The staff members are incredibly charming and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Even the receptionists go above and beyond to assist guests. The on-site restaurants and cafes provide delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the overall comfort of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. It's a great place to relax and unwind. I can't wait to return for another visit. I've noticed some uncomfortable staring from male staff members, particularly in the cafeteria and restaurant. It makes my partner and me feel self-conscious. While I understand that people look at others, the intensity and duration of these stares feel inappropriate. It creates an unwelcome atmosphere. I hope management can address this issue discreetly. A more welcoming environment would be appreciated by all guests. This kind of behavior can be quite unsettling.
- Sagar (2/5): Very poor - the only thing if any you can like about this hotel is the staff behaviour especially the guy who comes to your room for your every need (done know his name) 1) they dont provide hot water throughout the day,dont even have geyser in the bathroom 2) no ac in the room 3) bathroom stinks and even leaks water from some places 4) very congested rooms and pricey in house restaurant 5) no parking, no room heater, no room sleepers 6) they dont give you the same room what they show on app while taking booking all in all this hotel looks more like a medium range lodge rather than a hotel if you look at its corridor, rooms, look of the lodge from outside... dont waste your money on this hotel, there are many better options nearby at the same price.

- Binod (8/5): Nice and affordable stay in Darjeeling, next to major attractions. - We stayed for a longer period in this hotel and its definitely a family friendly hotel and near to major tourist destinations in Darjeeling. Most of the places were on walking distance. All basic amenities were present inside the room and even their in room dining were best and at reasonable priced. Everything was great but we faced frequent disruption in the wifi provided. So, don’t rely on the hotel wifi if you are planning to work on vacation. Kindly note we have also faced network and data issues with our Airtel sim, but Jio services worked really fine.
