Właściciel powitał nas butelką prosecco i małym poczęstunkiem, a mimo że w ofercie nie było śniadania dostaliśmy koszyk z podstawowymi produktami. Kontakt z właścicielem był świetny – bardzo pomocny i życzliwy. Zaproponował również, że jego tata odwiezie nas na dworzec! Bardzo polecam ten obiekt! Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie!
• Desiree (10/5): - Un posto bellissimo gestito da una famiglia gentilissima! Posizione comodissima, a fianco al Duomo di Matera. Camera spaziosa, letto penso il più comodo in cui abbia mai dormito! Pulizia impeccabile, tutto pensato nei minimi dettagli. I proprietari sono stati super accoglienti, ci hanno lasciato qualcosa per fare colazione, una bottiglia di prosecco e le fragole più buone che abbia mai mangiato!! Poi vabbè una vista spettacolare sui sassi! Tornerei super volentieri anche per soggiorni più lunghi per riposarmi un po', merita davvero! L'unica cosa è il box doccia un po' piccolo, a me non ha dato alcun fastidio

• Giorgia (10/5): Matera in tutto il suo splendore da questa accogliente struttura - Disponibilità e gentilezza, cura nei dettagli e nell’ospitalità, anche verso il nostro amico a quattro zampe. Nonostante la colazione non fosse compresa, mettono a disposizione degli ospiti caffè, latte, fette biscottate, biscottini e marmellatine e acqua. La posizione è meravigliosa: si può osservare Matera in tutto il suo splendore dalle finestre della stanza. Pulizia eccellente. I proprietari sempre disponibili e cordiali, pronti a consigliarti cosa fare.

• Daria (10/5): - Podobało nam się dosłownie wszystko, nawet jak jeszcze nie byliśmy na miejscu był super kontakt z gospodarzem, gospodarz zgodził się na wcześniejsze zameldowanie - wiadomo, że nie zawsze się uda, ale nam akurat się poszczęściło i mogliśmy zameldować się o 10, zamiast 15, co bardzo nam ułatwiło zwiedzanie i jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni 🥰 W pokoju czekały na nas drzemiki i chlebek. Było to bardzo miłe. Gospodarz też pokazał nam na mapce gdzie warto dotrzeć. Poprosiłam o żelazko i miałam dwie opcje wyboru - zwykłe żelazko bądź parownica, co było dużym zaskoczeniem, ale też bardzo miłe, że chciało mu się fatygować. Widok z okna i balkonu niesamowity, podziwialiśmy o każdej porze dnia. Warto wstać wcześniej na wschód słońca. Łóżko mega wygodne. W łazience kapciuszki. Wszystko było naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie. Jeśli kiedykolwiek wrócimy na Matere to tylko tam ❤️ Wszystko nam się podobało

Apartament czysty, dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy – na miejscu czekały kawa, mleko, woda, ciasteczka, a nawet winko, co było bardzo miłym akcentem. Dodatkowo przepiękny widok z balkonu na Materę robi ogromne wrażenie i sprawia, że chce się tam wracać. A właściciel? Dawno nie spotkaliśmy tak zaangażowanej osoby – uprzejmy, troskliwy, chętnie podpowiedział, gdzie najlepiej podziwiać Materę, gdzie dobrze zjeść i co warto zobaczyć. Dzięki temu cały pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. POLECAMY!!! Matera to zdecydowanie jedno z najpiękniejszych miast i prawdziwa perełka regionu Apulia – miejsce, które zachwyca swoim niepowtarzalnym klimatem i jest jedną z największych atrakcji tej części Włoch. Wszystko było super.

• Izabela (10/5): - Przepiękny panoramiczny widok z tarasu na Sassi, czyściutki, pachnący, przestronny pokój i łazienka. Było wszystko czego potrzeba, lodówka, czajnik, suszarka, PARASOL- akurat się przydał :), kawa, herbaty nawet mleczko do kawy, i drobny poczęstunek powitalny. Jednak było coś o wiele ważniejszego! Sporo podróżuję, ale pierwszy raz w życiu spotkałam tak cudownego, ciepłego, troskliwego gospodarza. Zarówno Ivan jak jego tata zadbali o każdą drobnostkę. Gospodarz zaoferował nam przejazd własnym samochoden na przystanek autobusowy w dniu wyjazdu i pomógł z bagażami. Dziękuję Ivan z całego serca! Matera, jak już się pogubisz w jej uliczkach, zejściach , wejściach i podejściach na pewno zawładnie sercem każdego. A wychodząc z apartamentu i schodząc w dół od razu znajdziesz się na szlaku turystycznym. Polecam, jeszcze raz polecam Dimorę Santa Barbarę i wrócę tu jeszcze z ekipą :). Nie było takiej rzeczy.

