- David (9/5): Fantastic, will come again - On the beach and 5 minutes from the airport , basic but very good, very nice people The drains but very smelly
- Sergey (10/5): - Всё близко, живешь на пляже, убирают каждый день.
Очень комфортное место для пляжного отдыха. -

- Stephan (4/5): Do not stay there. There are many nice acccomodation barely 200 m away - closeness to the beach Completkey outdated. Stinking bathroom ( sewerage smell). Oldest room furniture and absolutely no comfort. It is no more than a dormatory feeling. Patio and building surrounding absolutely no privacy with constant stream of people walking past the door.

- Colin (9/5): Superb -
- Roland (8/5): Nice place to stay - The location is great with beach front , access was easy , quite in the night, comfortable bed , big bathroom we had and awkward moldy smell in the room, we had to ask for beach towels and didn't had the possibility of late check out , only if we paid another extra night
- Helen (9/5): Excellent value for money, close to the airport - Great location. Helpful staff and room was clean Nothing
- Danielle (7/5): Great beach location, close to the airport - Great location for the airport and right next to the beach with great beach bars and restaurants close by. Rooms were basic but comfortable for a night or 2. Bathrooms were very basic and a bit smelly, but functional for a quick stay
- John (3/5): Beautiful beach, awful hotel. - Great location on a beautiful stretch of beach with many food options just steps away. Mini-mart across the street. The room stinks like sewage. It is a very basic room with a only a kettle and fridge . . . and roaches. Very BIG roaches. The pool water is filthy (the pool isn't actually a pool, but a big tub of water). The property is run down and disheveled, which is a shame. With an investment and some hard work, it could be a charming little beach property. But there are just two young girls running the place. They are very sweet, but seem to have no experience working, let alone running a hotel. A lot of time goes to taking care of their children. The beach is gorgeous, but the hotel is awful. Choose someplace else.
- Jacob (8/5): Very good - Great place, exactly by the beach. Great service. Very satisfied with the place
- Michael (8/5): Basic but beautifully located - Fabulous location and ridiculously good value for money. 1000 Baht for a beach front room in Nai Yang…a true, best kept secret.
It seems to be a secret, everywhere, apart from Russia.
Anyway, if, safe, quiet and authentic is your thing then NY is worth a go.
If you compare Rimlay with other properties in a similar location with similar price point, then it shines.
It is “basic” but it works and the location is excellent just a few metres away from Phens, Mama Yangs and Sea Almond. All good restaurants, listed in order of preference. There’s nothing wrong with the street food options but for a bit more money you can have dinner right on the edge of the sea. Location
Value for money
- Alan (8/5): Very good - Straight outside the strip
Beach 20mtrs away
Good good size room
Nice comfy bed The fridge door didn't seal properly
Broken handle on electric kettle 🤔
- Sally (6/5): Convenient and practical - Location is great and front beach Na
- Kristine (6/5): Pleasant - So close to the beach... Quiet area is peaceful, beach is amazing, free lawn chairs etc.. Across from a mini grocery store. Location 10/10.. Washroom stunk, smells bad... THE PROPERTY IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, IT IS NOT FINISHED, IT WILL BE EXCELLENT ONE DAY. Pool not always turned on.. Expensive. No breakfast.
- Stanislav (10/5): Exceptional - Very good hotel👍🏻 very good service👏🏻 thanks for our new friends👍🏻
- Rakesh (8/5): Very good - Access to beach
- Emrys (8/5): Very good - The location is amazing.... Right on the beach. The pool was nice and the rooms were comfortable and clean with good air-conditioning. Restaurants on either side were great and everything is a short walk away. I would definitely come back to this property. Unfortunately while we were there they were doing renovations to the property so it was very noisy with jackhammers and sledge Hammers doing demolition work plus the noise of other power tool made it hard to relax near the pool or on the propertys shaded beach chair area. Also to bathroom was very smelly if the exhaust fan wasn't left on....I think it was coming from the drains.
- Patrick (8/5): Very good - Super lovely people...wonderful location. Building works.
- Cameron (6/5): Construction zone - I had stayed here before so I was familiar with it. The location is stunning. The pool is nice. They are renovating at the moment. The dining area, bar, lobby are a construction zone which you have to walk through to get to your room. It will be very nice when it’s finished, but it’s an absolute shambles at the moment. I don’t like to put down any business but Avoid this place until construction is finished.
- Joel (8/5): Very good -
- Dustin (1/5): Bad - I forgot my high voltage power bank. It was found by the hotel staff, but when I asked to send it back, they stopped reacting to my messages.
It was an expensive item and ghosting a former client is unacceptable.
- Shemaine (8/5): Very good -
- Rogerd. (8/5): Ideally located on the beach near phuket international airport - At only 5-10mn. from the Phuket airport. Direct access to the beach (15 m.). Rooms are functional and cleaned every morning from 09:30 on. Laundry service. Convenience store, pharmacy and massage at a few walking steps. Restaurants on the beach or in surrounding area (mostly adapted food for tourists) but if you want to taste real local Thai food ("Khao Kaeng"), you'll have to go to airport main road (2 km.) where you will find "Rick 11 Curry" or plenty of other restaurants. Wifi should be upgraded !
- Salvador (9/5): Superb - Got the best room on the beach front. The sudden wind and rain. Oh well.
- Shane (8/5): Very good -
