- Julia (4/5): - The hotel separated 2 rooms onto different floors that were supposed to be connected due to overbooking themselves. The rooms were dirty and did not look like the pictures online. They were nice enough to store our luggage upon check out until we had to leave for the airport.

- Ming Yu (10/5): Great experience on accommodation - Great accommodation at Da Nang, the hotel nearby famous coffee shop, the morning buffet is delicious, more choice for enjoy like fruit ( watermelon) , fried egg, chicken, pork and bone pho noodle, rice, sweet photo, congee . so many choice for enjoy and delivious. The service is polite and nice on serving. Great and promote to live again if travel back to Da Nang again in future.

- MINGEUN (8/5): - 2박 3일로 머큐리 부티크 호텔 1명으로 킹사이즈 침대 1룸으로 끊었는데 나쁘지 않았음. 룸 내부는 깔끔함. 대신 욕실에서 제공되는 치약이 너무 없음 여분 가져가야 할듯. 샤워타올도 없음. 다낭 쪽에 있는 웬만한 호텔들은 다 스파&마사지 시설이 다 있는데 일반 마사지 샾에서 하는 것보다 훨씬 비싸서(390,000동) 호텔꺼는 추천하지 않음. 아침이 조금 조악함. 아침식사 제공되는데 조금 텁텁하고 볶음밥 정도는 괜찮았음. 호텔 주변 시설이 조금 아쉬웠음. 그랩 잡기에는 괜찮았는데 식당이랑 마켓같은게 조금 멀리 떨어져 있음.

And we would of rated higher however our room had electrical issues, flickering light, the bath spa release was not working and the safe had a problem setting it, far to many problems for this quality hotel. Maybe we were just unlucky. We would go back because Sunworld is worth another look.

- Tringuyenis (4/5): Average at best - Staying 3 nights at the hotel for a house hunting trip in Da Nang and the agent booked this hotel based on its high rating. My experience was not at all warranted the high rating as previously reported. The shower stand has moulding around the corners. No soap for the shower. Some of the outlet covers came off their sockets when I tried to plug/unplug my computer. I had a safety box in the room but it didn’t bold down to anything so if someone intends to take anything in the safety, they just need to carry the whole box out of the room. By the way, the safety box is so light so carrying it is not a problem even for a child. Yike! Overall, this hotel has much to be improved.

The door can't be closed all the way, there was a crack open. My sister talked to the staffs so I'm not quite sure how the service was.

- LittlePains (10/5): Fantastic - I spent 3 nights here with my daughters. We had a fantastic stay and I couldn't fault any aspect. We took one of the suites on the top floors with which we had the use of a latge private lounge with computer access. We were informed that we could have 'snacks and cocktails' here in the early evening but this turned out to be a wonderful array of self service food and drinks with extremely helpful staff in attendance. Breakfast was the same - supurb Vietnamese dishes alongside more western fare - cereal/ pastries etc. The staff were extremely friendly, charming and attentive. The reception/ foyer area is large and airy and opens on to the small but pleasant pool where you can easily while away a couple of hours. A restricted but adequate menu of food is available in the foyer or you can done in the spacious and elegant ground floor restaurant. One floor of the hotel is given over to beautifully appointed massage, spa and wellbeing rooms with step in baths, marble floors and beautiful wooden finishing. We enjoyed several massaged during our stay and I think they were unrivalled anywhere else. The hotel is situated on a little promontory overlooking and slightly removed from the city. You are that bit removed from the congested streets and traffic pollution of Danang. You can (and I did) easily walk in to the city centre. It's a 30 - 40 minute walk across the bridge. Otherwise a Grab/ taxi will get you there in 5 - 10 minutes for a very small cost. Whether on business or travelling this is a really good hotel. It's part of a well respected global chain but it has its own distinctive feel. Highly recommended.

- AshleyC826 (8/5): Modern Hotel in the Commercial District - Stayed two nights. Room was large with King size bed, TV, fridge, hair dryer, complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water. Air conditioning worked well and so did the internet. Bath room was large with tub, only issue was the water would spill out as the glass separator is not fixed closer to the tub. Breakfast was very good with eggs to order and had a large Vietnamese selection too. There are tons of Coffee shops around the hotel but not too many restaurants as this hotel is in the commercial area about 12min walk to the Museum of Cham Sculpture and the Dragon bridge. Complimentary car to My khe beach every afternoon at 4:30pm and back at 6:30pm. One way complimentary ride to the airport is also provided. The airport is a 5min drive to the hotel. Staff were generally very helpful though we were given wrong directions to the gold stores to change money so had to walk a lot! Otherwise always willing to help.
- xiupingl2016 (10/5): Excellent service - I stayed 2 nights in this hotel with my husband and family members. We booked the suites, connecting rooms. The staffs are friendly & helpful, expecially thanks to the receptionist Thoa. The location is quite convenient and near to airport. But, our rooms were facing the street so it was very noisy. Breakfast was the basic ones but not too bad. Overall experience was good :)

The bed was so squeaky it woke me up any time you moved in the bed. The phone rang at 5:45am even though we didn’t request a wake up call. And lastly there was some loud speaker voice outside from 5:45am on. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

