Alfred (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswertes Haus und für uns künftig die erste Wahl im Raum Hanau. - Ein kleines Haus zum Wohl fühlen. Die Ausstattung des Eingangsbereichs und der Speiseräume hat eine warme und angenehme Atmosphäre getäfelten, modernen Holzwänden und LED-Beleuchtung. Die Gastträume bieten einen schönen Ausblick in den Gartenbereich hinter dem Haus. Das Frühstücksbuffet war äußerst vielfältig und die Speisen von hervorragender Qualität. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im unteren Bereich mit direktem Zutritt zum Garten, so dass man nicht bei komplett geöffneter Tür schlafen konnte. Das Bad hatte lediglich eine Wanne mit einem im Abflussbereich ebenen Wannenboden als Duschtrasse und einer sehr kurzen, feststehenden Glaswand als Spritzschutz beim duschen.

Nicht wirklich nutzbar, weil total zugestellt.

Der Duschkopf drehte sich ständig weg, so dass man sich kaum duschen konnte. Die Handtücher waren dünn und hart. Die Vorhänge sind nicht mehr modern und sehen nicht schön aus. Das Frühstücksbuffet enttäuschte. Es gab kaum Auswahl. Das Personal sprach nicht mit uns als Gästen und war unaufmerksam. Dafür war der Preis einfach zu hoch.

Wir haben auch im Restaurant gegessen und es war ausgezeichnet (es war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis). Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, auch Dank der super funktionierenden Klimaanlage, die auch bei Außentemperaturen von 34° C hervorragend gewirkt hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Hotel gerne wieder buchen, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

PABLO (8/5): Buen hotel a las afueras de Hanau - Buen hotel, camas cómodas...como es habitual en Alemania, aunque tengas una cama doble, te ponen un edredón individual y no te hacen la cama. Las cortinas no son opacas, así que a partir de las 5 am ya hay mucha luz. Muy buen desayuno

Excellent hosts, we announced our late arrival - 21:30 - and we were surprised to learn reception staff made a reservation at a cosy pizzeria nearby. All in all a good experience. Would have been nice to know there were refurbishing part of the hotel, but on a Saturday there morning there was minimal disturbance.

Andreas (9/5): considering the price this is top - it was easy to find, and plenty of parking spaces. it’s not. a big hotel complex. the breakfast and restaurant is pretty good. the people working there are very friendly and helpful. the internet speed is fantastic. it’s very clean. the room felt a bit of a mix of new bits on top of old. the room Temperatur regulator was mounted on the radiator, and the air con display was showing a heat function which was not working. a bit confusing.
