Nicola (2/5): The hotel was closed!!! - The hotel was closed, despite the announcement and the possibility of booking, after having paid in advance I contacted the manager for information about the check-in and received no response at all, neither on the phone (Number resulting disconnected) or via e-mail. Once I arrived at the hotel I realized It was empty and definitely closed. I rang the doorbell countless times with no answer. I had to look for another accommodation with very little time available before sunset. At the very least I expect my money to be completely refunded. Never had such a bad experience before.
