• Paul (7/5): - Location We were moved from our booked unit to this one because of maintenance issues at that one. This unit was a good replacement until we ran into noisy neighbour issues. No reception staff available - it says buzz after hours or weekend -but no response on several occasions. No one at reception on Monday during regular hours when we left. We were lucky to have a WhatsApp number for manager? Who responded by phone when we needed assistance with drunk and rowdy neighbours in unit below. Luckily that unit was managed by same person otherwise we would have been on our own. Noise on both days from early afternoon to dinner with loud thumping music and smoking -made use of our balcony and the pool below not fun as that unit overlooked the pool. We left the building and went into the town to avoid that on both days. Pool shade says call reception to put up the shade but of course no response and it is duck taped closed. Only four upright chairs at the pool. Not enough for the guests using the pool. Wifi non existent on both days. In ceiling Fan in bathroom fell from ceiling onto the toilet in first day. Luckily no one using toilet at the time. We cleaned it up and left in bathroom So felt like no support on site and definite maintenance issues. The person we connected with was helpful but the system is not set up well for when support is needed.
• Jing (8/5): Great value for money. - The location is close to everything and the apartment has a beautiful view over Airlie beach. The bathroom in master bedroom needs to upgrade on the floor.
• Hueydog (8/5): Awesome views, modern comfy apartment - Awesome views, modern comfy apartment, everything you need. As with most of Airley, it's on the side of a hill so need a good level of fitness to walk from town despite it only being 400 metres, parking would be a drama for larger vehicles, very snug.
• Nicholas (10/5): Just perfect, highly recommend if you’re happy with hills and stairs. - Gorgeous spacious apartment with fantastic views over Airlie and the marina. Beautiful at night when all lit up. Air con, washing machine/dryer, home from home. We had the added privilege of visitations from very friendly, gentle Cockatoos landing on the outside railings. 5 altogether. Such little characters. The steep hill to access the property. But then without that you don’t get the amazing views. Also, no lift. Heavy going with luggage up 4 flights of stairs when you’re tired.

• Amanda (10/5): Amazing views and the apartment has everything you need. - The view is AMAZING!!! The apartment was clean and comfortable. Two fabulous pools to swim in and so close to everything. The driveways can catch you out due to being very steep. They could cause damage to your car if you not careful.

Woolworths supermarket 3 mins walk away. Steep hill to walk up and down so not recommended for elderly or with kids.

• Ebarbieri (3/5): Nice apartment WITHOUT wifi during our stay. - Seamless check-in process via door code. No wi-fi during our stay, which was VERY inconvenient as I needed to work a couple of hours per day. Additionally, the "smart TV" becomes useless, not only we couldnt enjoy YouTube, Netflix, etc (which would have been great considering we were travelling with a toddler), the "air channels" didn't work either - very bad antenna which made all channels breaking up, could not even listen to what they were saying. During the 3 days we were there, there was no solution provided, while we could see heaps of wi-fi networks online around. If there was an "4G outage" in the area, this should have been communicated to us in advance, and we would have cancelled the reservation and book elsewhere. Spending time in the accommodation is a very important part of the holidays, and not having wifi connection made it quite miserable. When you want to relax after a long day out, it's crucial to have wifi, let alone if you actually need to work. Double check wifi is working before booking this accommodation !

Floors needed vacuuming and the fans needed cleaning badly. Tv had terrible reception and could only get a few channels. The location was close to town but up a very steep hill.

• Suzanne (8/5): A fantastic place to stay. A beautiful region to visit. - This place is all about the fantastic view. It’s just amazing. The apartment was very roomy. The appliances were all in good working condition. The beds and lounges were comfortable. Love this place, would stay again. If I’m honest, I did find the walk up the hill to the apartment from the main St pretty hefty. To get the view, it’s going to be steep, so expect that. I did expect the unit to be serviced midway through our stay and was surprised that this didn’t happen. We made good use of the washing machine and did our sheets and towels ourselves. No big deal really.

• Alexlharris (9/5): Views for days - The pool is the best we'd ever seen, even better than the pictures. The size of the apartment was lovely, there were 5 of us, and we fitted in comfortably. The balcony was also a great space to watch the sunset. We booked well in advance and found it extremely good value for money.

There is a hill so if you do struggle walking then probably not ideal if you need to walk up the hill. Views, pools, space and facilities were all excellent. The top external balcony could do with additional seating, or loungers and a private bbq would have been really good. The parking was fine. We had an 8 seater and fit it in no problem. Nice lagoon on the front as well. Nothing really but a private bbq would have been nice

• Senaka (5/5): Great location, great views, spacious unit but needs lot of fixing around the property. - View from the balcony is great. Can see whole bay region. Property needs lots of care. Clothes dryer didn’t work and drying clothes was a major issue for us. Ensuite sliding door was stuck, and kept open through out.

The view is amazing, and getting up that hill was a challenge I accepted! Ok, the coffee machine was broken, the hotplates didn't work very well, the shower leaked water across the bathroom floor, this apartment needs a serious grout clean and an update.

This could have been my fault for not researching enough but had my 73 year old Dad with me so slightly restricted. No Wi-Fi.

The killer Hill it’s located on, but the views are worth it. The property needs a good clean, it’s very dusty and bathrooms had a lot of scale build up. Shower drains were blocked with hair. We also found items that didn’t belong to us just under 2 of the beds, which would suggest better cleaning is needed.

• Eric (8/5): - Great view and close to town. Space was good but only one bedroom had views. And that hill is very steep and long! Once you finally get to the top, you have 3 flights of stairs to get to unit #4. Taxi charges $7 to ride to the top of the hill. Pools were very nice, great views! Overall we had a great time.
