Extremely easy to get into the main city area, good restaurants within a 15 minute walking distance. I was bitten by mosquitoes at night … not sure how I could have prevented this though. - Vice Knezović (10/5): - Apartman je udaljen od centra Tivta samo 5 minuta hodanja, u blizini apartmana imate od trgovina do restorana. Sve pohvale za čistoću i urednost apartmana. Posebne pohvale za domaćina Slavena koji nas je dočekao s osmijehom i pobrinuo se da nam ništa ne nedostaje tokom boravka. Rijetko se susreće ovakvo gostoprimstvo. Ako se ikad vratimo u Tivat, vraćamo se sigurno na ovu adresu

- Milan Rusimov (10/5): Comfortable and relaxing! - Slaven is an amazing host. He did everything he could to make this stay very comfortable and relaxing for us. He explained everything in details, and gave us a lot of honest recommendations for food and drinks all around the Tivat. The whole apartment is looking very nice, it was perfectly clean, and bed is very comfortable, so we were sleeping like babies.

- Slater (10/5): - The size of the apartment, N0.6 was very generous as was the balcony. The room facilities were excellent. The apt was very comfortable and in a good spot, close to all amenities, about a 5/10 min stroll to the beginning of the marina walk. Slaven the host and his wife speak excellent English and were very helpful. These apartments are fantastic and I will definitely stay here again.
- Slater (10/5): Fantastic value for money accommodation in a great spot for the marina etc - Apartments were excellent. I stayed in No. 6 , my friend in room 5 and my other friend in no. 7 which had It's own separate entrance. All apts had excellent room facilities and either a balcony or terrace. Very well equipped kitchens and complimentary toiletries. Hairdryer provided and ironing board etc. Room no.6 is huge with a very generous balcony and outdoor furniture. Slaven, the owner and his wife were very helpful and speak very good English. The apts are very clean and attention to detail is excellent. It's near a bit of a main road but nice and quiet in the rooms due to very good double glazing and shutters etc. Air con in the rooms and wi fi is available. Beds and super comfy and location is great, just across the road take a left past the bakery on the corner and you are then not far away from the beginning of the walk along the Marina. Excellent location for getting out and about once you get your bearings. We liked everything, no complaints. If you arrive on a Sunday be aware that there are no shops open including supermarkets, so maybe ask Slaven for milk/water if needed. There is a gas station about a 10min walk that sells cartons of milk and bottled water.

- Viktorija (10/5): Perfect! - Out of all places we stayed during our stay in Montenegro, this apartment was the best one we stayed in! The host family was super nice and their dog Toto made our day everytime we encountered him. We always like to stay a bit out of the center as usually it’s calmer and that’s also the reason why we based ourselves here rather than Kotor. Tivat is not a big city anyways, so everything is within walking distance. We loved the vibe of the house and you can really tell that the owners really care not only about the house, but their guests too! We got some recommendations for restaurants and beaches and we were really glad to visit some of them during our stay!:)

Comfy bed, shutters on the windows, good shower, smart tv and a fantastic sunny terrace. Slaven the host was so friendly & helpful, gave us great local recommendations including the local restaurant 2 minutes away which we went to twice. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Would highly recommend. Nothing at all!
- Ekaterina (10/5): - Our stay in Slaven's apartment was great, we loved everything about this place: location, comfortable new bed, kitchen facilities, big clean bathroom and of course the design of the apartment. During our stay we received fresh towels and there were even two beach towels for us. I think the price for this comfort and service is not really high comparing to other places. Slaven is very welcoming and helpful, we got house wine as a greeting in the first day and a lot of recommendations about local restaurants and beaches. I wish many good guests for the owners of this cosy and cute apartment!

An outstanding host – I can only recommend it! - The property is easily accessible from Tivat Airport and is centrally located, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. Grocery stores, pharmacies, shops, and restaurants are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, always available via WhatsApp and quick to respond to any questions or needs. One small suggestion would be to add a toaster and a coffee machine to the kitchen equipment to make the stay even more convenient.

- Miia (10/5): Best accommodation in Montenegro - Host was fantastic, so accommodating and helpful and even offered to help us out in case we needed it during the rest of our stay elsewhere in Montenegro. The apartment was clean and beautiful, and had everything we needed, and it looked just like in the photos. Equipped with kitchenware, drying rack, a safe, two ACs, beach towels, good wifi etc.. the host even provided us with some wine :) I can't think of anything that was missing. The large balcony was wonderful in the mornings and evenings when it wasn't too hot outside anymore. By far the best accommodation out of 4 I've stayed in in Montenegro. Everything was perfect.

- Wandering bylanes (9/5): - A wonderful experience with the owner Slaven taking the pain of going into the details of providing what we would like, need when travelling. The set up within the apartment is beautiful. We enjoyed the terrace very much! The bed, pillows are super comfy. The table, the furniture made of solid wood; with beautiful carvings. The apartment is clean, has sufficient sunlight. For dog lovers; there's Toto to greet you, hang around you from time to time. The kitchen set up a bit too cosy. The washing machine a level below the apartment.

What a beautiful apartment, a wonderful, friendly, warm host with everything you need from an apartment. They are centrally located, clean, beautifully designed and all you need for a perfect holiday. Slaven was extremely helpful and met us on arrival, gave us the history of the property and gave great recommendations for places to eat and visit. - Nenad (10/5): Sjajan - Veoma ljubazan vlasnik i spreman za svaku pomoć ili savet. Stan udoban i čist sa velikom terasom. 2 klima uređaja u stanu. Stan se nalazi veoma blizu magistrale, a ipak je veoma tiho u njemu. Krevet je veoma udoban. U kupatilu dovoljno peškira, čak je vlasnik obezbedio i 2 peškira za plažu za nas. Vratio bih se ponovo u ovaj smeštaj.

