- Brett (9/5): Location, location, location! - Cosy, beautiful, original Georgian house smack bang in the old town close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was awesome. The balcony is delightful. I would stay again for sure.

- Tabea (6/5): Traumhafte Lage in der Altstadt in einer sauberen Unterkunft - Perfekte Lage und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat stand bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad gebucht, was an sich für uns nie ein Problem ist, aber das Bad ist ein Stockwerk tiefer direkt neben der Rezeption und wird gleichzeitig vom Personal für Reinigung/Wäsche genutzt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist leider sehr schlecht vor allem für Vegetarier. Unser Zimmer war durch die Dachschrägen extrem klein und sehr heiß. Eine Klimaanlage ist allerdings vorhanden. Man muss zwei lange Treppen hochgehen und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Wenn man stark+mobil ist, stellt dies allerdings kein Problem dar und das Personal hat einem gerne geholfen.

- Ann-Elin (10/5): Super central boutique hotel in old Tbilisi - Love the location, the decor and the super friendly staff. The balcony was a nice place to have breakfast, or just chilling out. Highly recommended! Since it’s so central, you might hear some music from the bars. It didn’t bother us.

Остановиться здесь — значит оказаться в гуще событий, но при этом сохранить покой: отель стоит на тихой улице, хотя до главных достопримечательностей, кафе и ресторанов можно дойти пешком за несколько минут. Интерьер продуман с любовью: в нём удачно сочетаются современный комфорт и грузинские традиции. Номера компактные, но очень уютные, со всем необходимым для отдыха — кондиционером, телевизором и собственной ванной комнатой. Отдельно хочется отметить удобные матрасы: сон был по‑настоящему крепким и восстанавливающим. Одна из главных жемчужин отеля — терраса с видом на город. Это идеальное место, чтобы начать день с завтрака на свежем воздухе или расслабиться вечером, любуясь панорамой Тбилиси. Иногда доносится лёгкая музыка из соседних заведений — это только добавляет очарования атмосфере. Персонал производит самое приятное впечатление. Сотрудники отеля — внимательные, гостеприимные и отзывчивые. Они не просто оперативно решают любые вопросы, но и с радостью делятся интересными историями о городе и самом здании, помогая гостям лучше прочувствовать дух места. Питание тоже порадовало. Завтраки простые, но вкусные и сытные. В итоге "Kindli Boutique Hotel" оставил ощущение домашнего уюта в самом сердце грузинской столицы. Отель отлично подойдёт тем, кто хочет почувствовать атмосферу Тбилиси, остановиться в историческом месте и при этом получить качественный сервис. С радостью вернусь сюда снова и могу смело рекомендовать другим путешественникам!
- Olesia (9/5): - При заселении и во время проживания был оказан радушный прием! Отель небольшой, но милый и чистый, в грузинском стиле - именно в такой мы хотели. Персонал очень отзывчивый, всегда помогали и консультировали при необходимости. В день заселения помогли занести наши тяжеленные чемоданы - это такая редкость, поэтому огромное спасибо! Вкусные завтраки на веранде - супер-находка! Такой релакс и отрада для глаз. Кухней можно пользоваться в любое время, так что мы и чай ходили пить на балкон-веранду. Хорошее расположение. В непосредственной близости или недалеко находятся Мост мира, набережная, большое количество храмов, Площадь свободы и многое другое. Это удобно, как ни крути, особенно если ты с ребенком. К Пасхе отель украсили - это и мило, и ценно для верующих. В день отъезда разрешили оставить вещи, а перед отъездом еще чай попить. Огромное спасибо за такой теплый прием!

Everything was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Since the hotel is located right in the heart of the old town, we had the chance to fully enjoy all the charms of life in Tbilisi. Thank you once again to the wonderful staff. - Olha (9/5): - Spędziłam w hotelu 4 noce i ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Pokój był czysty, komfortowy i choć niewielki, miał wszystko, co potrzebne do wygodnego wypoczynku. Personel był mega uprzejmy i zawsze chętnie pomagał w każdej sprawie, co stworzyło bardzo miłą atmosferę. Jedzenie było smaczne, domowe, a możliwość zjedzenia posiłku na pięknym tarasie była dodatkowym atutem. W hotelu było cicho i spokojnie, dzięki czemu można było naprawdę odpocząć. Lokalizacja również jest świetna. Uważam, że stosunek ceny do jakości jest bardzo dobry i zdecydowanie poleciłabym ten hotel innym osobom. Jedynym małym minusem był drobny problem z słuchawką prysznicową.

