• Kristina (9/5): We've got what was expected and had a great time. - Staff was pleasure to deal with. Room was nice and clean. Bed large and comfortable. Little balcony and roof terrace was nice. Was amazing to be able to use AquaLuna beach club facilities. Ferry is only a few minutes away. Bus stops everywhere. Breakfast could be better. And smell from bathroom was not very pleasant from time to time. We've had that issue in a few places in a few countries. Sometimes it's unavoidable I assume. Little street below was getting noisy from about 7am. But that's also not to blame the hotel.

• Aliona (8/5): Хороший отель - Отель располагается рядом с набережной, недалеко остановка транспорта общественного, много ресторанов, кафе, напротив супермаркет. В номере есть всё необходимое, убирали постоянно Рецепция находится в другом отеле и это как бы отдельное здание, в который лают карточку - т.е. тут нет лобби, рецепции, у меня разрядилась карточка и мне пришлось идти в отель чтобы там её исправили. Уезжать ночью тоже было неочень удобно, надо с чемоданом идти в соседний отдель чтобы сдать ключи от номера - мне сказали нельзя оставить их в номере. Ресторан с завтраками через дорогу.

• Kinga Sobczak (9/5): Good choice - Room was clean, spacious, big bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower! Nice breakfast, tarrace on the last floor with amazing view. We could also store our backpacks before check in. Great location, close to bus stop, ferry and shops. In the bathroom you can only open the window wildly and after that it is difficult to close it.

The hotel also offers luggage storage, which is very convenient. We really enjoyed the restaurant — the lunches were absolutely delicious. Access to the heated swimming pool included in the price was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommended!

Basen zewnętrzny ulokowany w dobrej lokalizacji , czysty , dużo leżaków ( starczy dla wszystkich) Apartamenty ulokowane w bardzo wąskim korytarzu , winda jechała bardzo długo a przyciski w niej nie zawsze działały poprawnie . Molto apprezzata la piccola piscina riscaldata al 9°piano con sauna annessa. Camera funzionale, non molto grande ma moderna e pulita. Colazione variegata tra dolce e salato, forse non tanto assortita nel dolce ma comunque apprezzata.

Rapporto qualità prezzo troppo sbilanciato. La zona wellness è microscopica e lo staff non sempre era disponibile a soddisfare le mie richieste: ho dovuto sollecitare un servizio base 5 volte prima che intervenissero. Colazione normale, può essere migliorata

• Dreamholidays (7/5): A good priced hotel , central to the marina and restaurant s . - The breakfast room was bright and comfortable. The buffet breakfast that was set out was very varied with good quality food , drink . It was better than I had anticipated. Although I did think we would take breakfast upstairs terrace in the strand hotel with the breathe taking views of the marina , coastline , boats and scenery , 6 floors up . We were rewarded in a" private pass " to attend the delightful 🌞sunbathing, pool complex that the hotel provided . The hotel room we stayed in was spacious , a rather strange shape ,no balcony either - just a window with no views at all . It was the bathroom smell of the drains that was awful stench the whole time we were there . Maybe an overall problem in the area ? Apart from this I would say we slept well and the bed & linen was very clean with good quality bed linen.

• ANDRII (10/5): - У жены было день рождение,я обратился за помощью в оформлении номера,и мне все сделали лучше,чем я просил)приятный и отзывчивый персонал,завтрак не сильно разнообразный,но голодным не останешься, расположение топ,рядом прогулочные катера и переправа на валенту, большой плюс бассейн с подогревом, очень классно там провести время, передохнуть между экскурсиями,,кровать удобная,и самое главное ночью тихо и никто не тревожит, рекомендую на сто процентов,цена качество топ

• Ryan (8/5): Great base for exploring - The check-in staff when we arrived were lovely! The building is just around from the main hotel and super easy to get to. The room looks just like the photos - modern clean and spacious with a balcony. Location is easy to get to the ferry with plenty of food and convenience stores nearby Only thing was the temperature of the shower - it was boiling hot then cold and the mixer didn’t change anything. But it was fine

Similarly the access to the wellness centre is also in the main building. The main pool is outside and seems to be accessible by outsiders when paying the entry fee so it was too crowded. The water pressure was changing every so often when someone else was using the water/flushing so it goes up and down (perfect temperature to too hot or too cold…). The air con was locked at 21 degrees and i couldn’t change it closer to the end of my trip. I can see black traces on the walls in some corner of the room. The connection while watching the TV was so poor as well. I once came back to my room and the lift was blocked my the cleaning cart so I had to walk 5 floors … The lift itself seems old and scary as it states that the next check up should be in Feb2026 but it’s already April2026…

Dostęp do aqualuna - darmowy Wieczny brak miejsc parkingowych, śniadania kiepskie - głównie angielskie i jajecznica z proszku, jak na tą rangę hotelu to mega słabo. Źle oznaczone miejsce głównego hotelu, gdzie odbywa sie zameldowanie. Klatka schodowa i winda mikroskopijne. Na dachu parę krzeseł i widok na dach innych budynków. Nie było codziennej wymiany ręczników.

