- Felix (9/5): Schönes Hotel kommen wieder - Also wenn man ans Meer will, ist das natürlich nichts, aber wenn man Shoping machen will,ist das gut. Zimmer sind sehr schön, modern, ebenso das Bad. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Hat 4 Sterne verdient. Ein wenig Lärm vom Einkaufzenter HarborLand, aber es geht.

- Brian (5/5): Room expensive now in 2025 - Size of rooms and shower Prices here have skyrocketed stayed here one year ago for 1100 baht a night and loved it came back this year now they have a new manager and is asking 2000 baht nearly double the price for a night on booking .com and 1800 at the desk basically the same price as a good hotel in soi buakhao area so would be as well staying there, this one was good because the prices use to be less but now it’s ruined u need to get taxis in and out to buakhao and other areas so defeats the purpose of staying here now if the prices the same to stay in the action areas , charging to much for the room now manager being greedy probably won’t be back due to the inflated prices now !! Lower the price please !!!!

- Dong Hee (10/5): 아주 편안한 여행이었습니다. - 편안한숙소 적당한가격 친절한직원 청결한청소 좋은위치 호텔앞 24시간 푸드랜드가 있고 도보5분거리에 빅씨마트가 있습니다. 상습정체구간인 도로가 바로 옆쪽에 있긴하지만 크게 불편하지않습니다. 이동성이 아주 좋은위치에 있으며 소음은 크게 신경쓰지않으셔도됩니다.어차피 어딜가도 차량소음은 있기마련입니다. 물에서 냄새가 난다는 글이 있던데 약간은 있는편입니다. 필터를 사용하시면 한결낫습니다. 타호텔보다 오염도가 적었어요.1주일에 하나만 써도 충분할정도입니다. 수영장은 올라가보진 않았지만 7층에서는 물채우는소리 저녁에 물빼는 소리가 좀 나는편입니다. 프론트데스크 직원분들은 아마도 3교대 하는거같은데 제가 숙박할동안에는 모든분들이 친절하셨어요. 다음여행에도 이용할 계획입니다

Everything was good except the breakfast which was extremely poor and something we only used the first morning. Would stay here again due to beds but it was a little far to walk to from the good streets.

- Filipp (4/5): You have no right to treat customers like this, especially to take money for your own faults. Learn to clean qualitative - Location Dirty room. Worst internet connection in the world!!!
- Filipp (5/5): Learn to treat your cleaning duties in good faith and update the repair, make the Internet - The hotel is located in a convenient location. There is a convenience store nearby and a good restaurant that is open around the clock. Nearby there is an exchange office with a good rate, a department store, massage parlors and cafes. The rooms in the hotel have become worse than they were before, the paint has peeled off in many places, in general, the impression of old age in the rooms is created. The cleaning is done very poorly, the floors are not washed. I had to ask three times for the floor to be washed in the room. The linen can be dirty and torn. I was fined 500 baht for accidentally breaking a glass by the pool, I immediately warned the staff, but they cleaned so badly that the next day the man cut himself. I explained that it wasn't my fault and they had to clean up the best, but they took the money from me! The glass was lying around the pool for 3 days! When I asked to be woken up before leaving, I asked for it three times, but no one called me. The hotel does not have a normal Internet connection!!! It does not work at all by the pool, and in the rest of the hotel the connection is constantly cut off and you are forced to re-enter the password, which consists of many digits, every ten times a day, for two days there was no Internet in the lobby at all.
- Becca (9/5): I will stay here again :) - I really enjoyed my room and how spacious it was. Shower was incredible, very nice and large plus water pressure was good! My bed was huge and comfy, I loved that there were 2 AC's. Staff were very helpful and was a smooth process to check in and out. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool (I'm 5'2 and not a strong swimmer, so the water coming up to my shoulders were a huge plus). I really liked that check in was 24 hrs as I arrived to Pattaya around midnight. Only wish for the rooftop pool to be open longer!
