Verified traveler (6/5): Atrocious breakfast but comfortable bed. - The Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. The King bed was very comfortable. The staff appeared emotionless and dry but weren't rude either. We're not enthusiastic to help. Seemed apathetic to their customers. The corridors to the rooms were open to the outside air so just as you think you've escaped the heat and humidity when you enter the lobby, you go back into the outside atmosphere to walk from the lift to your room. You have to go put into the humid and hot corridor to get fresh drinking water as the tape water is not potable. Breakfast was perhaps the most atrocious we've had in many years. Almost all cooked offerings were stale and dry. Chicken and beef dishes had the days old reheated stale flavour. Inedible. Saving grace that allowed us to get fed were the freshly cooled omelettes, though many of those were undercooked. Coffee machine was not working.

Upon arrival, I encountered issues with the electricity; the power tripped and restarted itself several times during my stay, which was quite frustrating and disrupted my plans. The bed was average at best—definitely not the most comfortable option I've experienced in hotels. I found it difficult to get a good night's sleep, which is essential during any stay. The bathroom featured a fixed shower head, making it challenging to use comfortably. I prefer a more adjustable option that allows for better flexibility while showering. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent and offered a variety of options, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that the gym and swimming pool were closed for maintenance during my visit. Overall, while there were some redeeming qualities, my stay did not meet my expectations, and I would consider looking for other options in the future.
Don (8/5): - Property is a little jaded. But it is spacious with functional rooms. Separate room for the kids is ideal. Service upon check in can be more efficient - a single service staff handling a long queue. Transport to Legoland only occurs once a day. Car park can be better lit.

charlottetoh (8/5): Great place to stay when visiting Legoland - We stayed at Ramada Meridin Hotel JB as we were planning to visit Legoland. The price of this hotel is 60% of Legoland Hotel. We booked the Premium Suite which features 2 bedrooms. The master room has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom while the common bedroom has 2 single beds. The sofa in the living room can accommodate 1 adult, and maximum occupancy of the room is 5 people. Buffet breakfast is complimentary for 4 people for the Premium Suite. The Suite is clean and a good size for my 2 active boys. Breakfast spread is good with food suitable for both adults and children. The 2 down sides are the housekeeping and common bathroom. We turned on the housekeeping light before leaving the hotel in the morning at about 10am and by the time we're back at about 530pm, housekeeping was not done yet. They only arrived at about 6pm but it's inconvenient to do it when we're around so we rejected it in the end. Additionally, the common bathroom does not have a glass separator to separate the dry and wet areas unlike the master bathroom, so everytime someone showers in the common bathroom, the entire bathroom gets very wet. Overall, we're satisfied with our stay there and would stay there again if we were to visit legoland in future.

Breakfast is average too Service is lacking. Staff are very robotic. No smile, no thank you. Staff at the breakfast behind the buffet counter are loudly chatting with each other even If there were customers in front them. There's a lot of better hotels near to legoland. I regret that i tried checking in at this hotel Overall experience , okay.
Verified traveler (6/5): Not very good experience. - First time stay in this hotel. First experience when we reached the hotel, the check in counter was quite small but it is ok. When we get our keys and went up to our room, first impression was " wow". The room seems big with a living room area and bedroom separated. We have 3 persons and the room only provide 2 towels. We requested for an extra towel and on the forat day, the service was quite good. On the 2nd day, samw thing happened and we call to request for extra towels but no one responded to the line. Attempted to call for 3 times and managed to get someone to answer the call. Waited for 30mins and the towels was not send up to our room. Decided to call again and still never see the towel been sent up. After another 2 calls and one guy came up with the towel but unhappy face. Huge discount for the service. Living room carpet quite dirty. Don't think will go back again.
Aravind (6/5): - The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Knowing that there were 3 guests, only 2 towels were provided. TV channels are extremely limited. The rooms are spacious and clean though. The food at the restaurant was not tasty. They mixed up the order even after the wait time was so long. The shuttle has limited space and first come first serve and the timings are pretty odd. Pick up time from legoland is 5pm even though park is open till 6pm. We went on a long weekend, and found it impossible to find a Grab car from Legoland. Luckily we caught the CM7 bus that takes you till the hotel.

663tbt (10/5): Great value for money - Hotel room is clean with a good view of legoland. With the price, it's really of good deal. There's shuttle bus to legoland and is close to eco botanic where you can have a nice meal, massage and hair treatment etc. Strongly recommended for family, there are choices of 1Br or 2Br.

