- Romana (2/5): Not satisfied - Not good place to stay When I enter this place, no water in the bathroom, once you open the faucet from sin, it's leaking even small amount of water, when I put outside my garbage nobody remove.and the building is very old and dirty.

- Michael (1/5): Only thing that was good there was the air conditioner was cold - The room was blowing my standard the floor had cracked tile in it. It needs to be updated the bathrooms were dirty too. There's places that are like that in the Philippines the same amount of money but the place was not kept up. But not recommend staying there.

- Jheyare23 (4/5): False advertisement on the triple room option 1 (1 double and 2 single beds) - A quick stay before the next day trip False advertisement of the room that i booked and the numbers of beds in the room. Booked a room with 2 single and 1 double bed for 3 adults and 1 child but they can only offer 3 single beds. Even though I explained that I booked and paid for the one that was advertised in the app. Staff said the only option is to pay for a different room with 4 single beds option or stick to the 3 single beds. Good thing we only need to stay for a couple of hours to rest for our trip the next day. Ended up paying extra so that the 4th person can have a bed. Even though I paid already through the app.

And my refund is not facilitated. Don't book on this property coz it gives false advertisement, its a waste of money. As advertised, parking is availability but I was only told there is no space after I pay using my credit card. False advertisement Waste of money! No refund!

- Carmela (2/5): - I booked two family rooms and upon check in, me and my family went inside the room. Beds were made, however the room was full of cobwebs and dusts everywhere. The toilet hasn’t got a flush, the shower wasn’t working. I asked why wasn’t the room cleaned prior to us arriving. Staff told me they didn’t have anybody to clean due to staff days off. We were appalled and shocked with our accommodation and after an hour me and my family left and looked for an alternative accommodation. We couldn’t stay in a place that’s not clean and dysfunctional. This pension house has false marketing and representation in their website. The photos doesn’t reflect the actual state of the accomodation. It’s horrible and disgusting and I’m still waiting for my refund. I would discourage anyone booking in this place. The price you pay is not worth it.

Shower head fell off the wall when we tried to use it. Cockroaches in the bathroom with huge spiderwebs and spiders. Didn't look like anything but the bedding has been cleaned.

The staff at night were very accommodating and attentive. We didn't like that the room given to us seems like it was not cleaned, maybe also due to the tear of the property itself. Pictures of the property from reality is quite far.

- Michaela (10/5): Exceptional - The place is nice and clean. The staffs are nice and approachable. Stayed in Cebu for 1 day and I got my room for less than 500 pesos (Black Friday Sale).
- Melodina (6/5): So-so Accommodation - It's near the airport. Pretty laidback accommodation and near the market, church, and city hall. Lots of malls nearby and commuting is fairly ok given the location. Neighborhood is quiet. Door has barrel bolt with chain for added security. They have water dispenser where you put in P1 coins every time you refill. While this is free in other hostels, it's still better than having to buy a gallon of water. Good for those who always bring water bottles like me. Thick dust on the upper shelves of the cabinet and behind the wooden door in the toilet. The toilet door hinge is broken but good thing I had the whole room to myself. Flush is not working.

- Allahn (10/5): Exceptional - I like the fact that everything included in my accommodation is working just right and fine. This includes the airconditioning, the water heater, the TV (and cable), and the wifi as well. The chirping sound of the birds ia also a plus that gives you more relaxing feel and it was really nice to sleep. My room is really cool and I got to enjoy my overall stay. None.
- Crizzy (3/5): Poor - They have hidden charges you better pay in booking.com rather than the premises. I told them platform already charged me with the tax and the receptionist said the pension house charges another 12% of my booking. The first night I was not able to sleep due to the odor of the duvet and the pillow case I have to take out the pillow case myself the next day and ask them for another pillow case. Expect molds and water marks on the walls, and insects. The place is an old building it needs massive reconstruction. The place is cheap tho, you get what you pay for.
