- Kevin (10/5): Exactly what we hoped for when choosing it. - We arrived in Split via ferry. The rooms are close to the ferry terminal so a short walk (460m or so). The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Clearly some effort had been made to make it much more like a hotel room than simply a B&B. Instructions to get in were clear and simple. An easy walk to the Riva, about 20 minutes. It felt very secure. No concerns.

The comfort level is exceptional, especially the bed, which ensured great rest after a full day of exploring. The overall atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. Accessibility is also excellent – check-in and check-out were simple and smooth, and the location is easy to reach whether arriving by car or public transport. Communication with the host was flawless; they were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Finally, it’s worth mentioning that Split is a perfect city for a holiday. With its rich history, beautiful beaches, amazing food, and vibrant atmosphere, it offers something for everyone. Već pri dolasku oduševio nas je prekrasan pogled na more koji oduzima dah i stvara poseban ugođaj od samog jutra do večeri. Soba je izuzetno čista, moderno uređena i opremljena svim potrebnim sadržajima za ugodan boravak. Krevet je vrlo udoban, a prostor je pažljivo uređen s puno stila i detalja koji stvaraju luksuznu, ali i toplu atmosferu. Lokacija je odlična – dovoljno blizu centra i svih glavnih atrakcija, a opet dovoljno mirna za opuštanje. Sve u svemu, iskustvo je bilo iznad svih očekivanja. Ako tražite luksuzan, udoban i miran smještaj s nezaboravnim pogledom na more, Dream Luxury Room je savršen izbor. Sigurno ćemo se ponovno vratiti! Ocjena: 10/10

- Linda (5/5): - The view was very pretty and the decor was contemporary and comfortable. There was a lot of construction going on outside the building and the noise started very early in the morning. The building was also located on a heavily trafficked road so the noise from cars, trucks and buses was significant. The 5 flights of stairs was also unexpected and made carrying luggage upstairs difficult for 2 women in their 60’s. The bath towels were very stiff and scratchy and can definitely be improved upon.

- Sherri (8/5): - I arrived earlier than check-in and the cleaner was there and so lovely!! She didn’t want me waiting so she had me come in and the bed was prepared so had me sit and got me water while she finished up. So sweet and helpful after 10+ hours of travelling. The beach is right next door so it took 1 minute to walk and relax and enjoy the view. Entry was easy and building was very safe with 3 codes to get to your room. The city centre with walking tours, food etc was a 15 minute walk at most. Room was perfect with coffee and fridge and safe etc. The only hard part were the stairs. I travelled alone with quite a bit of luggage (too much lol) and I had to make 3 trips up several flights dragging the bags. I was exhausted BUT there isn’t anything they can do about it and I think as long as you’re capable I wouldn’t let it deter you. Good exercise lol.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was on a very busy road and there was a lot of construction. Also, we were very surprised to find it wasn’t a hotel. Everything in the details and reviews made it sound like a hotel. It was self-check in because there’s no reception or staff, and we had a little difficulty with getting a cleaning during our 4-night stay, but otherwise, that wasn’t a problem. We were able to get coffee and toiletries restocked as needed.

Would highly recommend. No elevator. Not impossible to go up with luggage though, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

We were able to leave our bags in the secure hallway before the afternoon checkin time and that worked well for us. The building itself is relatively old, but the room was super. Very convenient for the beach, the port and the old town.

There was no clear signage as to where it was. A little tiny sign at the door and that was only visible once you were standing there. It needs to be clearer to your guest.

We loved our king-size bed and the duvet covers, which were very comfortable. We had an awesome stay in Croatia! The hotel management was very attentive to our needs. We emailed them to ask for more towels and got them the very next day. Everything was wonderful and I highly recommend this property!

It also has a beach area on one side if you want this. Instructions for getting into the room were clear we had everything we needed, including a nice coffee machine 😊

Slightly tight for two suitcases but we managed fine. Carry the suitcases up the stairs is a bit of a burden but you only have to do that once.

- Marzena (9/5): Superb - Very responsive and accommodating hosts, spotless and comfortable apartment within a walking distance to the bus station and the old town. Good restaurants nearby. There's no lift to the 3rd floor apartment, could be difficult for guests with heavy luggage.

The place was also impeccably clean and quiet. The AC was very good. Check in was easy.

Generous amounts of shampoo and shower gel provided There were no lifts to get to the third floor and the bed had two separate, small duvets. Also, probably not always the case but, workmen were drilling outside throughout the whole night.

There was no lift there was a building site outside could not open windows because noise from roads and building site. No one there to greet us on arrival. Coming in the front door from the street not very inviting. Mini bar very expensive €5 for a can coke??? Come on. Did not use.

- Ian (4/5): Apart from the problem getting in it was great and well situated. - Breakfast not included. No milk for coffee or tea. We couldn’t get in to the property. The phone number we had been given was incorrect so we had no contact in case of problems. Our problem was our plane was delayed due to bad weather. So we only arrived at 11.30 pm. The door was locked. The phone number didn’t work. It was only because we were fortunate to bump into a neighbour taking her dog out who knew the contact number that we were able to open the door with the code that was needed. It was a definite drawback. An emergency number should be given.
