Jessica (7/5): Nice enough. Look around the area for better value for money places - The BBQ area was great. Full kitchen was good The shower and bathroom was very dirty. There is mould in the bathroom. I felt disappointed as it had been renovated but was not clean.
Heath (7/5): Pleasant. - No WiFi. Given a WiFi password for the room at Best of Magnetic Island office Nelly Bay when picking up the key for the apartment. WiFi password totally irrelevant and unnecessary. No WiFi available at Kooyong Room 8. WiFi not connected and unavailable to connect.

Annie (10/5): Exceptional - Loved staying at our Kooyong apartment. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable, and they provided everything you would want and need. Easy check in and check out process. Staff are helpful and will give you a map when checking in. Parked our hire car on the street without issues. There is a bus stop almost out the front. Short stroll to the stunning Alma beach. Pool was great. Would've loved to use the BBQ but didn't get the chance. Don't be alarmed by the loud wailing you will hear at night, it's only the call of the very amusing local bush-stone curlews! Really hope to visit again! Nothing.

Monica (8/5): Relaxing two night stay in an awesome apartment. - Will stay at Kooyong apartments again! perfect location, great facilities, super comfortable and beautiful decorations. Getting in contact with the magnetic island accommodation client services team doing check ins and reservation queries were difficult due to long delays on their call lines and there is no direct contact number to call for Kooyong apartments. you have to go via the switch board. I also thought that the check in process was excessive for late check ins and due to the poor availability on the phone lines, difficult to follow up on.
