• Ali (10/5): - Our first trip to Muscat couldn't have been more perfect thanks to an incredible stay here. The hotel is beautiful, with great amenities, especially the pool, which is large and great for swimmers. Shoutout to Dunya at the front desk, Aishwarya, Chandrina and Suaad at the kitchen, and the housekeeping and pool team who were exceptional. The location is also perfect, right at the Mouj Marina, with easy access to a number of dining options and boat tours. We definitely want to come back here for another break sometime
• Rafał (10/5): - Perfect. Everything was of the highest standard. The food in the restaurants was absolutely delicious. The à la carte breakfasts were excellent, with staff who fulfilled every request in the blink of an eye. We also tried the Thai restaurant - they served the best Thai tea we’ve had outside of Thailand, prepared personally by the chef herself :). The dishes themselves felt as if they had been brought straight from the best seaside restaurants in Thailand. Nothing but recommendations for this place. When we arrived from the airport, we realized it was actually quite close. We were a bit worried that aircraft noise might be an issue, but nothing could have been further from the truth. From time to time you could see planes on the horizon approaching the city for landing, yet no noise reached the hotel or the beach. I’m sure we’ll come back again. And speaking of the staff - they were extremely helpful. We stayed there for several days and, due to circumstances beyond our control, had to extend our stay. Even though our room had already been booked for someone else, they reorganized everything so smoothly that we were able to stay one extra night without having to change rooms. Additionally, the trips organized by the concierge were also superb and very professionally arranged.

• Jessica (8/5): Beautiful Hotel & Good Location - The property was beautiful, the lobby, gardens and rooms were stunning and location was fantastic and very close to the airport. The breakfast was delicious and had an amazing variety. As always with the Kempinski standard, the hotel responded fairly quickly to any requests. Having stayed at many Kempinskis around the world due to their incredible standard and always going above and beyond for their guests, this hotel didn’t have the same warm welcome compared to the others. Apart from two or three members of staff, the staff didn’t seem as friendly. One amazing feature of the Kempinski brand are the red ladies who focus on guest hospitality and are usually great at interacting and checking in with guests. However, the red ladies didn’t approach me once during my stay after being in the lobby several times. The safe in my room did not work and after them trying to fix it several times in the morning, it still didn’t work, which resulted in me not having a safe place to keep my valuables for the entire day, which was disappointing. They fixed it a few hours before check out, which defeated the purpose. As we left, members of staff saw us struggling with our bags and did not assist. The experience at the hotel restaurant on the beach was mediocre and the kitchen was not as flexible as other Kempinskis. The experience was good, but overall it didn’t feel like they went above and beyond for their guests as the other Kempinskis.

The rooms are large and very well equipped with large soaking bath and separate shower. The Breakfast buffet is as good as any 5* hotel anywhere and no delay in getting barista coffee's delivered to your table. The two pools are spotless and the restaurants excellent. Five minutes walk (within the Estate) and you are at the marina of Al Mouj with lots of excellent eating opportunities. Can't wait to get back! Nothing

The place looks great, but what really stands out is how smooth everything feels — no friction, no weird service gaps, just consistently good. The staff are genuinely attentive without being overbearing, which is rarer than hotels like to admit. The beach, the restaurants, even the small details are all done properly. Easy place to relax and not think about anything, which is kind of the whole point.

• Starryflower (10/5): Amazing hotel - We stayed there for few nights, it was wonderful experience, it’s right on the beach though public but was not crowded and lots of space. It’s very near the airport that was good. The staff were amazing, though the hotel was packed full capacity, they made sure all our needs were met. They went out if their way to make our stay unforgettable. One evening we wanted to eat at particular restaurant in the hotel. We booked late so when we arrived there was no space for group of 8, the food and beverage manager was ost apologetic and made sure the next night he booked us earlier and even gave us complimentary dinner. All the restaurants had very good food, lots of activities on site even for kids. It’s walking distance to The Walk, near marina where lots of restaurants etc. lively area. We enjoyed our stay ,give 5 star for their service

Fantastic rooms (we got a room-upgrade with perfect sea-view) - excellent breakfast - very nice pool area - great staff (restaurant/cleaning/front office/concierge) - good gym - parking garage is also nice! The room is just great: super mattress, very nice bathroom (with great products) - and we also liked the balcony a lot! Surrounding area is very quiet and squeaky clean...within 10 minute driving are a few local Omani restaurants. Airport is also only 10 minutes from the hotel.

