• María Laura (7/5): - MUY COMODA LA UBICACIÓN DEL HOTEL. AGRADABLE EL PERSONAL QUE NOS ATENDIÓ Y MUY RICO EL DESAYUNO. LA HABITACIÓN NO CONTABA CON ENCHUFES PARA PODER CARGAR TELEFONOS EN LA NOCHE, SOLO HABÍA UNO SOLO EN EL BAÑO. TAMBIÉN SERIA IMPORTANTE AGREGAR ALGUNA OTRA MANTA EXTRA.

• Jcnos (10/5): LA MEJOR OPCION - Honestamente la experiencia increible empieza con el personal. todos son amables, estan siempre a disposicion. me ayudaron con un problema al llegar, y me guardaron las valijas para esperar el tiempo de irme al aeropuerto que era mucho despues del check-out- el lugar esta en una zona PRIVILEGIADA... la vista del desayunador es increible. tenes agua caliente para el mate, disponible 24 hs- y los lugares de comidas estan abiertos si uno desea comprar afuera y comer alli. sin lugar a dudas lo superrrr recomiendo.

No solo por el trafico sino tambien por los egresados que en enero siguen llegando. No tiene ventanas con doble hidrio que aislen el sonido. 2) Tanto la ducha como el canilla de la bacha del baño perdian constantemente agua. 3) El desayuno muy basico y de baja calidad 4) El agua del dispencer que tienen en recepcion es muy fea.

• Cristina (9/5): Excelente - Es hermoso. Tiene unas excelentes vistas. Su desayuno es excelente, muy variado y muy rico todo. Estuvimos en una habitación de 4, muy cómoda y espaciosa, camas cómodas. Es excelente y hermoso todo. Su personal muy atento y amable. De noche, alrededor de 3am, parece que toman las vías de circuito, motos y carros pasan con mucho ruido y mucha velocidad e interrumpen el sueño. Para quienes tienen sueño ligero, si se quedan en esas habitaciones con ventanas a la calle, puede ser un problema.

• Alicia (9/5): - Tienen un salón estar en piso 9 con vista hermosa a toda la ciudad. Podría mejorarse la bandejita con desayuno para pasajeros que debemos abandonar el hotel antes del horario de comienzo.

• Luise Indira (7/5): Cosas a mejorar... - Ubicación. Cerca de todo, muy accesible. La habitación asignada no nos gustó. Con tiempo solicitamos vista al lago y dijeron que dependía de la disponibilidad y aun así (con antelación) no se logró. Si esto tenia un recargo lo han podido decir pero prácticamente no hubo opción en ningún momento. Por otra parte, la habitación muy ruidosa en el piso 8 ya que desde temprano pasan todos a desayunar. Al baño le falta mantenimiento y mejores instalaciones. No hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones (viajamos en primavera y se siente calor en el dia).

• Katherine (10/5): Espectacular! - Fui con mi mamá y mi hermana y nos encantó! La amabilidad del equipo, lo lindo del hotel y la vista, increíble. Destacar que soy celiaca y tenían opción sin gluten al desayuno y lo mejor es que no eran galletas de arroz, si no una opción real de pan y un budín dulce. Recomendadisimo lugar, obvio que volveremos!
• SARIS (9/5): Hermoso pero no se podía dormir bien - La ubicación es inmejorable. Las vistas al lago y a la catedral es hermoso. El desayuno es completo y variado. El colchón era cómodo, buena calefacción. La presión y la temperatura del agua de la ducha espectacular. El personal tanto de recepción como de limpieza y desayuno son muy amables y atentos. Muy ruidoso. Se hizo dificil descansar bien. Estuvimos en el 5to piso con vista al frente de la calle y parecía q era el 1ero: ruido de la calle se escuchaba todo. Los vidrios no son adecuados, incluso vibraban cuando pasaban ómnibus, camiones o alguien con música alta.

• mariorW8097MX (10/5): Great experience :) - Very well located (near of the Main Street, best restaurants and coffee shops). The crew’s hospitality and support are great. Simple and comfortable room, very clean. You have an amazing view of the lake and the mountains during the breakfast.