- jadecameronlilyp2018 (8/5): 1 night stay - Couldn’t find our hostel and it was raining a lot so we walked into this place to book a room. The lady in the hotel was sooo nice and helpful, spoke English very well and was very comforting in a place where we couldn’t find anybody to help us or that could understand us. The rooms were really nice and it was good at about £13 each for a night with free water, robes, slippers etc and free breakfast. Only put 4 stars because some of the stuff at breakfast wasn’t very nice. Wish I knew the name of the lady at reception so I could thank her again

- sandrahU1665XI (10/5): Da Nang - We were met at the airport and checked in fast, had a large room which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included. Not near the beach but short walk to the riverside with plenty of places to eat, drink and shop.
- Jamie (8/5): 가성비괜찮은호텔 - 직원들도 친절하고 가성비 괜찮은 호텔임.다만 무료조식과 주변 도로소음으로 아침부터 시끄러운게 아쉬웠음. 호텔3층에있는 마사지샵을 이용했는데 마사지 후 바로팁을 달라고해서 별로였음.
- jack (10/5): 다낭 시내에 가까운 호텔 - 공항도 가깝고 한시장, 용다리도 가까워서 편했습니다. 걸어서 다닐수도 있지만 택시비가 저렴해서 택시로 이동하였습니다. 택시도 그랩으로 1분안에 탈 수 있어 매우 만족했습니다. 체크아웃 후 짐 보관도 무료로 해주며 무료로 공항에서 숙소까지 픽업도 가능했습니다. 조식도 무료였으나 현지 맛집을 가기위해 포기했습니다. 매우 만족합니다. 감사합니다.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Downtown Hotel - Nice new boutique hotel right in the middle of town. Only thing to watch out for is to avoid the rooms facing the Main Street. Rather noisy with all the horning in Vietnam. But truly a gem that is value for money!

- fabiofC6649FH (10/5): Mercury hotel - My company booked this hotel for me. I was surprised. It’s very good hotel outside and inside. In 10 minutes walk you are in downtown. You have every thing you need in only 1 minutes walk. The room is very big and with views.the personnel is very kind and speak very good English. they help me with one problem I have with passport and they booked for me for free transport to the airport! Very good hotel
- Verified traveler (8/5): 1박 후기 - 새벽 도착으로 무료 픽업 서비스를 이용했습니다. 기사가 늦게 와서 기다렸지만 무료여서 팁을 주었습니다. 로비가 2층인데 계단만 있어서 여행객에게는 불편하였습니다. 리렙션은 친절하였습니다. 객실은 청소가 제대로 되지않아 머리카락이 많았고 침대에는 다른 여성의 빤짝이가 묻어있었으며 물컵에는 다른 사람이 마시다가 남긴 물이 그대로 있었습니다. 청결도는 좋지 않습니다.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice enough - but don't set your expectations high - Overall, was a pleasant enough hotel. Room however, wasn't so colourful/decorated as it appears in pictures. The furniture seemed a little out-dated. The sheets had light stains on them in some areas, and the white slippers provided had visibly been worn (the kind that you would normally replace each time for new customers). Another strange thing to note is that despite the fact that the hotel visibly advertises its "VIP MASSAGE on LEVEL 3 & 4!!!" in bright lights on the side of the building plus a massive sign at the front door, upon enquiry we were told that "it is only for men" ... Not sure what comment to make about that one. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and we could've done without it if not for the convenience. Overall, the location is great - about 10-15min walk straight down to the Dragon Bridge, and the street is lined with an abundance of restaurants, cafes & beer lounges for a great nightlife! Room is spacious and bearable if you don't have super high expectations.
- getinmybelly2112 (10/5): Amazing hotel with very friendly staff - My girlfriend and I checked into this hotel for two nights and to be honest if we didn’t have other hotels booked elsewhere we would definitely stay a lot longer !! We were picked up from the airport by a very nice and friendly Vietnamese gentleman in a very nice mini bus . The hotel was a short drive from the airport as it’s a super central location in da nang !! As we pulled up to the hotel we were greeted by a very nice gentleman who I assume was the manager and a lovely young lady . He was very efficient in telling us everything we needed to know about our room and the hotel ! The hotel is very new and extremely modern and luxurious, the room actually feels like more of a suite , very nice inside and really spacious, one of the comfiest biggest beds I have slept in . My girlfriend suffers from insomnia but actually managed to sleep really well! We are staying on the 12 floor and the view is spectacular with the mountain range in the background!! We went down for breakfast this morning and it’s was really busy so we decided to wait a little while so returned to our room , they were very apologetic which they honestly had no need to be , as it’s expected to be busy and is only a good sign in my opinion to see it busy , anyway so we returned to our room then about 30mins later we had a phone call to inform us that the restaurant was now a lot quieter , so we went down for breakfast and were not disappointed, the selection that was on offer was extremely good , with a wide supply of hot and cold options available and really good coffee and again the staff were so lovely and friendly!! All in all this hotel is one of the best we have stayed in and so reasonably priced , will definitely stay here again ! Thank you mercury hotel for making our first two nights in da nang amazing .
