- Alexandre (3/5): UMA VEZ E NUNCA MAIS - Boa localização, muito embora tenha sido abordado por moradores de rua praticamente toda a saída da acomodação, que se posicionam ao lado direito da entrada do prédio, onde existe um OXXO. Processo de check in da Akilê é burocrático, fora do Booking, exige caução de 600 reais, assinatura de contrato com cláusula abusiva, que faz você pensar que está assinando com uma imobiliária do século XX! A acomodação estava suja: pendiam restos de pó preto dos cobogós (veja fotos). A acomodação é oferecida para 02 pessoas, mas não está preparada para tal. Faltam banco para usar na cozinha, prato, bowl, prato de sobremesa e xícara. Das banquetas (azul) que aparecem na foto, resta uma só, que é de cerâmica e você,sendo ameaçado de ter a caução retida por "danos", fica tremendo só de pensar em sentar nela, sem falar que a ideia de sentar num tamborete de cerâmica é uma ideia de decorador que não está pensando no risco real de sofrer uma lesão séria, até fatal, se quebrar! A acomodação não tem uma cortina blackout na janela enorme, que é da largura do apê. Você acorda imediatamente após amanhecer se não levar uma venda para os olhos.

- Ksaverii (5/5): - the location is good, the room is OK the property description is misleading: 1. the 24-hour front desk has nothing to do with the hotel, it's just a condominium employee who speaks only Portuguese and can only let you in/out 2. the hotel staff is only available online at their work hours, and they always respond in Portuguese. so, if your Wi-Fi doesn't work (my case), you need a local SIM-card or roaming to reach them and translate what they say 3. the laundry requires cash payment and your own liquid soap all these are pretty inconvenient for foreign travelers staying just a few days also, room floors aren't really clean, sound insulation could be better, and you need to spend some time before arrival registering on the hotel's website and making a deposit

Não fui informada de forma clara sobre a exigência de caução de R$ 600,00 no cartão de crédito, informação que não constava adequadamente no aplicativo, assim como também não estava claro que o estacionamento seria pago. Além da falta de transparência, tive grande dificuldade de contato com os responsáveis, e o atendimento foi péssimo e totalmente despreparado. Fui inclusive ameaçada de perder minha hospedagem caso não resolvesse a situação até às 16h30 no dia da entrada, o que me causou enorme estresse e me fez perder boa parte da minha tarde tentando resolver algo que deveria ter sido informado com antecedência. O mais preocupante é que, ao chegar ao local, havia outro hóspede enfrentando exatamente o mesmo problema, o que mostra que essa falha já é recorrente. - Santtos (10/5): Europa no Brasil - Apartamento bom, seguro, local maravilhoso com excelentes opções gastronômicas, fácil atendimento por uber e centro de SP, ou seja, perto de quase tudo. A única coisa que achamos ruim foi a falta de um chuveiro para o vaso 🚽 sanitário, acessório muito importante num banheiro e muito fácil de ser colocado. Ideal ser colocado com a possibilidade de saída também de água quente.

- Taynara (9/5): O que citei não interferiu no conforto, foi ótimo! - A localização é excelente, próxima de locais maravilhosos da gastronomia. Apartamento confortável e com utensílios bem necessários! O ponto de parada é um pouco complicado, por ser uma rua estreita e bem movimentada, e não ter espaço na calçada do prédio para parar. Além disso, o fato de só aceitarem dinheiro (nem pix) na lavanderia. E o sofá que é bemmmmm mole.

- Mayckon (8/5): Excelente! - Localização muito boa! Apartamento bem espaçoso e confortável. Único problema foi a cortina do quarto que é translúcida e a claridade do quarto incomoda um pouco.
- Alexandre (7/5): Nunca mas me hospedo em qualquer imóvel administrado pelo Akilê, pior experiência que tivemos - O pessoal da recepção nos deram muita atenção, dentro do imóvel tinham utensílios para uma estadia boa ,espaço bom , o imóvel é bom A administradora do imóvel péssimo atendimento, nos mandaram as informações quando estávamos na estrada pedindo calção para poder entrar no imóvel, foi nos dados garagem gratuito e a administradora quis nos cobrar , o local não estava limpo , principalmente o banheiro , levamos 1 horas e meia para conseguir acessar o apartamento.

Somente do tamanho, mas pra ser sao paulo ta ok.. e nao gostei da vista nao ser pra rua, ser lateral, por ter um predio ao lado a cortina teve que ficar fechada 100% do tempo.

- Felipe Gomes de Melo (7/5): - Localização e o espaço integrado com utensílios. Ter um supermercado no térreo do prédio facilita muito. Assim como a proximidade do Parque Augusta, que foi um bom local pra iniciar o dia com atividade física. Fiquei duas semanas. O espaço precisava de manutenção e não tinha uma vassoura ou rodo. O box com o uso se tornou escorregadio e cheguei a levar duas quedas pelo sabonete acumulado, já que o ralo demora para escoar a água do banho.

- Mário Sliepoi (9/5): NÃO RECOMENDO! A Akilê, administradora da acomodação, cobra caução e não devolve. - A princípio estava dentro do combinado. Depois de feito o pagamento e já a caminho para a acomodação a Akilê encaminhou fora da plataforma a necessidade de uma caução de R$600, valor pouco superior ao custo da acomodação. Fiz o pagamento por Pix, mas não devolveram o valor mesmo após os 3 dias contados do checkout. Agora estou tendo que recorrer ao Booking para resolver o assunto.

Problems to get the keys (door code) at the beginning. Be sure to fill the forms received by email with antecedance.
- Sônia (6/5): Não ficaria novamente neste Studio (606)!!! - Gostei do atendimento do anfitrião (Akilê)!!! Não gostei deste studio (606)!!! Mobiliário feio e frágil, de pouca qualidade!!! O apê não tinha um cheiro bom!!! As cortinas não tapam a claridade e ao amanhecer o quarto fica muito claro, péssimo pra dormir!!! A pia do banheiro tinha vazamento mas que foi prontamente reparado após informarmos o anfitrião (Akilê)!!!

Senti falta de uma toalha de mesa ou jogo americano, que desta vez não tinha!!! Prestar mais atenção à manutenção do apê, pois um batente da porta do banheiro se soltou e caiu (estava praticamente solto quando ocupei o apê)!!!
