• Paolo (5/5): - Buon livello di pulizia e posizione comoda e centrale. Ingresso e rampe scale per arrivare all’appartamento un po’ sacrificati. Disponibili esclusivamente cialde di caffè in camera (no brioches), ma con possibilità di preparazione solo in terrazza dotata di bollitore, comune con altre camere.

• Irene (10/5): Monopoli was beautiful and our rooms were perfect. - The location was excellent. The rooms are comfortable and the terrace was wonderful. We filled out the on line check in process, but continued to be bombarded with messages still asking us to fill out the information. We almost cancelled because this was so irritating, we received more than 8 messages after we completed the process.
• Miss D (2/5): Do not stay here. - I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. The luxury room is in the basement, so feels really damp especially as we were unable to leave our door open for fear of cockroaches. The host didn't respond to our feedback so unfortunately posting here.

• Antonia (8/5): - This place is in a great location, within walking distance to everything you may need. The place itself is a bit small, but it is the atmosphere that you are paying for. The tub is a nice addition, although I wish there were directions on how to use it. There is access to the terrace which is small but quaint. I honestly fell in love with the location and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, atmosphere.

• Emma Romane (6/5): - Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce logement. Le rapport qualité/prix n’est selon moi pas très justifié. L’annonce n’est pas claire concernant la présence d’une cuisine ou non dans le logement (le budget étant bien plus conséquent lorsque l’on doit manger à l’extérieur à tous les repas) De plus le jacuzzi présent dans la chambre est accompagné d’aucunes explications et n’est pas simple à utiliser (se remplit seulement avec la douchette donc met très longtemps à se remplir et parfois l’eau ne chauffe pas) Aucune fenêtres présentes dans logement donc très sombre…. Il ne faut pas être claustrophobe. Certes le logement est bien décoré et joli mais cela ne suffit pas à justifier le prix. Assez déçus de ce logement…

• Agneša (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect, in the old town, everything is near. The room is the same as we can see on the pics (very beautiful 👌). Check in and check out online, without any problems. Cleaning every day. I can highly reccomend 🙂 The room is small, but beautiful. The stairs leading to the room are very steep and narrow.

It was also in the perfect location to access the piazza. What really made our stay though was the host being so accommodating to our requests. It’s a beautiful town. we never met the owner personally except by phone and she was very cordial. She also helped me get in contact with a private driver who picked us up from the train station. • Niamh (10/5): Beautiful home in the heart of Monopoli - Gorgeous apartment in the heart of Monopoli! All clean, easy self check in & beautiful room. We loved it & would stay again. Great value for money too! Parking not included as it’s in the heart of the Old Town however we paid around €13 for 24hours street parking a short walk away. Gorgeous terrace & just a wonderful experience! Grazie!!

• Valentina (5/5): Amazing place with an awful client service. - The room was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated and wider than expected, which make our stay super comfortable. The location was really good in a quite street in the historic centre. The communication to do the check-in was very sloppy and rude. They sent us a message in our Whatsapp without indicating from which facility they were writing, so we had confusion with the coordination because of this which was very badly handled by the owner of the facility. As we didn't know that we were supposed to arrive before a certain hour or we will not be able to get into our room, we ended up running back from a tour and coordinating to reach a train back, which was super stressful. Beyond that, the attitude was super rude, without taking any responsibility for the miscommunication and blaming us for the incident. Even though the facilities were amazing, I wouldn't go back to this place.

• Louis (7/5): Too expensive for what we got - stylish room in a very good location, all in all, filling expectations lack of natural light in the room, we found the price VERY expensive for what it is. we shouldn’t forget it was a basic room, no staff, no breakfast
• Tariq (10/5): Lovely spot in the old city! - Beautiful hotel room in a great location. Easy to walk anywhere in the old city from here and only about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Everything looked and felt clean. Contactless checkin but spoke on the phone and very helpful staff.

Very complete instructions on where to park even went into town to buy us coffee cups and make restaurant reservations. The property is very well-maintained and renovated, perfect position in the center of the historic town.

• Matthew (10/5): - Perfect location. Parking was easy enough, make sure to download an app to assist with the blue parking spots. Pay by the hour or simply $8 for the day. Old town is very cute and Monopoli is one of my new favorite cities in all of Italy
• louise (10/5): Great Location, Amazing Service, Fantastic House - We arrived late but had informed Loredana via Whatsapp who was waiting at the property. Car parking in Monopoli is a bit of a challenge - no parking in the old town, street parking nearby but busy, but public car parks nearby. The location of the property is right in the heart of the beautiful old town, close to the cathedral, the port, beach and lots of bars and restaurants, although it is lovely and quiet. The property itself, is an old fisherman's cottage that has be sympathetically renovated to a high standard. It is on three floors plus a lovely roof terrace which is shared by all three rooms in the property (great for a morning coffee). The rooms are well equipped (sink, plates and cutlery included along with a fridge). The beds were very comfortable, cleanliness was great and Wifi was fast and stable. There is good air conditioning and the shower was spacious with good water pressure/temperature. Loredana went over and above helping us immediately with an issue which involved a visit to the police (we don't speak Italian) and couldn't have helped us more. I stayed in room Mare. I would love to stay here again and couldn't recommend more!