Desayuno muy correcto incluido y opción a café/té todo el día. Personal muy amable y recepción 24h. Algo incómodas alguna de las camas (habitaciones de 4 personas) y cuarto pequeño para 4 personas, aunque suficiente para un par de noches.

- Olha (9/5): В целом всё хорошо. - Персонал мега дружелюбный, отель очень атмосферный, место прямо в центре, очень удобно. Терраса очень красивая и удобная. Сам номер небольшой, но уютный. Замените полочку в душе, она уже поржавела.

- Karla (8/5): - The location of the Hotel is great, as well as the really kind receptionist-team. The whole interior is really comfy and beautiful and the balcony is beautiful :) we only were a little underwhelmed with the size of our room. Thats not really something, that we can blame the Hotel for :) It looked bigger on the pictures. Just a heads up for people that are tall or traveling in a group thats maybe not so close with eachother. We were 4 friends and two of them are tall men. Everyone kept bumping their heads on the ceiling, the one bed where you have to climb a ladder to get there wasn‘t that easy to access for one of my friends and when he closed the curtain, he didn’t have any air to breathe in the morning. That being said: I really liked the room and the whole hotel, but it was a bit tough during winter time, wet clothes etc., especially with one very small window for the whole room :)

Value for money I asked to specifically pay by card prior to my booking and messaged the property to confirm and was told that pos is not working. Was shown a room much worse than the pictures and was told that if I wanted a better one I would have to cancel my reservation and make a new one. We were four people and fourth bed was in a very claustrophobic space.

The breakfast was very well prepared, and the balcony is a perfect place to relax. The location is perfect to access all of Old Tbilisi easily on foot. Special thanks to the lady at reception who recommended the botanic gardens and local bars The plumbing in our room had a bad smell at times, however this was likely due to the age of the building and was manageable

- Irina (10/5): Для совсем непритязательных туристов. - Удобное месторасположение, очень вежливый и приветливый персонал. Очень маленькие номера. Мы приезжали компанией. В одном номере, чтобы зайти в туалет, надо было отодвигать кровать. Мы жили под крышей, так прямо можно в номер ходить только вдоль одной стены, а так - только в полусогнутом виде. В номерах под крышей есть совсем маленькое окошко. Свет не поступает.

To miejsce było czymś znacznie więcej niż noclegiem — stało się dla nas esencją gruzińskiej kultury, autentycznej gościnności i ciepła, którego nie da się zaplanować, a które zostaje w pamięci na długo. Dzięki temu obiektowi całą podróż do Gruzji wspominamy nie tylko przez odwiedzone miejsca, ale przez ludzi i atmosferę, która sprawiła, że naprawdę poczułyśmy się tam jak w domu. Dziękuję serdecznie i polecam z całego serca. Takie miejsca tworzą serdeczni ludzie, a ten cudowny balkon na zawsze pozostanie w mojej pamięci. Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

- Nihal (8/5): Excellent location and friendly staff - The staff is really friendly and accommodating, the hotel is in old town and every monument is within 1 km so easily walk able and the breakfast served every morning is decent and filling. The location would get 5 stars and the hotel is really nice for a short stay The rooms are a bit small and also the bathroom so it is a tight fit for 1 person but manageable. The breakfast might get repetitive since its the same everyday also less vegetarian options. There were no bottled water or tissue paper and outside the room can get pretty noisy.

Прекрасный общий балкон с видом на город, можно завтракать на свежем воздухе. Уборка и смена белья по запросу. Приветливые администраторы, всегда на месте и готовы помочь. не хватало разнообразия на завтраке - сыр только соленый, нет творога или йогурта, каши. Но, возможно, это личные предпочтения

The little balcony was adorable and we really enjoyed the community vibe at breakfast, where you could help yourself to tea etc. Better sound insulation would be great, because there was a very loud family who checked in late and we could hear their children screaming and running around in the corridor around midnight just outside our room.

Una menzione speciale va alla terrazza in cui rilassarsi, bere un the e mangiare qualcosa. La posizione perfetta, nel centro di Tbilisi. Siamo stati contentissimi della nostra scelta. Se abbiamo amato così tanto Tbilisi è anche merito loro. La colazione avrebbe potuto essere un po’ più vasta, specialmente con opzioni per intolleranti al lattosio.

Хороший и разнообразный завтрак. Прекрасно выспались, позавтракали и погуляли по городу. Минут пятнадцать гуляли пешком до рождественской ярмарки, которая работает до 14 января. Пять-десять минут до площади героев, две-три минуты до горячего шоколада и вафлей 30 пузырьков, а также сухого моста с выставкой необычных вещей Красивый украшенный центр столицы с огнями и новогодним настроением, наша поездка получилась идеальной, отчасти из-за правильного выбора отеля
