The grounds, sauna facilities, pool and gym are very nice and beautiful maintained. During our stay another building of the hotel was being renovated (which we knew about when booking) and we did not hear a peep, did not have a single disturbance, you would never know renovations were happening in the nearby building. Truly a 5-star hotel with 5-star service and staff. We look forward to returning.

- Liz (10/5): - We spent 2 nights here an thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Due to the refurbishment work (which we didn't find intrusive) being carried out in the main building we were in Villa Stephanie. The room was well equipped with all we needed and offered a very relaxing space when not outside exploring the area or using the lovely pool. We didn't have dinner at the hotel but breakfast was very good, a combination of self service and cooked to order hot food. All the staff were excellent and contributed to a most enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning if we are in the area again.
- Deborah (10/5): - Brenners is not a 5 star hotel it is a 10 star hotel. The service was impeccable The food was amazing. We got room service twice for dinner and it was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and spoke English very well. Unfortunately the main hotel was under construction but the Stephanie Villas is where we stayed just beautiful. We will definitely be comings back to Brenners

- Petter (10/5): Utmerket Spa hotell i Kurbad byen - Utmerket Hotell med ypperig service. Frokosten er i særklasse, begge resturantene leverer på høyt nivå, og SPA og pool området er i særklasse. Dette er et hotell som har gjør seg fortjent til sin stjerner hvor en blir motatt av en porfesjonell og dyktig stab som står klar til enhver tid for å gjøre oppholdet ditt til en hotell opplevelse utover det vanlige.

I spent my 55th birthday weekend here and the entire Brenner Hotel team made the weekend a truly amazing, relaxing a very enjoyable experience. Flowers, Champagne, a delicious chocolate dessert and fruit all with a Happy Birthday wishes in my room upon arrival. From the moment I arrived, the staff was perfection in their kindness, professionalism and overall care of the hotel and its guests. Thanks to the front desk staff (I was remise in noting the name of the front desk representative that checked me in and even walked me to my room) so very nice, and a special thanks to Penny and Bettina from the Spa and Mr. Calwer during my checkout. I have and continue to recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues. Will definitely be back. Thanks!!!
- Jana (8/5): - Wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl bei ihnen .Wir schätzen besonders die Freundlichkeit & Höflichkeit der Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterinnen.Leider erfüllt der SPA Bereich nicht die Erwartungen, für so ein Hotel: im Dampfbad sitzt man wie in einer gekachelten Toilette.Aufguss in der Sauna ohne Geschmack.Der Entspannungsbereich hat eher den Charme einer Metzgerei. Sehr hell und ungemütlich.

Leider sind die Zimmer nicht so groß wie angegeben: unseres sollte 40m² groß sein, war aber in Realität etwa 30m² groß !

- Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful hotel - This is an amazingly luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location and gardens are beautiful and the restaurants and breakfast are excellent. This is a dog friendly hotel and our dog was well looked after with his own bed & treats. However, the communal bar areas and restaurants are not dog friendly (except the off-site restaurant Rive Gauche). This is fine in good weather as the dog could join us on the terrace, but in the rain he had to stay in the room, there are no inside areas of the hotel where he was welcome. Whilst it is appreciated not everyone wants to share a restaurant or bar with a dog, there is plenty of space where an area could be designated dog-friendly.

The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and form the back drop for relaxing moments sipping beverages or enjoying quiet time. The Fritz and Felix restaurant is excellent and among the best in Baden Baden. The bar is gorgeous and the bartenders and service staff in general are all on top of their game.

The concierge was very helpful with suggesting fun activities and good restaurants. Spa treatments were excellent and a must-do! One downside was that the restaurants in the hotel were very expensive and not that great.
