• mordehai (10/5): An outstanding accommodation for family of 3 generations - For four days Posada Pilatos was like home for us - a family of grandparents parents and two energetic young boys. After long walking for sightseeing, the jacuzzi on the roof is a marvelous ‘playground’ for the kids. Having dinners by the wide dinning table which is in the balcony is a pleasure too. And above all are Gloria the hostess and Magdalena who welcomed us warmly. For sure, if and when we’ll visit Sevilla again, we wish to stay in Posada Pilatos.

• PENG (8/5): Good stay - We stayed in a unit on the inner side of the floor, which was very quiet at night. There was a Carrefour supermarket nearby, about a 3-minute walk away. Our room window faced the apartment's courtyard when opened, offering no view outside. We also couldn't access the rooftop terrace mentioned in the room description. The apartment is a 20-minute walk from the train station and a 20-30 minute walk from the old town center.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Amazing place to stay in Seville! Highly recommend. - What a wonderful place and location. I highly recommend this and staying here made our trip so easy. It’s about a short 10 minute walk to the old city center and the host was great! What surprised me were the heated floors, a bonus during the colder winter months. Seville is a hot place. The dining area is in a semi outside patio that works in winter if you put the heater on. Very minor inconvenience. We ate out most of our meals.

Super kind, sent so many details in advance. The check-in was easy. We had a small issue during the stay and it was immediately supported. Check out also very practical. Le jacuzzi de cet appartement est en extérieur mais il était encore très agréable fin octobre. La cuisine est bien équipée . Magdalena est au top! Il faudrait ajouter des porte-serviettes. Il n’y rien pour poser sa serviette en sortant de la douche ou en sortant du jacuzzi.

My friend and I were met at the door at the agreed time and given the keys as well as the door code, and a map with recommendations of places to eat. Our hostess, Magdalena, also arranged a taxi to collect us to take us to the airport. She was extremely efficient and spoke excellent English. Nothing could have been better.

She even let us checkout later (something that we appreciated the most due to our next travel schedule). The photos of the apartment are as it is. Location is close to walk to anywhere. • Evelia (10/5): Great apartment close to everything - We loved the location and the cleanliness of the apartment. Our group of 6 had the space that we needed after a long day of sightseeing. We also loved that we could use a washing machine. Communication with host was also excellent and cordial. The Murphy bed mattress was a little too soft, but that may be a thing of preference. In the master bedroom, the shower made a bit of a mess with the water which flowed out and wet outside the shower area. These are nitpicks really. Everything else is top notch.

It is a little farther from the historic district that some others, but certainly within walking distance and well worth it for the price. The parking is not onsite, but at one of two nearby Parking Garages. I recommend using the Jose Laguillo lot as it is easier to get in and out of, but the signs are a bit tricky, so GPS it. The property had everything we needed and was very convenient, clean and the attendant who met us was very accommodating and friendly. There is not a front desk, as it is a true Air Bnb style apartment. However, we knew this and that was fine. She made sure she communicated with us and knew when we were coming so that she could meet us to let us in, and we had no problems. She was on time and even wanted to assist us with our luggage. It was very clean and had cleaning service daily, although we did not need it. I recommend this property. Be well!

A couple of slight problems: The cups and glasses were so high up in the cabinet that I couldn’t reach them, no garbage can in bathroom and very toxic, stinky “air freshener “ in toilet that gave me a headache.
