We even had to supply our own sponge and bin bags. Nothing private about this place, the ring camera system was overkill...... felt like I was on big brother. It wasn't a comfy. I requested a late check out when I booked and was told it wasn't possible......after we packed up ready to check out, we received a text message for the host offering us a late check out. Received the bond along with a message to let us know if we gave the hosts 10/10 review. we then would receive a free stay in their Margaret River or mandurah property on off peak season.

• Stefani (10/5): Great stay with a view! - The beach house is located just in front of the SeaScapes Beach. Clean spacious in quite & beautiful area. We had a great stay! Tito is a great host, very communicative. Definitely recommend this property to anyone who will stay in Mandurah area :)
• Gino (10/5): This was our second stay and we will be back for sure. - Beautiful location opposite the Indian Ocean. Quiet. Excellent walks that go for ages. There is a nearby beach as well. Excellent cafe just down the road, easy walk, and plenty of supermarkets nearby. Easy to prepare meals at the property. Very comfortable beds and the bathroom was spacious with good products supplied. All was good

• Davies (7/5): Good - Certainly a lovely ocean view to be had and everything was in tidy order. The side stairs were very steep and wouldn’t suit all guests. Would have preferred laundry facilities for that cost. Most of the fly screens were ripped so we couldn’t have the doors open for fresh air which was disappointing.

Coffee shop just down the road and they do great food and coffee. Communication from the host was good and they were very helpful. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you Only thing that could have been better were the towels, proper (softer) bath towels would have been better but we managed fine with what we got. Very minor thing

• Kat (10/5): Absolutely gorgeous, well appointed 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views to the ocean from all west facing rooms. - Well appointed apartment with amazing views to the beach. Owner is prompt and friendly in responding to messages and requests. That I couldn’t spend more time at the Beach House and spend some relaxing time down at the beach.

• Elaine (4/5): Not in mandurah, rocky beach, only half the house, will try to charge more if over 2 guests present. - The beach across the road is very pretty and the view from balcony is lovely. 1. It’s not in Mandurah. It’s a 15 minute drive away in Halls Head. 2. The beach there is rocky and not safe for swimming in. 3. It’s not the whole house. The owners live downstairs and have blocked off the upper floor, so it’s only 2 bedrooms and a living room. The sofa bed is in one of the bedrooms. The house is accessed via an outdoor stairwell so bear this in mind if you have a small child or disability. 4. There was an electrical short (due to a faulty kettle—they knew the previous guest had boiled vegetables in it so I’m not sure why they didn’t check that it was working). The issue was that the electrical box was locked and the owner’s wife couldn’t address until after 10pm, so aside from overhead lighting we had no power or hot water for a chunk of our stay and no Internet or TV for the whole stay. The owner did offer late checkout as compensation but the whole situation meant we had to wait up till late without basic amenities when the purpose of the holiday was to rest. 5. When I asked the owner how to set up the sofa bed and where the bedding was, he demanded more money. This was very confusing as I showed him that there is a fixed price for the house whether or not the sofa bed is used and the advert says “sleeps five.” He agreed not to charge me extra, but this conversations made me pretty upset and stressed and I had to sit in my car late at night to charge my phone (due to no power in the house) in order to sort this out with him—very awkward and unsettling. So if there are more than 2 people, and you need bedding, be aware that they will charge you extra per person. I went home feeling stressed and tired!

• George (10/5): Very relaxing location - Great location with wonderful view. Within walking distance to local cafe, restaurants and supermarket but not too close to be disturbed by any activity around the shops. Great coastal path with easy access. Weren't able to stay longer.
• Baz (8/5): Would stay again - The Location was perfect, the property was very clean, and easy to communicate with owners Didnt have a bath which was stated in the Ad, and was unaware of owners living downstairs so parking in driveway was an issue one night.

It was close to lovely beaches and good fishing locations. One of the smoke alarms downstairs was low on battery and made a constant beeping noise.

• Perthjfe (8/5): Very good - This accommodation was very spacious with a fantastic view of the sea from each bedroom and from the living area. A grocery store, a cafe, and takeaway food outlets are only a block or two away. The main bedroom is very large and has a separate balcony from the second bedroom. I had to chase the owner to get the bond back but got it back after sending several messages.

• Liu (9/5): Great place for small group. Clean with great amenities. - Location is close to everything by car (Mandurah is generally small and easy to get around anyway). Property itself is the second floor of a house with its own entrance directly to the second floor apartment. Downstairs is owner owned, I believe. Overlooks the ocean with nothing blocking the view. Amenities are available with fridge, microwave, oven, hotplate in the cupboard, dishes, cups, cutlery, washing liquids. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, face towels, hand towels, floor mat. Vacuum and iron available. Didn't check if there was a hair dryer though. Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows, quilt, blanket. One of the bedrooms has a sofa. WiFi a bit spotty until we reset the modem. Netflix available. Nothing. Would stay here again. Note there is a $100 cleaning fee on top of the rental fees.

• Tabitha (10/5): Best way to splurge on a beautiful house and view for an excellent stay in Mandurah - Everything! The view was amazing, as were the amenities provided. The house seemed new and well-kept, it was well-heated and well-lit, sofas and beds were comfy, ample space in all the rooms, fully-equipped kitchen as well, smart TV for entertainment. Our host Tito was also very welcoming and responded quickly to our messages about check-in as well as recommendations for bushwalks in the area! Location only accessible if you're driving, otherwise could be hard to get to. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the bedside lamps in one of the rooms, but it was of little consequence.

It's exactly like the picture perfect photos and I'm sure you will love your stay as much as we did. You get the entire upstairs section of this home, 2 very big bedroom's and 2 large balconies. Also has a kitchen/sitting/lounge room and a great bathroom. The added touch of a few popular grocery and bathroom items is thoughtful and would save people a trip to the supermarket to buy those essentials if they don't come prepared. The views of the ocean are spectacular, you can't get better! Immaculate inside and outside, very clean and beautiful. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again. Much thanks for being excellent and easy to deal with and for your prompt replies always. You have a gorgeous place and we look forward to returning.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Tito's place is a fantastic new property with an unbelievable view over the ocean from two good sized balconies and a one minute walk to a beautiful and secluded beach! Bedrooms are huge and the lounge room and kitchen have everything you need (even has a portable oven that wasn't listed on the amenities)! Really feels like a beach escape but only one hour from Perth. Already planning my next trip down! Highly recommended!
