WiFi was great and so was the location, which was close to both the bus station and the beach, as well as most places you might want to walk to or places to eat. Could get a bit loud late at night/early morning owing to the beach party goers.
- 443mariannas (10/5): Good price, good location and amazing host - The apartment is very nice, clean and with all amenities needed. Situated close to sea and old town. Close distance to the main bus stop from where you can travel to other cities. The host Vladimir is an amazing person, helped with arranging pick up and drop off to the airport. Gave the best advice about what and where to eat. Perfect price and quality. Sure will stay there again. Recommend very much.
- erkanyz (10/5): Convenient place and fun for kids - Host is very friendly and he provided us all the info and a nice vacation plan print out. There are kittens and a dog and my kids loved playing with them. Garden is gorgeous with grapes and kiwis hanging out of the trellis. At night the clubs nearby make a lot of noise but our room had good enough sound isolation. Free reserved parking in front of the hotel is the best thing. It is pretty hectic in July in Budva! Easy walk to old town and the best beach Mogren Highly recommended

On the other hand you can easily hear loud music from Night Clubs at nights which continues till 1.00 am. (it is allowed legally till 1.00am) if you need perfect silence for your sleep that may be a problem (Personally it wasn't problem for me. You can find basic tools in kitchen for cooking some meal or breakfast. Bed is not comfortable after my 3rd night I have backpains. and sheets are became grey from white. They need to renew beds and sheets because I scratched my legs twice with small iron which is visible over surface of the bed. Once we get hotel around 2.00-2.00 pm, there wasn't anybody in reception. Actually there is no reception. They have their own house using kind of reception and living there. I rang the bell but nobody at home. I called via phone to owner, obviously they forgot my check-in that day. He double checked my reservation when I was waiting on the line and found it. His brother came couple minutes later and gave us key.

- 520signea (10/5): Friendly place close to .. everything in Budva - Very nice place in Budva, friendly family rents out rooms and apartements and provide you with all the information you need! Nice apartments with all you need - cook your own meals (or use one of the many bars, cafés or restaurants in the neighbourghood - just ask) - relax on the balcony after exploring Budva.
- Mucak (10/5): Friendly hosts and excellent location - We stayed 2 nights in this lovely apartment. Our hosts has made a warm welcome to us. Lovely lady and her son Vladimir explained the city and has prepared a list for us including places to visit and see, eat&drink ... with offer us fresh fruits and drinks. Rooms were clear. Very good location, just a minutes to port budva and mogren beachs. Thanks :)

- sarahvictoriag (6/5): Okay, nothing more or less - We stayed here for two nights. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and offered to help with anything we needed (eg renting a car, transportation, directions to great beaches and to the supermarket). The apartment was ok for the two of us, and the balcony was great! However it was not properly cleaned; we found hair in the bathroom and the water kettle was dirty. Also the sheets had some stains on them. All in all an ok place to stay for a couple of nights, but I’m glad we had our own travel sheets with us :)