• Lee (7/5): Comfortable and central hotel - Central location with 24 hour checkin which was very comfortable. Very nice breakfast and beautiful view from the dining area. The room we received wasn’t as nice as the pictures, linens weren’t perfectly cleaned, walls were a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors easily.

• Antonio (1/5): Very old hotel with scary elevator literally falling a part - Unfortunately, the worse property I ever stayed at. It almost turns into a joke where even the staff laughs with you. 1. 5 mins after reservation is made they text me saying they will change me to a different hotel because my room has a problem. Lesser $ but did not offer to pay me difference. 2. Then they go back on their text and say that they have now fixed the problem. 3. I arrive and they say I need to pay $40usd more for “a view”. We had already booked with a view. 4. They then proceed to give me key to an occupied room so I barge in on a couple. 5. They then give me a room with no view. 6. I had to spend the night there even though I had Just been charged 40 for a view. 7. Next morning I get a room w a view and as I am closing door, the handle completely falls off. Now I cannot even close the place. But I can open. 8. Wash hands and faucet falls off. 9. Turn lights on and outlet falls off. 10. Elevator gets stuck and clearly needs maintenance. Every time it stops it feels it is about to break and free fall. 11. I was nice and asked booking to help me get some sort of discount or rebate or maybe a free night since I had booked for 6 total. I got nothing. They said the owner has 7 hotels. I would suggest he closes one or two in order to improve quality. The view was nice and the staff at the hotel but management is clearly only interested in making money even if it’s by tricking people into booking from a long distance. The hotel is in no condition to be operating. The elevator I am afraid is days from causing a death. I would not recommend this place at all and hopefully someone will do something about it. I listed all the things in my prior message. Many things are wrong with this hotel.

• Farid (10/5): - Excellent séjour à l’hôtel Plaza Bariloche avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Le petit déjeuner est compris, est super bon. L’emplacement est au cœur du centre ville. Très accessible en transport en commun ou en voiture. La chambre est cosy avec une jolie décoration, la literie est confortable. Je vous le recommande !

• Jean-marc (3/5): Noisy, low quality, poor value for money: for an equivalent price, try reserving another one. - The value for money was very poor, in other words it is too expensive relative to the low quality, compared with other hotels of the same announced category in Bariloche. The facilities are super noisy? The corridor leading to my room had tiled floor and kids were permanently running or talking loudly. My room door was not noise-tight, it was as if the kids were shouting directly in front of me. In addition the room cabinet was in poor condition, and the bathroom was barely acceptable. This hotel does not deserve featuring high on the booking.com page for Bariloche, as it was when I reserved. This presentation is perhaps linked with how much Booking makes out of this particular hotel?
• Anna (8/5): Comfortable room right in front of the lake - Lovely place to stay right in front of the Lake. Friendly staff. Water dispenser for hot and cold water at the reception area. Plenty of seating area. Luggage storage for free. Lovely top floor in 9h floor for breakfast with a view. Comfortable bed. Highly recommended. WiFi was slow or not working in the bedroom. But ok on the ground floor. Cleaner didn't replace toiletries but we were provided when we asked for them

• Heimo (7/5): Great location for a stay in Bariloche - I asked for a room with a lake view when I booked and I got it. Great panorama. Great location by the cathedral on the lake shore. Breakfast on the top floor has a great view of the lake and the mountains. The breakfast is rather simple in terms of choice and presentation, but of good quality. The staff is very helpful. The maintenance of details such as door handles and the like could be done a little more carefully; this would significantly improve the value of the stay with little effort.

Next day we had a chance to change the room. It was nice but noisy because there is a lot of traffic and restaurants outside. The house is quite old and needs renovations. Wi- Fi is normally only at the lobby area.

I really don’t know how they allow to call them self “hotel” I’m. I’m travelling around the world for almost 4 years. Never saw “hotel” like this. I hope they will look at this message and make sure they make some changes.
