- mohammed (8/5): I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family at ARKK Homes in Antalya , and I must say it w - The Positives: - The security measures in place were impressive, with secure doors that remained closed at all times and key access for all guests. It made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. - The location is perfect – it's just a short walk to the old town, shopping areas, restaurants, and supermarkets. I loved being able to explore the city on foot. - The rooms were spacious compared to other residences I've stayed in, which was a big plus for me. - The property is very clean and almost new, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. - And the highlight of my stay was definitely the excellent sea view! It was breathtaking and added a lovely touch to my time at ARKK Homes. Areas for Improvement: - One thing that bothered me was the weak soundproofing between rooms. Sometimes, I could hear outside noise, which was a bit distracting. - Finding the residence wasn't straightforward, and it took me some time to locate it. Perhaps clearer directions or signage would help. - I also noticed that there was no parking available, which might be an issue for some guests. - Additionally, the lack of an on-site restaurant was a bit of a drawback for me. - On check-out, I felt that the staff seemed to be looking for any issues to charge extra, which didn't leave a great impression.

Easy walking distance to numerous restaurants. Small grocery store just around the corner. Mr. AKILTOPU and his staff were very helpful and friendly. Provided details of local restaurants, shopping, attractions etc. Weather nice when sunny. Wifi was a bit hit and miss - but are you going to spend the holiday fiddling with wifi and watching TV? - NO. Always felt safe, no thugs, though some of the salesmen were very persistent - a firm NO! sorts them. We enjoyed the holiday and would come again. If you are a person who finds fault, then don't come here. Yes - there was an early morning call to prayer at 07:00. We had a water leak due to rain - so - it happens, it was sorted quickly. Come with an open mind and enjoy the friendly atmosphere.

Given that this is the old town area, over experience is excellent. Access to the hotel may appear difficult on google maps, but taxis can drive up to the front of the apartment.

It had all the conveniences that travelers look for including a washing machine and dryer. We lacked nothing:)!
- Juanita (2/5): - We arrived late at night, only to find that the entrance is located down a dark alley. While the apartment building is conveniently close to the old town, it was not the welcoming start we hoped for. On our first day, we discovered that although the stove looked functional, it wasn’t working. We were three guests but were only provided with two sets of towels. When I requested a third, the male manager informed us that he wasn’t “supposed” to provide an additional set, which felt unhelpful. The washers and dryers, while appearing clean, had an unpleasant smell when we used them. Additionally, many of the rooms face west, so by evening, they become quite hot. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in each room was ineffective, leaving us uncomfortable as the rooms didn’t cool down adequately. Throughout our three-night, four-day stay, the night manager seemed unwilling to help with our requests. This lack of responsiveness made us feel as though we were pleading for basic assistance. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It may look appealing initially, but extended stays reveal multiple issues that staff seem unwilling to address. We felt more like we were begging for service than being treated as guests.

Theres washer and dryer in the room, and a spacious living room facing the old town and Harbour. Fantastic view! Its at the Centre of the Town, walking distance to the attractions.

We were not disappointed, arriving after midnight and were given the warm welcome into the reception area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, moments away from Old Town and all the conveniences you'd expect. Could not of picked a better location. The apartment was large, comfortable and clean. On-site staff were always around to answer any questions or to suggest places to go. When it was raining and leaving for lunch, we were offered an umbrella without asking. If you're considering an apartment in this area I highly recommend it.

The apartment was in a great location with a Migros nearby and many shops and food options. The staff were friendly and very helpful! They were attentive and communicative through WhatsApp to assist with any questions and we also booked a Pamukkale day tour through the hotel at a reasonable price! Master washroom was a bit small and place isn’t completely stocked (laundry detergent, paper towel, etc) as cleaning services don’t happen regularly.

The hosts were extremely welcomimg and eager to assist. The check in process was efficient with a good intro to Antalya for those not sure what to do. The entrance to the apartment building is infront of a construction sight and very difficult to get to with a large vehicle and luggage. This should be mentioned to guests before they arrive as it felt like a huge inconvenience to have to walk with luggage from a distance. This being said the hosts responded immediately and came to assist.

The location of the apartment was in the heart of city where everything is happening. Walking distance to all restaurants and cafes. I thought the apartment had a large balcony as it was shown on the photos but they said that is a common area and it is the only balcony in the building. No big deal though because the weather was extremely hot.