• konstantina (7/5): - Ένώ είχα κάνει κράτηση για δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι, το ανέφερε ξεκάθαρα στις παροχές του δωματίου, όταν έκανα check in με οδήγησαν στο ¨δωμάτιό μου¨ όπως είπαν , ένα δίκλινο δωμάτιο ακριβώς στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας , πάνω στο δρόμο.Όταν φυσικά παραπονέθηκα, αφού οι υπεύθυνοι συζήτησαν κάτι... μεταξύ τους με πήγαν σε άλλο δωμάτιο , σε όροφο , χωρίς μπαλκόνι πάλι , και μου υπέδειξαν ότι αν ήθελα μπαλκόνι , θα έπερεπε να το αναφέρω στην κράτηση .Όταν τους έδειξα τις παροχές της κράτησης όπως αναφερόταν στη booking απλά αδιαφόρησαν.Το δωμάτιο μύριζε μούχλα και σαν να μην έφταναν όλα αυτά , το επόμενο πρωι, όταν κατέβηκα για πρωινό , που και αυτό ήταν στις παροχές , με σταμάτησαν μπροστά σε άλλους πελάτες και μου είπαν ότι δεν μπορούσα να μπω!Αφού ξαναπαραπονέθηκα και με στείλαν πάλι στη ρεσεψιόν, στους υπεύθυνους υποτίθεται , μου είπαν ότι , εντάξει , μπορείς να περάσεις.Εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματική η συμπεριφορά όλων τους. Βρέθηκα να ¨απολογούμε ¨για παροχές τις οποίες είχα αγοράσει και προπληρώσει.Εντελώς ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!Και μια μέρα πριν φύγω , όταν γύρισα στο ξενοδοχείο το απόγευμα δεν μπορούσα να μπω όύτε στην είσοδο γιατί για κάποιο λόγο είχαν απενεργοποιήσει την κάρτα ...και όταν παραπονέθηκα , πάλι , με ρώτησαν εντελώς κυνικά πόσες μέρες θα μείνω τελικά?...ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ

• Gabriella Mira (8/5): Good value for money- pleasant overall experience - The accommodation is simple but spacious, VERY clean, and quiet — with good storage for clothes. The room also comes with a Nespresso machine, water boiler, and a fridge, which is very convenient. Breakfast is quite basic, but everything was fresh and nicely presented. The restaurant staff were professional and friendly, which made a great impression. There’s also a shared kitchen on the top floor — spotlessly clean. It’s not very well equipped with casseroles and plates, but you can still easily whip up something simple like a pasta dish for a family of four. The location is decent — there’s a very good convenient store just across the road. The ferry to Valletta is about 10 minutes away, The Point shopping mall around 15–20 minutes, and you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and playgrounds within a 5–15 minute walk. Overall, a solid choice if you’re looking for a clean, no-fuss place to stay.

Rezervirali smo 3 sobe,2 su bile kao na slikama i po opisu,prijatelji su dobili losiju sobu.Jedina zamjerka za dorucak smo cekali uredu jel nije bilo dosta mjesta za sjesti,hotel je bio pun a nema dosta mjesta za dorucak.

• Uroš (10/5): - The location is excellent. The hotel is only a few meters from the main hotel building (115 The Strand Hotel by NEU Collective), and the beach is just a one-minute walk away. The breakfast, served in the main hotel, was excellent, a buffet with many options and very affordable. The main hotel also has a rooftop lounge with a beautiful view and reasonably priced drinks. The only small inconvenience was that the building where I stayed does not have its own reception, as the reception is located in the main hotel (115 The Strand Hotel by NEU Collective) - 2 minutes walk from the building. There was a notice on the door explaining that the reception is nearby, which was helpful, but it would be good if this information was stated more clearly on Booking.com, the hotel’s website or hotel doors.
