• Antony (10/5): This is my second stay at Longonot Place apartments, and I am waiting for them to release dates for - Front desk staffs, very professional and helpful, but hats off to the housekeepers. Nothing was trouble for them, they provided anything and everything I needed and cleaned my room every day. Location is brilliant, 8 minutes’ walk over the foot bridge and you are in the center for an assortments of shops. Felt very safe, security is good at the apartment and officers very friendly. Nothing to say here, everything was good for me on this trip.

• LUZIRI (10/5): Brilliant! Highly recommend it. - The location was excellent, close to the city centre. Secure environment, excellent staff. Functioning WiFi. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. This was excellent value for money. Highly recommend it! The pillows were a bit high and hard. But this was mitigated by the absence of mosquitoes! Guests who make their own arrangements for collection to the airport should be requested to inform the reception, who will in turn inform security staff to allow the driver access to the premises.

• LUZIRI (9/5): Very convenient, secure location. WiFi access is brilliant. Option to prepare your own or buy meals. - The location was brilliant, within easy reach of the city centre, but very quiet with no traffic noise. Excellent WiFi. The flat was a spacious, well equipped and decorated with good taste, providing a relaxed, restful ambience. All staff were courteous, and very helpful. The apartment was spotless clean and the option to use a duvet or blanket was excellent. The absence of mosquitoes was a big plus! Thank you very much for an excellent service! The pillows were a bit large and hard. Staff weren't too familiar with booking a taxi via Booking.com, so when the driver I had booked turned up to collect me he was initially denied access to the premises. Perhaps guests could be asked if they've made arrangements to be collected when checking in/out, and security staff informed.

Abbiamo richiesto alla reception che ci venissero portati ma nessuno li ha portati (abbiamo atteso 1h). Il giorno successivo ugualmente erano state rifatte le camere ma non dotate del numero di asciugamani corretto. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare e attendere 20’ prima che ci venissero consegnati

• Zoe (10/5): We were only there for 6 hours before we left for the train station the apartment was perfect. - We are a family of 5 so finding somewhere big enough is often hard. This was perfect. I organised for a taxi to collect us from Nairobi airport when we landed and it never arrived which was a bit frustrating and we were worried about being ripped off!

At night, there was a band playing (it was friday night), and it was very loud. They stopped (or reduced the volume) around 10pm, but at 10.40pm they increased it again and went on for a long time. We even complained but nothing happened. We needed to sleep before taking our flight back home but was impossible. A very bad stay. Furthermore, we booked for 4 adults and 1 kid, but we only had 2 double beds and 4 towels, 4 plates, ....

Wifi is not usable. Noise from the door of connecting room. Construction site nearby and a recycle/garbage point which some people working there and creating noise even during 3-4am.

Duże, wygodne apartamenty (my mieliśmy 4 osobowy ). Apartament miał duży salon z aneksem kuchennym dwie sypialnie i dwie łazienki ok 80 m.kw. Ochrona w obiekcie. Wspaniała restauracja z przepysznym jedzeniem na terenie obiektu. Nieco zużyte meble kuchenne ale biorąc pod uwagę pyszną restaurację kuchnia nie była nam potrzebna:)

• Megan (10/5): A spacious, comfortable apartment with excellent service and in a great location. - It was clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed, including cutlery and a knife in the kitchen, washing up supplies in the kitchen, and a combination washer/dryer. The service was fantastic, and the folks at reception were very helpful and informative. They always went above and beyond. At one point, the hot water broke in our building so the reception staff provided us with an empty apartment to shower in while the water was being fixed. There's a lovely cafe (Amka) downstairs which has wonderful staff, great coffee and delicious food. The grounds are very secure and the security staff were absolutely lovely - they even showed us a nearby food stand that we'd been smelling but couldn't find (the food there is amazing). The apartment didn't have a huge amount of natural light but that was specific to our particular unit and with the lights on it wasn't an issue.
• Lui (7/5): Enough space for everyone though could use some upkeep. - The space was perfect for our family with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms We asked a few simple things from housekeeping (we didn't have enough towels for example) and after 3 hours and 3 requests, we still didn't get what we needed. The pool is nice but it's within the hotel at the facility, which felt strange to swim there.

• VALENTIN (5/5): Séjour mitigé à Nairobi – bel appartement mais gros souci de bruit - L’appartement est bien situé, spacieux et décoré avec goût. Nous avons apprécié le confort général, les équipements, et la proximité avec les commodités locales. Cependant, notre expérience a été fortement entachée par des nuisances sonores très importantes dues à un chantier juste en face de l’immeuble. Les travaux commencent tôt le matin (vers 7h) et se poursuivent jusqu’en fin de journée, rendant le repos très difficile, voire impossible. Ce chantier n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce, et cela aurait clairement influencé notre décision de réserver. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, mais l’unique solution proposée a été un déplacement dans une chambre à peine plus éloignée… où le bruit restait malheureusement tout aussi présent. Dommage, car sans ce problème, le séjour aurait pu être bien plus agréable. J’espère que ce point sera pris en compte pour les futurs voyageurs.

I’m not sure what they were but a small roach type bug. I even found them in the microwave! Keep food items in fridge. Also a lot of water damage in the shower walls and ceiling.

A coffee shop and restaurant are located on the premises though they appear to be under different management so breakfast is not included. A coffee maker or French Press would have been a nice addition. We brought coffee assuming that would be available but had to make do with the provided instant coffee. We had to ask for additional cutlery and mugs but the staff were very helpful in giving us what was needed.
