- Prest (9/5): kumfy kooyong. - Perfect location. Beautiful setting. Very well maintained. Not so much "didn't " like, just missed not having own veranda to sit on. The gazebo was nice but noisy and busy with the other tenants.

- Graham (7/5): We enjoyed the stay but would look for something less expensive and less liable to noise. - Breakfast not included. Spacious and well positioned close to beach, hotel and bus stops. Comfortable beds and clean apartment. Probably overcatered given there were only two of us staying. Lack of balcony or outdoor sitting space other than the pool area and bbq area where insects and ants were a problem. Low intensity globes mean the apartment was gloomy and uninviting at night. Walls are very thin so neighbouring occupants were clearly audible and were on some occasions raucous. As we may have been on occasions!
in terms of value for money, I can only compare with apartments leased by friends at Island Magic where their stay of 10 days was significantly less expensive than our 6 night stay. My last comment is that while traffic noise is somewhat unavoidable (and there was plenty of that), the daily episodes of lawn mowing, leaf blowing and edging was extremely annoying and appeared to me to be unnecessary. Once or maybe twice in a week yes, but we had that sort of activity on 4 of our 6 days and it was clearly not really necessary.
- John (6/5): Will return.. - The venue & accommodation fit a niche on Maggie: basic facilities at a good price. The rooms are large and well lit, with a double and a 4-bed bedroom. Recently painted, with all kitchen needs provided, the worse aspect was our 2 2-seater coached were both past their used by date. Toilet is under the roof eave, but outside the main unit and the bathroom is hopefully on an upgrade list also. Both clean, but basic... Unit has free wi-fi & a TV and is very very close to Arcadia Village Hotel and a bus stop. Great for large groups, with bbq & pool available as part of complex. Stayed for 3 nights, going back soon with a larger group for a week.