When we arrived we got a present as a small box of sweets🍬 it was very nice. Twice in a day we got a room cleaning. “salvatore ferragamo” cosmetics in the room and all you might need (iron, hangers, slippers and so on). Amazing breakfasts with all varieties which could be. Lunch and dinner were extremely delicious as well! Only positive memories about our stay! And I would love to come back to this amazing country and hotel as well. Everything was perfect

The breakfast was also very good! They had many varieties of food such as Egg, Meat and Salads. Definitely recommend, if possible, would love to come back.

• lorrainew472 (8/5): Beautiful hotel in a great spot. - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kempinski hotel, it was in a great location next to the beach and a short walk to the marina and local mall. We upgraded our room when we arrived as the original room faced the apartments across the road and had no outdoor space to sit at. The new room was overlooking the quieter pool, the room was very clean & supplied with good products. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic, we ate at all the restaurants in the hotel and enjoyed all the different types of food on offer. The buffet breakfasts were outstanding with every type of cuisine to suit everyone. We used the quieter pool for our stay, the staff were very attentive providing cool boxes with iced water bottles, these were provided at all the pools & beach beds.The main pool also had great bar meals & snacks. The hotel gym was very well equipped and also had a studio for classes. We will definitely return to the Kempinski for a Winter sun break.

Nous avons apprecié la piscine, le tennis, la salle de sport, le buffet du iftar, la proximité immédiate de la plage mais aussi de la mosquée et de la marina. Vrai 5 étoiles calme ou nous n'étions pas les uns sur les autres. Contexte particulier car arrivée le jour de déclenchement de la guerre contre l'iran mais sejour tout de meme de qualité dans ce pays riche de par l'acceuil de ses habitants et de son patrmoine. Je recommande sans hesitation. Nous avons du prolongé notre séjour du fait de l'annulation de notre vol et le prix des chambres s'est un peu envolé.... Nous avons tout de meme pu resté dans un environnement sur et agréable et le manager de l'hotel a fait un geste commercial...

• Anne (9/5): - La chambre était très jolie et spacieuse. Même en faisant partie d'une chaîne, il y a eu un réel effort de garder une identité. Le buffet du soir était excellent, sans doute l'une des meilleurs que l'on ait mangé ! Vraiment, le repas buffet est tout simplement fantastique. Puis, tous les points de restauration sont vraiment bons. Nous étions aussi en famille et le kids club était un vrai kids club. De belles animations, un coin bien aménagé pour les enfants, ma fille a adoré. Le principal point noir était la piscine malheureusement, du moins l'aménagement autour de la piscine. Trop petit pour la taille de l'hôtel, qui pourtant n'est pas énorme. C'était compliqué de trouver des transats au bord de la piscine. Tous les jours nous devions attendre avant d'avoir des transats de disponibles, lorsqu'on pouvait en avoir.
• Olga (8/5): - The hotel is nice, well located, good facilites, size of the rooms is ok. Staff is very friendly. They allowed to have a late check out at no charge. Too many people, I was not able to find a sun bed at the pool. During the breakfast you have to wait to be seated. The shower was not working well. My room was quite dark and very basic but probably because it was a speacial room for disabled people (I agree to it myself beacuse it was no other room available)

The atmosphere was beautifully arranged for the holy month, creating a warm and elegant setting that truly reflected the spirit of Ramadan. The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and flavors that made the experience very enjoyable. A special thanks to Yousuf, whose service was outstanding. He was attentive, professional, and very welcoming, making sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. We truly appreciated the hospitality and highly recommend this place for a memorable Ramadan Iftar.

Even with such a short visit, I can only say great things about this hotel. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, as is the entire property. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel sits in a quiet neighborhood. The sundecks by the pool are lovely, offering an open view of the sea. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer, but we definitely plan on returning!

• Seda (9/5): Komfortables Hotel mit top Service - Tolle Lage in Flughafennähe und Marina. Abends konnte man sehr schön spazieren gehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir würden wiederkommen. Der Pool ist etwas zu klein. Und an der Rezeption sind meist nur zwei Mitarbeitende, was bei der Anzahl an Gästen immer zu langen Wartezeiten führt.
