• Nusrat (1/5): Bad - Literally nothing I had an absolutely terrible experience during my stay at this apartment. From the start, the lady owner was incredibly unwelcoming, setting the tone for what would be a miserable three weeks. The issues began immediately: we arrived to find a damaged sponge, no laundry powder, and a broken washing machine. The wardrobe was held together with paper tape and was on the verge of collapsing—an obvious safety hazard. The sofas were broken as well, and we weren’t even provided with basics like toilet paper. To make matters worse, we had to wash our clothes outside because of the broken amenities. The bedroom heater didn’t work, forcing us to sleep in the living room. Despite repeatedly bringing this up with her, she would only turn the heating on remotely after we texted her, often arguing and sending screenshots claiming it was working. This constant back-and-forth made the stay even more stressful. The most appalling part, however, was her rude and arrogant attitude, which included racist comments and unnecessary arguments. She even tried to blame us for the broken wardrobe that was already falling apart when we arrived! This was, without a doubt, the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to steer clear—it’s not worth the hassle or the disrespect. Save yourself the trouble and find a better option elsewhere.
