- Naman (1/5): Pictures will lie. This place was very bad. Rooms were smelly and washrooms had shower head broken. - Nothing Reception staff had promised me about altering my booking as per requirement and when I showed up at the hotel he denied all my requests and also denied the fact that he was talking to me on call the day before when he promised to accomodate all my requests.

- Rajeshwar (8/5): Very good - Very good. Area
- Anil (2/5): Very poor - I reached their at 10 pm and early morning I left the room and then booked hotel Ramtel inn which is good and stayed 2 days at hotel ramtel inn Entire atmosphere is worst. Old uncleaned room.no water dirty toilet. Even not a bucket in bathroom.no water to drink.
You don't recommend this hotel to family.
- Mary (2/5): Very poor - It was in a central position. The staff were awful to me. At first they said they were full and I couldn't stay, but I showed them your confirmed booking message. They gave me the worst room on the 4th floor, and the lift stopped working. They refused to arrange a late checkout. They were incredibly rude.

- Subramanian (1/5): Very ordinary experience - Location Everything else
- Bhaskar (1/5): Bad -
- Puri (1/5): Bad -
- Amarjit (1/5): Bad -
- Sudhakar (5/5): You may look into a couple of good looking hotels nearby to this. - Hotel is located nearer to temple. HOTEL BHOOPATHI is not that clean, below average. staff are very casual callous at times. Language is the main barrier, ofcourse common in Tamilnadu. ROOMS not clean, even cobwebs are there in the corners.Because of proximity to temple n its location, demand is high. So review doesn't make any difference to them. It is you to decide to recommend this hotel.
- Rajkumar (8/5): Very good -

- V (6/5): Pleasant - Ok
- Abhishek (8/5): Good stay at good price - The room was spacious. People at reception were good. The hotel was near the meenakshi temple and railway station. They helped us in booking our trip to rameshwaram. They should focus on cleanliness more. It was not too dirty ya but a small thing matters. Otherwise, there are no cons
- Aparna (5/5): Passable -
- Lenin (1/5): Bad -
- Patche (1/5): Bad - Temple is nearby only. Not clean bed, no toilets paper but they informed..bad smell from air conditioning, toilet sitting is not clean, near reception local bar...

