Álvaro (2/5): Desrespeito com o cliente - Reservei na Pousada Nabileque, e quando cheguei na agência em Bonito-MS, fui realocado para outro Hotel, com a desculpa de problemas no esgoto, mas pergunto e os demais clientes lá hospedados foram realocados? Fica a minha indignação.
Achoque (6/5): Pousada Carandá - Devido a uma confusão de endereço que aparece no Google, não ficamos na referida pousada Pantanal Rancho do Nabileque, pois fica a 19 km de Bonito-MS, sendo feita transferência para a Pousada Carandá. O Quarto n.3 da Pausada Carandá é apertado, armário minúsculo para roupas, a TV essa sim precisa trocar urgente.