The minimart right next to the property is really a plus point, however the main reason we choose this hotel is very near to LEGOLAND with free shuttle bus provided. Harish (6/5): Family holiday to Legoland - The hotel was close to Legoland and very convenient for the family. Buffet breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable but has some maintenance issues with loose switches which kept falling off exposing the inner parts.
virgc24 (4/5): Ghost town hotel - Plus points are the room was nice enough, the pool is good and it's near Legoland if that is where you are going. It doesn't feel like a hotel, more like an apartment block with no-one and nothing going on. Reception don't seem to be there except during check in/check out times which seem to be strictly enforced so no-one obviously around to answer questions. I asked about using the gym but the receptionist laughed and said there wasn't one (even though I could see one). There is very little in the vicinity and feels like a ghost town. I had a meal in the restaurant which was nice but the menu was very limited. If you have transport, then it's probably ok but I was relying on buses/taxis which made getting round difficult and although walking distance of the legoland shopping centre, there's nothing else around. If I was going back to the area, I wouldn't chose this hotel again.

Roam25998356502 (2/5): Disappointed and no form of apology from the Management - Worst hotel experience at Ramada Meridin at Johor. Touted as a four star hotel but my wife got a deep cut on her leg in the swimming pool. I went there to inspect and realized there are few sharp edges at the side where she got a severe cut. The Management did not done a comprehensive check on whether the pool is safe thus compromised the safety of the guest. It would be fatal if children got cut on their head or body. The Management need to be sue for their oversight in this safety aspect.

Stayed in the hotel for 4 days as I always leave or arrive in the hotel the employees always inside the room who talks so loud. They only go to the reception area if someone says "Hello" or if they notice someone waiting outside. 😑

Cruiser16898637567 (8/5): A nice, cosy, quiet place to stay near Legoland Parks - Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Booked a one bed apartment. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. We had room dining for dinner both nights and the food was well presented. I love the vegetarian soups! There is nothing much to do nearby but for us it is a great place to be, to get easy access to the legoland parks (we had a lovely time) and that is not crowded - no loud music and screaming children:p although we are parents ourselves haha. Will we come back again? I think so!!
Jung Heuk (4/5): - I booked this hotel as we were planning a family trip to LEGOLand for our young kids, and this was the only 4-star hotel in the vicinity. However the hotel felt like it was originally built to be a condominium which was later rebranded as a hotel, and we found that the streets were noisy with racing motorcycles late into the night affecting our sleep even though we were on a high floor. The hotel was supposed to have 3 restaurants but 2 of them appeared permanently closed, and there was a severe lack of amenities in the area. Next time, I'd much rather book a proper hotel in JB city center and drive 25 minutes to LEGOLand than book this one.
thiam (4/5): Can be better. - The receptionist and cafe staff were reallg friendly and helpful. We were rather disappointed as we left for Legoland at 10am and set the sign to make up room. When we got back 1030pm. The room was not made up. When we called front desk, no one picked up. When we informed them, they only came up to clear the trash from the day before. We had to go buy our own toiletries and toilet paper so that my family can wash up.
faizalfidah (10/5): Enjoying our 4 days stay! - This is the 5 times we stay in this hotel, evertime we visit Legoland! Kids friendly. Equip with pools, play area amd play area. Upon check in, less then 5 mins. Everything is smooth! Stay at room, 53007, level 30. Staff in hotel. Was friendly and approacable. Breakfast was awesome! Room service order was food was awesome! View from the hotel, was outstanding. Rooms are big! And clean. Not forgetting the pools! Clean pools! Everything was perfect, accept for the first day when wifi, there is an issue, they rectify it quickly. On the 2nd day, everyting was rectify. 2nd thing that to improve is, the choices of food at breakfast. Its good to have like finger foods for the kids. Example, nuggets and french fries. We stay there for 4 days. Everything was comfortable. And everything went smoothly. Really appreciate the help and memories we have here. Last we were here was before covid. And now we will be back again! Thank you Ramada Meridin Johor!
Kery (6/5): - This is ok for a short stay. The tables in the rooms have white water stains on them, it is unsightly and gives the room a dirty feel. The walls are dirty. The AC did not work very well. Breakfast was subpar and the food was cold. Do no expect too much from your stay.

mustaffaniezam (6/5): Good Stay But..... - Booked Ramada Meridin JB for a short transit after 5 hours drive from Shah Alam and kids was kinda tired. Checkin was fast and accurate, room was clean apart from the stain in the table, Ordered in room dining, it was great and highly recommended the teh tarik. Unfortunately, they missed the most crucial thing during my stay, asked for a wake up call at 3.am, but the call never come. luckily my wife set up an alarm. it was ok as we are driving in, but what if we are flying??? Overall it was a nice stay!

