The room was well appointed, with good desk, table for playing games or eating, nice shower, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good proximity to center of town. A little tricky to find, but no big deal. All in all, an excellent choice and we'd come back again.

A really poor way to advertise and provide a service as clearly this would happen often if multiple places are booking a accomodation service. It left me in the lurch with no accomodation.

The king bed was especially comfortable. There is obvious attention to detail and staff is most cooperative. We will make a point of returning to this facility.

- Tiffany (10/5): - Ours was an exceptionally nice stay at Stopforths! Our entire suite was super clean and comfortable and provided all amenities we needed for our two-night stay. The kitchenette and bathroom were each stocked with all the essentials with all appliances in good working order. The motel is in the middle of a residential area, and our second floor room overlooked the yards of the surrounding homes --unexpected but not an issue. The area is very quiet despite being just a short few blocks away to restaurants and shops downtown (would be an easy and pleasant walk). We were very happy to have found this great place to stay having never been to Hokitika and would easily choose it again should we return!