- kaliray (10/5): All What You Need - Chose the place to stay over Easter holidays. Our main requests were nice looking accomodation, with affordable price, basic kitchen facilities, free wi-fi, close to Old town with free private parking. Got all that, with few extras. The hosts are really nice people, we had a warm welcome with coffee and local specialties. Even got Easter eggs on Sunday and a small farewell present. It was such a beautiful touch. The Apartments are perfectly located, close to the beach and Old town. Shops are also near by. You reach everything in minutes. The apartment is quite clean, kitchen fully equiped, our own balcony... A small, but powerful heater for colder nights. Enjoyed the stay very much. Many thanks to our dear hosts.
- KenK61 (10/5): Friendly place to stay - Great location and made very welcome by the family. The amenities are well in line with the price - clean, tidy and functional if slightly basic. The in-house guide to local restaurants and attractions was very useful and saved a lot of time. Blown lightbulb was replaced in minutes - great service. Highly recommended when in Budva.
- NTtraveler365 (10/5): Great location with exeptionally frendly owners! - It was our third stay at Franeta and the place never fails from our favour. We rented the attic appartment with two separate rooms (small but cozy) and a kitchen equiped with everything one needs for a nice vacation. Both rooms have air conditioning, great Wi-fi. It's close to everything: beach, old town, restaurants, shops, market. Our hosts treated us like part of their family for which we are very greatful. We retain all the good feelings and nice memories. Thank you for your hospitality! Definitely recomend!
- jak101 (8/5): I would stay again - The Apartments were close to the old town, quiet and Safe! The owner was kind enough to meet us after 1 AM. We had to wait at a border crossing (took a long while). His son was quick to respond to call/text. Thank you for that. Property close to store as well for water and such provisions. The room was great. There were patio doors leading to seats and table outside. Small kitchenette. We used only the fridge. Hangers in closet, extra blankets. I have to say that the mattresses were not comfortable for me. The bathroom was functional but need shelving in the shower for shampoo etc... Also, the shelf over the the sink was great but to low and washing your face is not easy. Air condition worked. I do not remember if there was free wifi. Loved the free parking if you are driving!
- EricSamsonov (10/5): Excellent! - Rooms: Nice and clean rooms with free AC, safe box and Wi-Fi, satellite TV. There's a fridge, a boiling table and a kettle. All rooms have a balcony and you can see the sea from the top floor balconies. Bathroom is equipped with shower cabin and boiler, hairdryer is available. There are no washing sets like soap or shampoo, so get prepared. Note, that it is forbidden to cook fish in rooms, but you can use grill in the yard to do that. Also in the yard you can use drinking water tap. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels change each 2 days. Beach: is just 5-7 minutes walk to Slavenskij and about 20 min to the Mogren 1 and 2. Megamarket and Green market are just 10 min away. Overall impression is very good, definitely recommend!
- 374maddin (10/5): Special and friendly Budva accomodation, with an amazing location! - Vlad and his family run a wonderful and friendly apartment block - the rooms are well equipped with a small kitchen, air conditioning and tv, and the terrace rooms have lovely views into the garden and beach in the distance. Welcome drinks and food were an exceptional bonus (Vlad's dads homemade rakia was second to none)! Vlad also made sure to offer personalised advice on local restaurants, bars and beaches and was incredibly helpful. The location of the apartments is also perfect - with the main strip only 5 mins away, and the old town less than 10 mins away by foot. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Franeta apartments to anyone visiting Budva!
- JP7000 (8/5): Room with a Japanese twist! - We stayed at Franeta for one night and liked the place! The room was large and clean while there was even a small balcony. The owners were really friendly and helpful, they even greeted us with a selection of ham and cheese when we arrived. The location is quite convenient as it's quite close to the beach but not too close for there to be too much noise.

- Shantele72 (8/5): Great location, great service - We booked this apartment based on the great reviews, and we weren't disappointed with our choice. Vladimir was in contact asking if we needed transport from the airport as soon as we made the booking and responded to queries very promptly. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by him, his mother and father and given raki (be careful its strong stuff!) and local cheese and meats. The apartment we had was a 'comfort studio' and it had a really nice little balcony out the front covered with grape vines. It had a small kitchen, a separate bedroom and a shower room, plenty of space for the two of us. As others have mentioned they could do with some additional maintenance and modernising - the shower doors are a bit flimsy, the shower leaks, the sheets are single sheets rather than a double and the bed could do with replacing (don't sit on the end!)....but these are minor snags - we expected it to be quite basic and it is - but that is reflected in the price, given that it is 5 mins walk from both the new and old towns. Others have mentioned the noise....it is loud, but nowhere is immune from the noise in Budva summer season. If you want somewhere close to the old town and the beach for a reasonable price and with a friendly welcome then you couldn't do any better than choosing here.

- YorkshireCrispy (8/5): Excellent apartments in excellent location - Stayed with 10 other friends in four of the apartments. Our room had 3 beds but didn't feel cramped, although the single beds were a little small. The apartment was clean and the staff were very friendly & helpful. Free wifi was nice. The apartments are just 5 mins stroll to the walled old town and harbour so very close from the best part of town. The area was relatively quiet despite there being quite a bit of building work going on. Would have no hesitation staying here again if I return to Budva