De locatie is top, alles op loopafstand. Appartement is ruim. En de huis-hond is zo'n schatje! Als ik dan echt iets moet verzinnen, de foto's op booking.com doen eigenlijk onder voor hoe mooi en fijn het appartement in het echt is!

Towels were changed for us every other day and the room and bathroom were cleaned. We will definitely go to this country again, because we really liked it and we will definitely go and stay in these apartments, because it is close to the center, close to swimming places and many shops. Very good location. Definitely recommend. -

The house is very cozy, clean and well-equipped. The location is perfect - in a walking distance to the shore, Porte Montenegro, and the beaches, but very quite. We highly recommend this host and his house to anyone who wants to enjoy his time in Montenegro and collect wonderful memories. We liked everything!

We were even given a complimentary ride to the airport, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host also provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities, making our experience even better. We were able to do our laundry, and detergent was kindly provided, which added to the convenience. Highly recommend

I would say the apartments meet a luxury standard. Everything was super comfortable and incredibly clean. The bed was huge, with an orthopedic mattress, which really helped us recover after a long hike.

The room was clean, towels and shampoo were provided. The mattress is very comfortable. The kitchen had plates and simple equipment if you want to cook at home. We also had a balcony to sit down and enjoy the sun or just to have a glass of wine. The host was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful! The house is located in a calm nice area very close to the center and the beach. Definitely highly recommended! Can not think of anything

The apartment is very cosy, clean and in great location, beach is less than 10 minute walk away. Slaven is an incredible host who truly cares for his guests and the property. He made the stay very enjoyable and gave us loads of recommendations on restaurants/tours/sights and general tips. He also drove us to the bus station. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Tivat.

- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - City House Apartments is very well located, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to several restaurants and Porto Montenegro. Perfect location for visiting Tivat. What makes the City House Apartments special is its extremely helpful and friendly owner, Slaven, who shares advice on places to visit, beaches, places to eat, and local life. Thanks to him, we found a rental car, a nice restaurant (Konoba Bacchus) and were able to better prepare our daily plans. In addition, a bottle of wine and a fruit tray were waiting for us when we arrived. We definitely recommend this place!

Slaven is the perfect host who has thought of everything for you to enjoy your stay. He gave great tips on restaurants and a boat trip which was an amazing day out. We had a beautiful little terrace to sit out in. Great location…cross the road and a couple of minutes straight walk down to main town and waterside. Tivat is stunning, check out the Port! Everything in the room was thought out very carefully. The cleanliness is very good, the decoration has been done well. It has a great terrace, it's not like an apart hotel, it's like a home. He did his best to make us comfortable.he offered us his handmade wine and it was delicious !We wanted to extend it but it was full. I came hesitantly, but I didn't want to leave. N/a

- Graham (10/5): Fantastic immaculate apartment - excellent value - This is a truly beautiful and immaculate apartment in a great location. It is probably the best apartment we have stayed in a we have been to many over the years. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Slaven is an excellent host and left us wine, fruit, coffee, etc. it is only a few minutes to Tivat with all of its many bars etc. around 15 mins walk to bus station. Stayed for 3 days which wasn’t enough !

So you always feel comfortable and safe - even if something is missed it can be solved. We rented more that 10 apartments this autumn and here owners where the best, no doubts. - Clean and additional cleaning every three days. - A lot of small things than make room feel lovely. - A lot of thoughtful things that make your live more comfortable. Big work was definitely done by owner on that. - We've missed a sofa in the studio apartments (we have stayed in two different apartments there) - Music school nearby, sometimes you can hear training during the day ), not too loud though.
- Chris (10/5): Cosy and convenient place to stay - This is a very pleasant room with kitchen and shower room, in a quiet part of town but a short walk from the main streets and the sea. The host is a very amiable and helpful person. The room was cleaned once a week.

- Olga (10/5): It was unforgettable! - The stay was fantastic! Owner's helpfulness knows no bounds. We feel surrounded by care as if we were guests in our friends' home. All the necessary tourist information, valuable advice from a local resident and assistance in a vehicle rental were immediately available. I really liked the location of the apartment. Nearby was a bakery (amazing fresh groceries, baked on beech wood), a restaurant (very close, just around the corner, delicious food, large portions, friendly service and reasonable prices), a cafe with amazing and inexpensive espresso, a fresh fruit and vegetable shop, a couple of small supermarkets, city beaches (you can choose a free one without sunbeds or a paid 20eur/d with two sunbeds and a chair, etc.). Everything was within 1 to 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment was newly furnished with nautical themed antique accents. Impeccable cleanliness. Bed linen was changed every 3 days, towels - more often. I was pleasantly surprised by the careful provision: coffee, tea, sugar, fresh fruit, on arrival - delicious homemade wine, personal hygiene products, as well as all household chemicals - from laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets to mosquito repellent. The lovely garden with many beautiful plants and the terrace there left indelible warm memories for long winter evenings. I dream of visiting again!
- Danica (10/5): I would definitely recommend this place. - The hosts are really welcoming and friendly. Slaven gave me some really good info about the city the first day I came and was overall very pleasant. The apartment I got really made an impression on me, it is both very nicely styled and well equipped. It made my stay really comfortable and I enjoyed it. I didn't like the Gradska beach nearby so I walked a little more to the Belane beach but usually even further, to the pine forest (I don't know the name of that one) and to Waikiki once. Generally I can't say I loved any of the beaches I visites except for the pine forest one. But that's just my personal taste and also it could have been easier if I realised where the taxi center is sooner so I could go to better beaches.
