- bruna (9/5): Ottimo hotel a pochi passi dal centro di Santa Cruz - Hotel a pochi passi dal centro di Santa Cruz, dotato di tutti i confort. Camera molto pulita, letto comodo, frigo nella camera. Colazione varia ed abbondante. La ragazza alla reception ,molto gentile. vedendoci stanchi e disponendo di camere libere, ci ha permesso di fare il check in anticipatamente, cosa che ci ha permesso di riposare un po’ e poi visitare la città anche se avevamo a disposizione un solo pomeriggio. Niente, tutto ok!

- Philippe350 (8/5): Bon hôtel, situé à la limite du quartier animé - La réception ouverte à 6h du matin, le bon petit déjeuner, varié et copieux, la chambre spacieuse, le checkout 1h plus tard gratuitement, l'emplacement à 10 mn de la place centrale, la douche spacieuse, agréable et chaude, avec baignoire, il y a une fontaine d'eau potable. L'ascenseur ne fonctionne qu'en demi-étages, la climatisation fonctionne mais le volet de direction de l'air est cassé, il y a un réfrigérateur, mais il est bruyant.

- Megane (7/5): Avoid the restaurant - The room was clean and comfortable The breakfast is ok, but The menu for lunch and dinner is the worst I’ve seen in a hotel, it’s all frozen, they give you a huge portion but it’s disgusting. They gave me meat whether I told them I don’t eat meat

Es gab auch Mittagessen Menü mit unterschiedlichen Gerichte.Sehr leckeres Essen.Bolivianische Gerichte für günstigeren Preis. Ich kann jede Empfehlen dort Zeit zu verbringen. Personal war sehr Top freundlich und hilfsbereit. Había también almuerzo con menú completo con diferentes segundos.La comida boliviana deliciosa por un precio módico.El personal es muy amable y servicial.Aconsejo a los turistas pasar las vacaciones en este Hotel.Es buenísimo.

- François (8/5): en su globalidad un hotel bueno, profesional, buena voluntad y como todos con detalles a mejorar - Estuve alojado una noche en Lido y la atención muy buena y profesional :) La habitacion amplia, muy limpia y ordenada y el baño todo muy funcional y la ducha muy agradable. El desayuno buffet esta muy bien tambien. El aire acondicionado me parece que estaba mal ubicado dando directamente a la cama lo cual hacia sentir mucho frio en la noche y tuve que apagarlo. Quizas se puede poner el aire acondicionado en una ubicacion mas alejada de la cama para que el aire frio no sea directo Pedi una habitacion tranquila y en silencio pero la habitacion estaba a lado de la casa de un vecino que ponia la television muy fuerte y no se podia hacer nada. El hotel podia haberme informado esto antes.

- MOTOKAZU (8/5): 古いタイプのホテルに魅力を感じれば利用価値あり - 部屋が広く冷蔵庫も完備されていた。 スタッフは親切でしっかりしていた。 朝食も美味しい。 シャワー式のバスルームとトイレ間のカーテンもなくバリアフリーになっていたため、水が全て便座付近まで浸透した。その後トイレに行こうとすると濡れたフロアのため衛生的ではないと感じた。

Ci tornerei subito! Colazione migliorabile e sempre la stessa più o meno.

A pesar de hacer calor en Santa Cruz, me encanto que el baño tuviera agua caliente ya que luego empezó a hacer frío y pude tomar una ducha con tranquilidad, la limpieza puede ser diaria si se lo pides a la recepción.

Aircon worked well, although was not turned on until we got in room, so initially hot, but cooked quickly. I’d suggest removing the carpeting. It was dirty/warn and would be so much nicer with other non-carpet flooring. Would make a big difference. Despite that, I’d stay here again.

- Alejandra (10/5): Great time - The bed was medium firm, which I prefer. I took ear plugs, which I recommend since sometimes people arrive late at night and with these you block out any possible noise. The hotel is super cute, with amazing staff and great breakfast. A great value for your money. I loved staying here and hope to stay again in the future.
