• Monserrat (9/5): De 10👏🏻 - La cercanía a todos los lugares de interés. Ir a la fontana en 10min es un lujo. La cocina de uso común estaba genial y muy limpia. Las camas muy cómodas, y el personal de recepción estupendo. No hablaban español pero hacían todo lo posible para comunicarse Repetiría sin duda. Quizás el baño necesitaría un cambio de mampara
• MAYA (7/5): - It was near the metro station Barberini and in a good neibourhood full of legal firms and embassies. Friendly staff. The room was dusty and the light switch grimy, there was only one garbage bin in the bathroom, and the lack of mosquito screen or mosquito repellent made us prey to the insects. The second button of the toilet flush did not work, and the tv did not respond to control. Insufficient wardrobe space. Overrated and pricey.

There is also a communal kitchen with a microwave to use. We had very good communication from the staff about directions to get there. It was about a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini

Shower room door doesn't close properly that water leaked on to a floor. I mentioned that to the reception when I leave. He didn't take notes. Please fix them.

• Giovanni (9/5): Excellent guesthouse in the centre of Rome! - Very comfortable room and bed! Clean, simple and with good taste. Location is great, close to centre and metro, but very quiet. Very easy check in and check out. Value for money! Recommended! The devil is in the details! The shower head was working well, but fixed with scotch tape... these are easy and cheap fixes that could be taken care of as they happen. Electric kettle and cups are provided... period! It would not be too expensive to include few tea bags. It would not take a lot of effort to elevate the experience to a BnB level. But again... these are details for an otherwise excellent stay!
• Barbara (6/5): - La posizione, eccellente, metro vicina e anche a piedi si può arrivare in tanti posti La stanza non era quella da me scelta, cosa a mio avviso non corretta! il bagno aveva il doccino rotto da tempo, il rubinetto del bidè che si muoveva, e il box doccia mal funzionante e non pulito bene. Inoltre "i prodotti omaggio" erano veramente scarni (una piccola sabonetta, un bagno doccia e uno shampoo piccoli, sufficienti a mala pena per una persona!) Insomma, delle cose che si potevano evitare con un po più di accortezza! Per il resto, lo staff è stato gentilissimo!

Un peu de bruit (des chambres à côté) mais cela reste très supportable - la lumière de la pièce de vie est assez forte et rentre dans la chambre. Cela reste vraiment du détail !

La toilette aveva delle macchie e c’era un po’ di capelli sui cuscini. In generale era tutto molto sterile, poca attenzione alle ai dettagli.

There was one person to greet us on our way in the first night, and we never saw anyone else the whole time we were in Rome. Veey clean, very confortable beds, and close (about 10min) from very nice places do eat and to get ice cream. Would definatelly return to the same hotel! The lack of reception desk or anyone to talk to was a little odd but we got used to. The fridge could be colder. And the shower is a little small but ok.

• Kayla (10/5): Exceptional - This was our first time in Rome and we were very pleased with our stay! Ruth and Marco were very helpful. We had a last minute favor to ask as we were missing documents for our upcoming plans. They assisted us immediately, no questions asked. They also provide a map of the area and printouts of restaurant recommendations. Check-out was easy and contactless. The building was beautiful, the neighborhood was just 10 minutes away from everything in the city (which meant it was never noisy even on weekends/nights). Housekeeping comes every two days and will ask if you need any extra towels, toiletries, etc. Either way, they are very responsive via WhatsApp if there’s anything else you might need.

We were welcomed by a staff member outside the normal hours, which was a huge bonus, since our plane was delayed (22:00 instead of 20:00). The location is really great (near a metro station).