• Lina (10/5): - Nepamirštama viešnagė! Ši vieta pranoko visus lūkesčius. Vaizdas iš kambario ir terasos tiesiog kvapą gniaužiantis – viena gražiausių panoramų, kokias teko matyti. Atsibusti ir matyti Materos uolas bei senamiestį buvo tikra magija. Apartamentai jaukūs, švarūs, stilingi, kupini senovinės dvasios ir autentiško istorinio žavesio – jaučiasi, kad esi pastate, menančiame šimtmečių istoriją. Lokacija ideali, viskas lengvai pasiekiama pėsčiomis. Šeimininkai labai malonūs ir paslaugūs. Jei norite ypatingos patirties Materoje – ši vieta tiesiog tobula. Labai rekomenduoju!

Trotzdem Empfehlung - Tolle, zentrale Lage in den Sassi in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Piazza Duomo, schöner Ausblick vom umlaufenden "Balkon", sehr bequeme Matratze. Tolle Kuppeldecke. Sehr ruhig. Unser Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster in der Tür und hätte etwas liebevoller und umfangreicher ausgestattet sein können. Kein unmittelbarer Ausblick auf die Altstadt vom Zimmer aus.

• David (8/5): Enjoyable stay in great location in the Sassi near Cathedral square for breakfast and taxi. - Location was excellent and view superb. Room was large with good storage space. Shower was a little cramped. Bedside lamps did not give enough light to read.

• Natalia (10/5): Wyjątkowy widok - Piękny widok, klimatyczny i czysty pokój. Dostaliśmy przekąski na śniadanie, pomimo że nie było to uwzględnione w rezerwacji. Miły gest. Warto mieć świadomość, że do obiektu prowadzą schody, nie ma też możliwości dojazdu samochodem, ale to po prostu charakterystyka tego miasta, a nie wada. Poza tym wszystko super!

Molto ampia e con una vista impagabile sul Sasso Caveoso e a due passi dalla Cattedrale. Cinzia è stata veramente attenta alle esigenze in fase di arrivo e, molto gentilmente, ci sta aiutando a recuperare un oggetto che abbiamo dimenticato lasciando la stanza. Top Nulla

• Guillermo Fernando (10/5): Un balcón a Matera - Las instalaciones son excelentes,acorde a la arquitectura del lugar, te sientes parte del paisaje.Por la ubicación en altura estas en un balcón a Matera,dónde se puede apreciar la ciudad desde la altura . Tiene un banco de plaza para observar las vistas nocturnas que son increíbles.Tiene cafetera con café,jarra electrica y desayuno seco. Nosotros dejamos las valijas en el auto y subimos con una mochila por una noche para evitar el acarreo en subida. Se disfruta mucho la ciudad iluminada de noche.Todo impecable y la asistencia telefónica con la dueña muy correcta.

Beaucoup de montées dans la ville et de marches à gravir avant d’arriver à la chambre (nous ne sommes pas passés par un hall d’hôtel), évitez les bagages lourds et/ou encombrants. Il faut se garer assez loin. Je précise car ce n’est pas assez précisé. Pas d’arrangement possible pour une arrivée anticipée d’une heure ou une consigne bagage. Ballon d’eau chaude défaillant, eau chaude aléatoire.

• Chongho (10/5): Amazing view - The view was amazing from the accomodation. The A/C worked well but actually the room was pretty cool temperature even without A/C(outside was 36 degree though). The location was also perfect. It's right next to Duomo and within 2 min. there's so many restaurant, pub and cafe. There's also huge parking 5 mins away. Ms.Cinzia helped us for all we need. She also provided us all the good info such as restaurant, etc. Nothing.

• Helen (8/5): Great location and stunning views - Stunning views from the rooms and great location, very spacious and comfortable room Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work in either room when we arrived, it was fixed the next day but then broke again before the evening. This meant sleeping in a room 30 degrees which was quite uncomfortable.

Perfectly aituated. Right by the cathedral and the town. The mattress was quite hard for me but perhaps some people would love that.

• Natalie (3/5): Poor - Perfect location with views that were amazing The air conditioning was appalling. Just didn’t come close to making you feel comfortable while trying to sleep. In fact it ruined our 2 nights there for the fact we couldn’t sleep and had hot and cold sweats the whole night which left me with flu like symptoms because of it. Matera itself was amazing but struggled because of the lack of sleep because of the air conditioning. Although everything else was top quality this just turned it a bit sour. Wouldn’t stay here again if the air conditioning wasn’t sorted

Accommodation in the centre of the Sassi, so very well positioned. Nothing really, but just a small thing we couldn’t find the coffee machine pods to buy more. Having said that there are lovely cafes within walking distance.