Staff partculaly Thivagar, although he is a youngster managed the situation very well
And helpful Need an experience management, all school boys
Too busy
- Sumit (1/5): Bad - Nothing is good in this property. It's attached to a local bar and th bar is just partitioned with a small wooden board from the hotel and has a very bad crowd in evening and night totally unsafe if you are travelling with any ladies. Don't go by property pics loaded by hotel, it's a cheap quality hotel very small rooms with no proper lights and all switch boards broken poor quality, bathroom is so bad I can't even put words to explain it. Room is smelly and have tried and checked other rooms too and all were bad quality. If you are getting this room for 500 a day max than book it else look for other hotel.
- Mouli (5/5): Passable -
- Darsan (3/5): Bad experience. untidy toilet and malfunctioning A/C - Location. Towels were given. Felt that it was washed. 1. Wash room was not kept tidy. A/c was not working meaning never had a feeling of A/c room. Informed the staff about A/c issue given a readymade answer âmight be in different modeâ. I notice the air not flowing out of spilt A/c, filter unit might not have cleaned for long time. Resulting in obstruction at air flow mode.
2. Bathroom flush not working as I have to use bucket full of water to flush after use.
3. staffâs was not good to customer responses. I have informed about A/c and went out after returning I saw them in front lobby sitting together. All of them saw me and Didnât take pain to solve my issue. It seems they are the customer.
4. I took A/c room because it was needed, I have to pay extra 400 rs. Without the effect of A/c room.We didnât insist on repair as we check in into hotel around 3 pm and checkout around 10.30pm.
I am writing my feedback for the management to took in the matters more seriously. Give the right amount of customer satisfaction they expect. And if the price tag is too low, I suggest them to raise and meet the customer expectation.
- Karthikeyan (3/5): Poor -
- Venkatbalasubramani (1/5): Bad - Nothing is there in room it's very unhygienic
- Azharu (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lokesh (5/5): Ok for a day' stay for adults or group of male friends. - Its in the centre & very nearby to Meenakshi Amman temple. That's the only plus. Suitable for adults who wanted to visit the temple and/or overnight stay. This is not great for family with kids as this place has an attached bar at the ground floor. No car parking you have it leave it somewhere else much away from the hotel.. Extremely congusted area & during day time it's very difficult to get inside this area with a big car.
- Lova (7/5): Good -
- Laxminarayana (2/5): Very poor -
- Sridhar (4/5): - - For immediate accommodation room found ok Booked the hotel through online but not aware the BAR associated to hotel
We provided with corner room where window facing towards bar which was noisy
At night Around 1.30 some people used knock the door which was very scary experience.
- Rajeshwari (1/5): Bad - Very small conjusted rooms. No space for other than bedf Nothing is good
- Aravinthan (10/5): Good place to stay - Clean, and good communication
- Ramachandran (1/5): Very, very bad that room - Very, very bad, Hotel Very, very bad, restroom
- C (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gopisetty (1/5): Worst Room- Bad experience - I didn't like anything. The room size was significantly smaller than depicted in the website photos. Additionally, the room was not clean upon our arrival; the bedsheets had not been changed. There was also no doormat provided. Overall, our stay was very unsatisfactory.
- Murugesan (8/5): good - room, location etc all
- Reshma (1/5): Worst stay in Madurai, after looking at the room we requested for money back but they denied to return back our moneyour - Nothing. It is the worst stay and property, rude manager abba the staff. They donât cater to our requests. Location is pathetic, dirty, no room service, we fell into the trap of looking at the photos and booking. The property manager agreed that the photos put up on booking.com are fake. It is no at all like this. There is no ventilation in the room and such a small room with no proper water and no additional beds were offered.
- Prasad (9/5): Superb -
- Kknpp (3/5): Poor - Staff need to learn a lot about how to behave with customers who reach hotel in the early hours with family. Behaviour of reception staff except the room boy.
- Chandrasekaran (6/5): Pleasant -
- K (7/5): Good small hotel in the centre of the city with affordable price - The location was in the middle of the city eventhough the hotel was in a narrow galli. So everything around you in a walkable distance. Best restaurants are in the main Town hall road and Nethaji road and the hotel is in the middle of them. So tasty food guaranteed. Bed and linen are neat. The accessible roads are terribly crowded and diificult for cabs to enter. Toiletries are given but no drinking water given. Room is bit congested but for the price it's okay. No restaurants nearby, so for coffee etc you have to walk to the nearby stall. General market is in the same road. So road is not neat. Since Madurai is " The sleepless city" 24 hours food and beverages are available. 24 hours tasty food is available in the near by Nerhaji road, Periyar bus stand as Madurai is The sleepless city" đ Walkable distance to the central Periyar bus stand, railway station and the popular OremaVilas Halwa shop. đ
- Raghu (7/5): Good -
- Chakkanchath (9/5): Superb - Very near to Madhura Meenakshi temple, good staffs. Clean and tidy rooms. Twin bed, family rooms mattress size is not matching with Bed size.
- Boopathy (8/5): Be prepared on Bookings... - Location
Facilities
Surrounding
Ambience
Responding Cleanliness
Without prior recordings about the customer. asking all details to the customer... As if customer not booked in booking.com
- Neeti (1/5): Never would go there again - Worst experience with hotels kind The facilities , loo was not working and noone hell took the responsibility to fix it.
- Chandrasekaran (5/5): Good for a short stay - Only Air-conditioning was good
Close to temple and shopping no table in the room
very small room
- Charulatha (5/5): Passable -
- Megha (1/5): Pls avoid, not a hotel but a very very cheap and dirty lodge - Nothing to like here. Itâs more of a very cheap lodge and not a hotel. No facilities like clean water as well. Itâs not close to the Meenakshi temple as mentioned on the booking site, itâs actually quite far
- Rajesh (5/5): Passable - The reception and attitude of the boys The room is small, the comode is leaking
- M (7/5): Good -
- Kumar (1/5): Bad -
- Anwesh (7/5): Good - location is good. The facilities are good. can improve the cleanliness.
- Chenamgod (8/5): As we are pilgrim trip & our stay in lodge very short. - Staff is good & room is comfortable. Location is conjunction, it is attached with bar.
- Selvakumar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jadhav (5/5): Passable -
- Vijanti (2/5): Very poor -
- Akshaya (8/5): Very good - The overall stay was very comfortable. The location is prime which gives easy access to all the major attractions of the city for tourism and shopping activities. They don't allow outside food and they don't have in-room delivery as well which creates a lot of inconvenience mostly.
- Kalyanaraman (8/5): Nice stay -
- Muhammed (2/5): Very poor -
