• AIMAN AKMAL (6/5): It's a coconut situation: hard outside, soft inside - The suite is clean. The bedrooms are comfortable. The water pressure is strong. Air cond and ceiling fans ensure that it's not hot even during the peak of noon. The sofa is hard. The internet connection is slow and lagging a lot. The suite is not soundproof unfortunately. The sound from the highway can be heard clearly. The building environment itself is not for everyone. It's a neighborhood problem.

• Adeliana (4/5): Not going to repeat again. - Facility overall is OK. The best thing is the large swimming pool. Not much of dining selection at the mall but still ok gor mcd & burger king. Parking is difficult. Free parking only for 1 car. If you have more than 1 car u need to pay for the parking or buy parking pass RM10/car. We arrived at 3 pm, but room not ready. We wait until 5 pm until i urged the reception girl to let us in due to we have old people in the family. Sucks.

Stain on towel, bed sheets, hard mattress, a lot of small cockroach in the kitchen and even at the living and bedroom. no tissue paper. Owner should have change the sponge for dishwashing, I when over to DIY to buy a new one. That sponge is disgusting. Don't even dare to use the kitchen at all. The living and dining table legs are all loosen, shaking. Remove control of the aircond only one is working. Owner please go and check your own unit once awhile.

• Hamziati (2/5): Not a pleasant stay, we have to use our own linen and no blanket. - Overall .. I like the location and there’s grocery and mall where I can shop around. Not clean, the linen especially bed sheets and blanket seems not changed and there’s stain most likely urine or something spotty after having couple…,also on the pillow someone’s hair still there everywhere on it. There’s also cockroaches at the kitchen and when we used the microwave, it come out from behind it. Seems not well maintains the cleanliness and the bathroom also very slippery and mould at the corner of the bathroom.

The room was okay, but bed and pillows seemed dirty. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance for the afternoon we wanted to use it.

I have story to the owner but she neglected and never take any action . Amerin Mall is super bad except the Macdonals others all so poor I will tstingly suggest people not to risk their life with Amerin mall elevator Cleanliness is also bad

• RACHEL (6/5): - bedding in both the master and twin bedroom had stains on it. mold on dish rack and mold on cleaning rag. spoons provided had residue that i couldn’t remove with dish soap. i was iffy about using their bath towels because it didn’t looked clean and it was partially damp which i couldn’t understand why. overall, it was dirty.

• Jennifer (2/5): - This place is awful. Every bed has stains on the sheets. Some have blood, others dirt. Our son's bed has sand in it. The bathrooms are dirty - there is mold growing in the showers, and the toilets haven’t been cleaned. The glass shower doors are filthy. The rags for the kitchen: were hard and crusted on the kitchen counter where they were left to dry. The kitchen sponge is at least 8 months old. It’s disgusting. Bowls and silverware were left dirty in the draining rack. The ironing board has a gigantic burn mark on it. The ironing board and the hair dryer were set up right next to the kitchen table. The kitchen table wasn’t wiped down. The pots for the kitchen cooktop look worse than something you’d buy at Goodwill - black, crusted with grime and food, scratched - just awful. There are spiderwebs on the tankless water heater in the shower that does not provide hot water at all. No joke. It’s a cold shower. The couch is filthy and broken. It has so much dirt on it that it is two different colors. The seats are broken and the armrest is broken. The cushions are flat. The throw pillows are filthy. The walls are damaged. The lamp in the living room is lopsided and held together by bright yellow tape. This place is a dump. There is also a night market until midnight right below your window - you hear everything from it. Lastly, there is basically no staff available at all.

Supermarket and clothing stores also available for last minute shopping. Wifi and TV programmes available. Friendly and understanding staff at the check-in counter. Easy to check-out also during silent hours. She did not take any deposit when I told her that we would only be staying for 1 night instead of 2 nights booked. Cockroaches found roaming the toilets and kitchen. Bidet in the toilet missing the spray head. 3pin plug for iron was faulty. Had to clear our own rubbish.
