A special thank you goes to Margherita, the owner’s daughter, who welcomed me with the warmth and grace of a superb hostess, making me feel immediately at home within this precious family story. Equally fundamental was the Director, Nicola. His elegant savoir-faire and impeccable professionalism made my introduction to this splendid reality a moment of absolute class. The entire management team and ownership demonstrate a level of passion that is truly commendable. Cleanliness: Impeccable housekeeping standards. The meticulous care of both the common areas and the guest rooms contributes to a total sense of well-being. A peaceful, beautiful atmosphere in perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape. A Culinary Note The restaurant deserves a special mention of excellence. Chef Tani is a true master; his à la carte menu is incredibly interesting and well-balanced. I tried the "D'usanza" tasting menu, which I highly recommend— It's a journey through authentic flavors and refined techniques that celebrate local ingredients. My only regret is having stayed for only one night. I was here for business, but I truly hope to return soon for leisure. I look forward to spending a few days properly unwinding and finally enjoying the splendid swimming pool, which looked absolutely inviting. The only negative note? Not having stayed longer in this little jewel. Checking out after only one night felt far too soon. It is the kind of place that captures your heart, and leaving it behind to return to the real world was the only difficult part of the entire experience.

Ho apprezzato la cura e l'attenzione ai dettagli, che si trova sia nelle zone comuni che in camera: si capisce di essere in un luogo "col cuore" (forse dovuto alla gestione famigliare). Accoglienza professionale ma anche simpatica e sorridente. Camera dotata di ogni comfort (phon riposto dentro un elegante sacchetto di lino). Ottimo le bottiglie di vetro nel frigobar, le stampelle in legno e metallo e la linea cortesia all'olio extravergine di olive in confezioni di materiale riciclato: fa piacere vedere che si lavora sulla riduzione della plastica. Parcheggio privato e videosorvegliato. Un applauso in particolare a Isotta e Mallory, le due cucciolone di golden retriver che ti conquistano sin dal primo scalino.

Ενα μεγαλο ευχαριστω στην Chiara στη ρεσεψιον που μας εκανε με την συμβολη της σε πληροφοριες και με την καλοσυνη της να βρουμε και να ανακαλύψουμε την περιοχη. Σε αυτην οφειλεται η λιγο καλυτερη βαθμολογια και θα εξηγησω πιο κατω τι δεν μου αρεσε. Ο σεφ εστιατοριου μεσ το χαμογελο και πολυ καλος Ειχα ενα απροβλεπτο περιστατικο . Κανω τουρ σε ολη την ευρωπη και καθε μερα οδηγω 750χιλιομετρα οποτε διαλεγω ηρεμα μερη ανω των τεσσαρων αστερων. Επεσα να κοιμηθω μετα το βραδυνο γευμα γυρω στις 2 και να ξυπνησω το αλλο πρωι στην ηρεμια της εξοχης. Δυστυχως 7:45 το πρωι ειχαν την φαεινη ιδεα να καθαρισουν τους κηπους απο τα φυλλα με μηχανηματα που εκαναν τρομερο θορυβο ,διαμαρτυρηθηκα εντονως ομως η ζημια ειχε γινει εχασα την ξεκουραση μου,ειπα ο,τι θα γραψω ο,τι ειχε συμβει, ζητησαν συγγνωμη και λαθος του προσωπικου . Για τη συγγνωμη μου εδωσαν κατι μπισκοτακια και ενα μικρο μπουκαλακι λικερ ευχαριστο και αποδεκτο αλλα μη αρκετο οταν εσυ πληρωνεις για διαμονη τεσσαρων αστερων περιμενεις μια σοβαρη ανταποδοση. Οταν φτασαμε δεν υπηρχε βοηθεια με τις βαλιτσες πραγμα απαραδεκτο μονο η Chiara προθυμοποιηθηκε απο την ρεσεψιον που δεν την αφησα ως γυναικα να σηκωσει τετοιο βαρος και ν ανεβει τα σκαλια μονη της. Αντιθετως οταν φυγαμε μας βοηθησαν. Ο δρομος προς το ξενοδοχειο στενος και κακοτραχαλος για αμαξι κουπε σπορ αναγκαστηκα να κανω οπισθεν τρεις φορες επειδη ερχοταν αλλος οδηγος και μεχρι το παρκινγκ που ειναι μεγαλο το ιδιο. Το gps μας εβγαλε στη πρωτη στροφη και εκει κολλησα με το αμαξι. Πρεπει να βαλουν 2 πινακιδες πιο κατατοπιστικες. Ισως το καλοκαιρι που λειτουργει η πισινα να ειναι πιο ωραια και να ανταποκρινονται οι τιμες. Για εμενα που ζητω κατι το πολυ καλο δεν με ικανοποιησε ως μοναδα πολυτελειας. Καποιοι απ το προσωπικο πρεπει να εχουν χαμογελο οπως ειχαν η chiarra και ο Σεφ και δεν θα αναφερθω σε ονοματα αν και τους θυμαμαι Το αιρκοντισιον δεν λειτουργουσε σωστα.

