El desayuno era variado pero tampoco era tan bueno. En la cena como bebida pedimos un par de aguas chiquitas que segun el menu salian 10k, nos trajeron dos que nos cobraron 35k cada una porque segun dijeron no les quedaba mas de la otra y esta era mas cara.

• abergerhessen (6/5): A bit disappointed! - Overall the stay was acceptable, however I was disappointed with the service handling. As an Archipelago member I contacted the hotel directly before arrival and was quoted a rate significantly higher than the publicly available online rate for the same room. I therefore booked online instead. Additionally, I requested a follow-up from the manager at 10 AM the next day, but no one contacted me. This suggests either the message was not passed on or the request was not taken seriously, which is not what I expect from a chain hotel. I hope service communication and member recognition can be improved in the future. Minibar did not Cooling

The check-in process was smooth, fast, and very well organized. The Front Office team welcomed us with warm smiles and polite greetings, making us feel immediately comfortable after a long journey. The staff explained the hotel facilities clearly and professionally, showing genuine hospitality that reflects Aston’s service standards. The Front Office (FO) staff deserve special appreciation. They were attentive, responsive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Communication was clear, friendly, and efficient. Even during busy hours, they maintained a calm and professional attitude, which really impressed us. Upon arrival, the bellboy service was excellent. The bell staff helped with our luggage promptly and escorted us to the room while explaining hotel facilities along the way. Their politeness and helpful attitude added a positive first impression to our stay. Small details like opening doors, offering assistance, and smiling sincerely made a big difference. The room cleanliness was outstanding. The room was spotless, well-organized, and smelled fresh. Housekeeping did a great job in maintaining cleanliness, from the bed linen to the bathroom amenities. Everything was neatly arranged, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. This level of cleanliness made us feel safe and at ease throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and suitable for both adults and children. It’s a perfect spot to relax in the afternoon or early morning, with a calm ambience that helps you unwind after a busy day. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was another enjoyable experience. The restaurant atmosphere was cozy and clean, with friendly staff who were always attentive to guests’ needs. The breakfast selection was quite complete, but what really stood out were the live cooking stations. The nasi goreng was flavorful, well-seasoned, and freshly cooked, while the omelet telur was perfectly made according to our preference. Simple dishes, yet executed very well — comfort food at its best. For dinner, we tried Royale Jade Restaurant, and it was absolutely worth it. The highlight was the beef saus naga, which had a unique flavor, tender texture, and rich sauce that complemented the meat perfectly. The presentation was elegant, and the taste exceeded expectations. The service during dinner was also excellent — attentive without being intrusive. Another major advantage of Aston Banyuwangi is its strategic location. The hotel is conveniently located near Banyuwangi train station, making it very accessible for travelers arriving by train. This is a big plus, especially for business travelers and tourists exploring Banyuwangi. Overall, Aston Banyuwangi offers a complete hospitality experience — excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a strategic location. A perfect choice for both leisure and business stays. Highly recommended, and definitely a hotel we would love to return to.

• Victoria (9/5): Bon point de chute proche de tout. - La literie, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel, la proximité avec la ville, le calme. La piscine n'est au soleil que le matin, le bruit des prières de la mosquée se trouvant à côté.

The bathroom it's bad, not family friendly for sure, can't really was your kid with a fix rain shower in the wall. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working.

Security, Front Office staff, Houskeeping Attendant (trainee) and Waiter/ss selalu ramah dan help full. • 841andikar (10/5): Cozy, enjoy, fun, and relaxing - The Hotel's location isn't far from the city center. And it is easy to reach some tourism destination in Banyuwangi, it's about an hour drive to Ijen Crater, Baluran National Park. And only 15 minutes to Boom Beach.

Abgewohntes Zimmer, Blutflecken in Bettwäsche, Leck in Wasserkocher (wurde ausgetauscht sehr schnell), chinesisches Restaurant ohne jedes vegetarische Essenangebot. Wasserhahn zu kurz, beim Händewaschen flutet man zwangsläufig den Waschtisch (siehe Fotos der Mängel).

Room spaces were ok but dirty, very dirty. Main restaurant was a pity as many things on the menu card were "Kosong" I took lumpiah as starter and 20 mn later I was sick and had to go to my room. Same thing for the chinese restaurant. Toilet in the room in bad condition. So I highly do not recommend this hotel

Zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar en zal aston zeker niet aanraden. The room hygiene left a lot to be desired. Everywhere, in the room and bathroom there were vermin that you would rather not have. Definitely not worth repeating and will certainly not recommend Aston.

The breakfast menu is not varied. The staff is friendly. The parking area is quite large.

• Sasongko (2/5): - Air Shower kencang AC sama sekali tidak berfungsi, sudah diperbaiki tehnisi tapi tetap tidak dingin, hanya angin yg keluar. Ukuran terlalu sempit sekelas budget hotel, tapi harga terlalu mahal. Royal Heritage Surakarta fasilitas lebih baik dan ukuran ruang jauh lebih luas, harganya jauh lebih murah. Saya kecewa dan tdk akan merekomendasikan untuk menginap.

We arrived at night in heavy rain and we were so tired after long journey and they valet my car for parking which is so nice and the check in was so quick. They gave us welcome drinks too. So nice, we will definitely come back when we visit Banyuwangi.

When we asked how we can sleep here 3 persons? They told us that they can push the beds together and we can sleep all together! 😆

We checked in at 5am in the following morning of our booked date to be able to refresh, at 10am just when we're about to have little rest the bell rang from housekeeping if room needs to be service, 10 minutes after that phone rang from FO advising us check out time is 12pm. Therefore too much disturbance. In the end I checked out, moved to another hotel and stayed there for 15 nights.