ML991 (4/5): below expectations - Only 1 staff on duty when we checked. We were the 3rd in line. The room size is ok but the bathroom is tight. Bathroom cleanliness is poor. The housekeeper did not bother to clean stains from the countertop and bathroom walls. Mold on the tiles grout. The basement carpark has a foul smell. Just before checking out, I found a baby cockroach on the room door. Bedsheets and pillow cases are clean. Towels are thinning. Breakfast was satisfactory. The chicken rendang is tasty. On Day 2, the nasi lemak rice is fragrant but soggy.

Garyldx (2/5): Non responsive hotel staff - Hotel lobby and reception was decent, that was the only positive. Upon check in, we found out that the pillow case and bed sheet were stained. We called up house keeping and requested for them to change it. Almost 20 mins later and nobody came. We decided to head out for the evening, so we went down to the front desk and asked them if they could inform housekeeping to change it and we even showed them photos of it which I will share here. When we came back to the room 4 hours later, to our disbelief it was still untouched. We called up the recep and told them this is the 3rd time we are requesting for the same thing. Within 5 mins 2 men showed up with the sheets and 1 of them was giggling when I opened the door. Then I realised he was outside in the room opposite when we were leaving earlier. Seems like he's a hotel staff and he was playing with a lady friend in the room opposite. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here EVER.
Mihir Chandulal (4/5): - We had booked 2 rooms with for 2 adult and 1 child each and fully paid on Expedia however we were told that for child bed we had to pay extra and even Expedia agent also couldn’t help One of the room had bathroom water clogging problem which was promptly resolved but the garbage was left in the bathroom itself which was very unprofessional The size of the room was good Breakfast options weren’t very many - we were vegetarian - the chef prepared noodles but it was in the same oil used for non veg as a result we couldn’t eat The front desk also didn’t not at first readily agree to keep our luggage after the checkout till the eve stating they are busy - holding luggage is something every hotel offers
SYangBX (6/5): Average rooms. Customer service ordinary - Stayed in their premium suite. Shower facilities not child friendly as they only had the rain shower. Rooms generally clean but have some mouldy smell. Customer service at reception was average. No proper receipt being issued upon payment. Emailed to them to ask for breakdown but no one bothered to answer. Hotel breakfast wasn't nice at all. Budget friendly, service average.
Denniswon (6/5): Average hotel. SOME Dusty areas. Quiet surrounding with finding places to eat an issues. - 2 nights 3 days stay due to going to legoland with kids. Book two 2 bedded room at 53105 and 53106 which comes with 4 breakfast for 4 people per room. There is no shuttle bus from hotel to legoland. You need to get a grab yourself. Remember do not grab to the nearest mall sunway big box. This is due to not a popular area thus you may have issue coming back to hotel. Also from the photo taken, room 53105 and 53106 those eyes levels cannot see areas very DUSTY. There is a living room and dinning area in the 2 bedded suites but there is no cutlery/plates/spoon/fork or cooking area. So not sure what the kitchen area for? There is 2 toilets but the common toilet doesn't have a shower screen. So water can easily splash out. If you feel hungry, can consider ordering grab food to hotel lobby areas and collect yourself. Overall I think hotel maintained the room well for areas eyes levels can see. Those areas like shelves areas above TV areas super DUSTY.
Verified traveler (4/5): Moldy curtains - The place and amenities is good, but the cleanliness needs improvement. The curtains are so full of mold, you can literally smell the bad air in the rooms. It would have been perfect if the curtains could have been washed. It is disgusting to see those patches and being in the same living space.
Sarina6916 (8/5): Ramada Meridin JB - Hotel Venue is not convenient as there’s nothing around it. No malls around the area, however, it’s a few minutes drive to Legoland. Hotel is huge, includes 2 bedroom and a kitchenette with living and dining area. Good for family with kids as there’s ample room for everyone. Restaurant - Breakfast spread is so so with limited choice. Overall, the place is clean, but dusty.
Lionel (8/5): Generally good place for a short stay - Near to legoland, plenty of free onsite parking. 24/7 front desk. Buffet breakfast was ok. Room itself could be cleaner, but otherwise ok for the price paid.
nur (8/5): - everything is alright and perfect. i enjoy my overnight at your place. cuma, tempat shower tu masa tengah mandi air bertakung kat lantai. tak tahu sumbat ke apa. so tak selesa sikit dekat situ. rasa geli sebab air bertakung. lagi satu, menu mee goreng masa breakfast terlampau masin. boleh makan sesuap hujung sudu je. lain lain semua ok. definitely will come back.

Juices had no labels on them, its like playing guess the juice. Not very pleasant in the morning. So far had only 1 service lady being nice and friendly. Didn’t get to catch her name.