Man kann auf einer herrlichen Sonnenterrasse frühstücken. Schöner Pool, leider was es bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht warm genug, um ihn zu nutzen. Restaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. ./.

Schirme am Pool durften nicht verschoben werden. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Zimmer. Man muss aus dem Koffer leben. Üppiger Zimmerpreis und doch hatte man das Gefühl am Gast wird gespart. Ich möchte in meinem Urlaub in dieser Preiskategorie nicht nach Handtüchern fragen, meinen Schirm verstellen dürfen und genügend Ablagen haben, um nicht aus dem Koffer leben zu dürfen. Da wird am falschen Ende gespart.

The location is peaceful, picturesque, and a perfect base for exploring the region. Matilde was an exceptional host — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. She assisted with our bags, provided detailed local information, and gave us excellent recommendations, including a fantastic spot for Bistecca alla Fiorentina that we absolutely loved. The hospitality, setting, and service made our stay truly special. We felt so well taken care of and completely at ease. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing Tuscan experience.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming to our dog, who had a great time playing with their dog, Mallory. Special thanks to Matilde - she was wonderful and really made our stay special. The food was delicious. And don’t worry about the road – we made it just fine with our low-suspension car. Highly recommended! -

• Daniel (10/5): - This place was incredible. We stayed for 2 nights. There are only 10 rooms on the property so it’s not packed with people. You can hardly tell anyone else is there. Short drives to fun activities. Breakfast is gourmet and original. The restaurant is super delicious. The staff is even better. It’s a very rustic feel, while being completely renovated on the inside. It’s a must stay if you want to stay in the countryside/tuscany.

Immerso nella campagna toscana, questo hotel offre un'oasi di tranquillità lontano dalla frenesia quotidiana. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, con un arredamento elegante e confortevole che crea un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Ho particolarmente apprezzato le due ore di relax nella zona wellness esterna sul fine serata: perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata alla scoperta delle bellezze della Toscana. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, e disponibile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Una menzione particolare a Margherita che ci ha accolto al check-in (in compagnia della splendida golden retriever Isotta) e consigliato di prenotare un tavolo presso il loro ristorante interno per l'evento "Borghi e Cantine" dove abbiamo potuto vivere un'esperienza unica con gli abbinamenti di ottimi vini di Montalcino. Peccato non aver potuto prolungare il nostro soggiorno, ma non mancheremo di ritornare magari in primavera!

• Mara (10/5): The second you arrive you will me amazed. - Where do I start? I really want to come back and stay for ever. The staff is amazing, we asked them about recommendations and help with planning our days and they made everything so so easy. The surroundings are breathtaking and you have everything you need witihin a 15minute car ride. You wake up to the sound of birds and the views are stunning from the Hotel! The hotel restaurant is a must, the food and the service is outstanding. Breakfast is also amazing, a big variety of things out but you can also order some more stuff. There is a beautiful pool but the weather wasn’t on our side while we were there so we couldn’t enjoy it. I am definitely coming back soon! The fact that we had to leave :(

This boutique hotel smells so good , clean & beautiful. Good showers. The hotel breakfast area is nice .

• Maclean (10/5): Exceptional - The location was breathtaking and peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was fantastic too. The rural location made it easy to drive to some of Tuscany's most beautiful sights. Honestly can't fault our stay here. The rural location means that you need to have a car as its not on any main routes, but you need a car to see rural tusany properly and appreciate its beauty.
