Josep (7/5): Un allotjament prou correcte , però a un preu més alt del que correspondria. - disposició del personal, localització i luminositat. Llit confortable i petita terrasseta Cava de cortesia. el bany necessita mobles accessoris. Des de ganxos per penjar tovalles fins una lleixa o armariet on deixar les coses. Encara que és el primer pis, no es pot arribar en ascensor. Et trobes amb altres hostes. Encara que té bany privat és com llogar una habitació dins d'un pis gran. Sense res per escalfar pa o aigua. Sols una cafetera. Té nevera però no congelador. En general no està malament, però a un preu que correspondria a un apartament de qualitat superior o amb petita cuina.

El personal fue extremadamente amable y profesional, siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. Me sentí muy cómodo durante toda la estancia. Sin duda volveré y lo recomendaré.

Sarah (6/5): Pour le prix je m'y attendais à une chambre au niveau supérieur - L'emplacement très bien (facile à se déplacer à pied ou transports); le personnel très aimable (souriant, poli, communication rapide et efficace) et arrangeant (propositions de porter les valises, pas de problème pour s'adapter à mon heure d'arrivée que j'ai du changer à cause de problèmes de transport); le matela / linge très bien; le frigo c'est un plus Le bruit - côté rue le bruit de la circulation, même avec fenêtres fermées (simple vitrage), tard la nuit et tôt le matin y compris samedi, les gens qui font du bruit dans la rue, et du coup on entend le métro - ça ne s'arrête pas, à ça on ajoute le broyeur - le mien et celui du voisin, du coup il y a un bruit de fond en permanance... ce n'était pas reposant du tout et pourtant normalement je dors assez bien; Pas de place entre la toilette et la douche; Un minimum de produits; Un rideau ferait pas de mal

La habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda. La cama genial, y las sábanas y toallas impecables. Tiene nevera y cafetera, que puede parecer un detalle pequeño, pero cuando puedes tomarte un café tranquilo por la mañana sin tener que bajar a ningún sitio, se agradece mucho. En general un ambiente muy agradable. Para una visita a Barcelona, ideal. Volvería sin dudarlo.

We were busy the next days so couldn't inform them because the reception is only staffed at certain times. The room was very loud because of busy traffic on the main road, and the windows were not double glazed.

Bidos (10/5): Perfect Hostel for good price - We were very pleasantly surprised by the Friends Hostel. We'd read mixed reviews. The biggest advantages of the property are: - it's in a great location (a 5-minute walk to Rocafor metro) - it's very clean and tidy (the restrooms are shared, but they're large and spacious, with a shower. The restrooms come with 3-in-1 soap) - the beds are very soft and comfortable - there's a TV and fridge The staff speaks some English and is very helpful and friendly. As for the thin walls and the ability to hear everything from the reception desk, it's true, but that didn't bother us at all. It's a hostel, after all, and the price is much lower than a hotel. I'll definitely return when I'm in Barcelona because the price/quality ratio is excellent.Thanks for everything.

Baño le hace ruido todo: cisterna, lluvia de ducha, todo. No respetan el silencio ni lo hacen respetar. Lo cobran como hotel 4 estrellas. La unica persona amable es la señora de limpieza.

We arrived early and just tidied our toiletries quietly in the lobby. However, the tall, thin, dark-skinned male staff with glasses gave us a very unfriendly look and rudely told us to put everything away immediately. When my husband used the toilet a little longer, he even knocked on the door to rush him, which was extremely rude. The room was in poor condition, and the sound insulation was terrible—we could hear noise from outside all night. What’s worse, I left some belongings behind and informed them right away, and I even told them I would stay again on the third day. But they replied coldly that there was nothing, and even said they would just throw it into the trash if there was. This hotel is disrespectful, irresponsible and completely unworthy of the name “Friendship House”. Strongly not recommended.

Bilbeny (8/5): Correcto para un par de noches - La ubicación del hostel y la habitación muy grande! Muy cerca del centro La luz de emergencia situada encima de la puerta que alumbraba demasiado en la noche y molesta cuando duermes
Klaudia (4/5): Hostel ok na 1/2 noce. Ale późne zameldowania gwarantuje brak cieplej wody - Głównym atutem jest lokalizacja. Łazienka czysta, ręczniki wymieniane codziennie Już pierwszego wieczoru zabrakło dla nas ciepłej wody. Po zgłoszeniu problemu na recepcji, nie otrzymaliśmy żadnego rozwiązania. Pani nie mówiła po angielsku. Próbowaliśmy wytłumaczyć prostymi słowami po hiszpańsku o co nam chodzi, pani zaprowadziła nas do miejsca z bojlerem i pokazała, że rura jest ciepła, a potem do łazienki ogólnodostępnej i sprawdzila wodę w kranie, która nie była również ciepła. Na pytanie co mamy w takiej sytuacji zrobić machnęła ręką i wróciła na swoje stanowisko. Zarwaliśmy kilka godzin po późnym przylocie (koło 23) i próbowaliśmy rozwiązać problem przez booking. Obiekt nie odpowiedział na nasze zgłoszenie. Poszliśmy spać bez prysznica po podrózy co nie było komfortowe. Dodatkowo na drugi dzień pan z recepcji (mówiący po angielsku) machał nam przed nosem jakimś papierem i mówił, że to protokół i przecież jest ciepła woda w całym obiekcie. Dodatkowo w łazience zamontowane są drzwi przesuwne i nie da się ich całkowicie zamknąć gdyż pozostają szpary (z jednej bądź drugiej strony, albo z obu jeśli przesuwniemy drzwi do końca). Bliskość do metra to atut, ale wszystko się trzęsie przy okazji przejazdów. Ściany w hostelu są cienkie jak papier, słychać absolutnie wszystko.

boyka (7/5): Hostel Friends is a constant but this exact room is for one person. - This is the third time I have visited Hostel Friends. The location is great and the price is very good considering the alternatives in a place like Barcelona. The room was supposed to be for two people, but I can’t envision how two grown man or woman would be comfortable. One of the staff members didn’t’t know a single word in English.