Blockaboulton (10/5): Friendly , helpfull staff, relaxing pool - Great hotel , 10 min walk from Legoland and Medini Mall. Friendly staff, pool was relaxing and clean. No towels for the pool in the evening. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. There was a good choice , differing each day. Very busy. Dinner in the restaurant was really good, the chef should be commended. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
prafilaash (8/5): Comfy place after a long day at the theme park! - The location is so convenient for Legoland visitors, just a 5 min drive. The location was very comforting that after spending a long day running and sliding at the theme park, we could find a cozy place to rest. The staff was very cordial, making our check-in process super fast and easy. Rooms very quite clean with comfy bed. Though need some maintanence, with the stain curtains and tables, quite understandable the after-effects of covid lockdowns 😉 The breakfast was adequate and tasty enough to start your day. The swimming was quite small but didn't matter to us, as the objective for us was just to get decent “accommodation” after theme park.
Terry (10/5): - Nice and big unit to stay in. More like a apartment. 10 to 15 min to Legoland though. Free breakfast and the food are decent. Very cheap hotel rate compare to Legoland. The road pathway are not well maintain many of the deep drainage hole are not cover hence is very dangerous to walk in the night.
Verified traveler (6/5): - Did a last min booking few hours prior deciding to make this trip. Room was big and that is the only benefit. Cleanliness is not ideal and there are drain flies around the place. Floor felt sticky. We asked for extra towels for BOTH nights. And the housekeeping did not deliver them. Very disappointing.
tintinadventureo (8/5): Great experience - Great experience while check in at this hotel. Everything runs well. Food preparation for breakfast also was quite awesome. The room itself was spacious and clean .thumbs up keep it up .really recommended for those who wants to spend time with families or staycation 👍
Your_Travel_Buddy_SG (8/5): Good value that comes with breakfast - This is our first time staying at this hotel. I guess it’s more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. We made a last minute decision to book this hotel and not many choices left. Overall it’s pretty ok considering the price that we paid including breakfast. Room was well appropriated just that the floor felt a bit dusty upon entering the room. There was also some litters along the corridor. So far it has been a pleasant stay so far with nice beds. The gym was pretty small and no one was using it when we visited. Quite a vice pool and there was different sections of the pool that catered to different age group. The swimming pool, gym, and restaurant is located on level three of the west wing. Parking was ample within the building. Pretty acceptable and in view of the price, may stay again.
Beng Heng (6/5): - Was disappointed that they did not clean up the room after the 1st night.
Verified traveler (4/5): Will not stay here again - Poor maintenance. Shower stall floods after every use so you have to wait about half an hour between showers. Such a hassle when you’re travelling as a family. Service was non-existent. Calls made to housekeeping, front desk and duty manager went unanswered throughout most of the day. The only person who picked up the phone was the security guard at the concierge who obviously couldn’t be expected to deal with housekeeping or service matters. Even after the room was made up, water and toilet paper was not replenished. Location is very remote with zero amenities and few nearby food options. Will definitely not stay here again.
Robert (6/5): Could be a good option. - We did not like the cleanliness of the common areas of the hotel and the room, the first rooms smelled too much of cigarettes and it was unbearable, and the cleanliness was poor. After requesting several times, they changed our rooms, the cleanliness improved a little, but not the smell of cigarettes. Regarding the breakfasts, it was good, it has a good buffet. I think that improving cleaning could be a good option, I hope they do it soon.

Hani (8/5): Must have own transport to stay here - The location is not ideal to those without own transport. It was far to walk to the nearest eateries. There’s nothing (shops) nearby except for one small convenience store. But the hotel coffee house has a delicious breakfast spread and even the made to order meals were delicious
NURUL HUDA HUSNA (6/5): - Everything good,the girl receiptionist is friendly but the man receiptionist was cold heart .Not even response well when we ask about some info. I'm not satisfied when other hotel customer smoking and throw the cigarettes bud near to our door hotel. Very annoyed attitude and not responsible.

Raihan Binti (6/5): It could’ve been better - The water temperature either was too hot or too cold. It was quite difficult to get the optimum temperature. In addition, the comforter cover has this brown stain upon check in. I have requested nicely to change but it took them almost a day to come up to my room to change.

Simon (6/5): Appalling check-in experience - Looooooooong Wait to check in. It takes me 30 min to clear immigration to JB that day, but it takes 1 freaking hour to get checked in. Guest were made standing in front of reception for an hour, with only 2 reception handling the crowd. My experience were further dampened when the initial room given on 23rd floor was switched to 6 floor after an 1 hour wait. All these spoils my day, with a disappointed and angry wife to face. Long wait for lift during peak hours. Only positive I have is a decent breakfast experience. Inconvenient location, don’t stay here unless you are self driving. There are better hotels around the area like Somerset and Hotel Jen. I am not coming back here for sure! Don’t waste your time here!!