The apartment had a great view, was well kept, clean, and with a smart contemporary finish. All the kitchen and laundry facilities were of high quality. The building personnel were friendly and helpful. Gave us an introductory talk with video clips to orient us to the town. While the apartment has provision for ACs in every room, given the very hot summer of Antalya (over 40C during our stay) it would help to also keep floor fans for optional use during the exceptionally hot spells.

- Stanley (10/5): Wonderful Area - Location was excellent. Situated across the road from the Old City, which is fabulous to walk through and so much different to what we were expecting. It’s like walking through a village with shops, restaurants, accommodation etc. From Arkk Homes you can have any easy stroll down to the park overlooking the water. There is a tram stop 100 metres walk from Arkk from which you can hop on to the Museum (which is excellent) and the beach. To use the tram tap your credit card. The Museum and beach are at the end of the track. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area around your accommodation. Parking was easy however getting to the accommodation by car is a little more complicated. Make sure you have detailed instructions and take your time. Having washing machine and dryer was handy.

After requesting an earlier check-in, we agreed on 10 am. Surprisingly, upon reaching the apartment at 8, the staff promptly opened the door, allowing us to check in earlier than expected. Despite the early arrival, the room was clean and comfortable with an amazing mountain and sea view. The beds and couches were cozy, and the staff warmly welcomed us each time we returned. I highly recommend this apartment. Nothing, it was perfect

- Christian (10/5): - Finding this place was a gem for our one night stay in Antalya. It was such a beautiful place we almost considered extending our stay just to enjoy the room a little more. It is family owned and the owners are very knowledgeable about the city and it’s history. Upon arrival they gave us a quick rundown of the city’s history and even had a short cute video they made themselves showing imagery and videos of the city. Each room is equipped with everything you’d ever need for a short-term or long-term stay. This place is usually booked out, so if you see it open don’t miss your opportunity!!
- Anhar (10/5): Great quiet location but very close to the Hustle and bustle of Antalya City. - The location was very quiet but a stones throw away from Ataturk road which is the main road for Antalya City, extremely close to Hadrians gate and many shops, taxis etc. Really spacious apartment, well laid out, clean and very quiet, it almost fell as if I was the only person in the building. I only bumped into one group my entire length of stay there. The shower was great, really powerful. The A/C could have been more powerful but it was okay as there are 2 in the apartment and when you put them both on it does the job.

The apartment is modern and very spacious the hotel is super super clean we had two bed room apartment and it had every thing you need available and clean. The apartment has washing machine, drying machine, iron table, hair dryers in each bathroom, showers in each bathroom, electrical oven, microwave, dishwasher, safe, TV and fridge. simply you will find everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and have a good smell giving you the feeling of clean. The view of the apartment is amazing as it has panoramic view to the old city and sea. for new visitors don’t be shocked from the entrance as it’s from the backside and will give you a wrong impression about this heaven property. the cleaning is every 3 days and they are very professional and they come on the agreed time the staff is very helpful and they will assist you to the expectations. sure we will be back again to this property
- Shriya (10/5): The biggest problem was that we just didn’t want to leave the apartment - The view is extraordinary. Fully stocked, at the edge of old town. It’s a dream apartment. I visited with my family and we ended up cancelling some activities just to stay in and admire the view. It’s right at the edge of old town so you end up spending most of your time soaking up the vibe there. pro tip - the 7th floor duplex is worth every penny. so not miss it out. This place is perfect.

- Slim (10/5): Much recommeded place, 5 stars rating ⭐️ - The property has a perfect location: close to the market, old souk, restaurants and pubs, taxi station (few minutes walking distance). Very clean and spacious appartements, exactly like shown in the pictures and details mentioned, and also very safe (you can only enter by key, given to guests by reception staff). The staff was exceptional, especially Ms. Ayperi (the lady who works in day shift). She was very welcoming and ready to help at anytime, and she even got us home baked sweets.

- Mukta (6/5): Pleasant - Great view from balcony I was charged 5 euro for usuing a small hand towel to clean up green tea as we weren’t given any tea towels. The staff said they would be throwing the towel away as they couldn’t put it through the laundry service which was very odd as I could definitely get that out in a regular wash. We requested fresh towels part way through our stay for hygiene reasons considering how hot it was but the staff were so reluctant and I felt like I had to prove my we needed them which was disappointing and should be a basic hotel standard. Also some of the (white) towels were grey which was confusing considering I was charged for spilling green tea on one. The kettle in the kitchen had no lid and meant that you could only boil a small amount of water at a time and make sure you did not leave it unattended, a health and safety concern.
