The loft kitchen was really well stocked and we appreciated that as we made many of our meals during our stay. Key retrieval and deposit was straightforward. Hosts were very communicative. The parking was a bit tight but great that there was parking! I was able to park in a spot by the sidewalk so had some open space next to me (and kept the car there - we walked everywhere else during our stay), but would have been more stressed to try to fit into one of the other spots as the alley is narrow, especially if there were other cars parked.

When I contacted the property they told me to get the vacuum on 2nd floor and take care of it . Needless say this ruined our weekend . Also windows in unit do not open so there is no air and no elevators.

We enjoyed that the apartment was stocked with the necessary utensils and cooking instruments that we would need. While the apartment was in a central area there were a few things which could be better. The first is that there were hairs laying around in the bathroom or that came from the towers provided. Next, the position of the television on the wall, for the duration we had to be mindful of walking by as not to injure ourselves.Furthermltr, the communication regarding parking was unclear and we were a little confused.

Les coussins qui étaient sur le côté du lit était un peu agaçant pour quelqu'un qui se lève souvent la nuit. Mais ce n'était pas si dramatique non plus.

Très poli et courtois. Nous a aidé lorsque nous avions besoin et a répondu à toutes nos questions (courriels de réponse reçus en moins de 24 heures). Toutes les commodités nécessaires (frigo, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, laveuse/sécheuse, équipement de cuisine, télévision, etc.) Localisation géographique parfaite pour nous. Près de tout. Le stationnement laisse à désirer. Trop peu d'espace (presque toujours plein même si nous avions réservé) Beaucoup trop serré (très difficile pour les plus grosses voitures). Borne de sécurité qui bloque l'accès à la moitié de stationnement tous les soirs et la fin de semaine (on devait utiliser une télé commande en sortant de notre voiture pour entrer et sortir de stationnement). Logement propre, mais sans plus. Beaucoup de cheveux/poils sur le plancher et les serviettes. Les serviettes sentaient l'humidité. Le lave-vaisselle n'avait pas été mis en marche et était plein à notre arrivé. Lit bruyant ("squick" chaque fois qu'on bouge). Douche coule/dégoutte en permanence. Nous avons essayé de communiquer avrc l'hôte pour assistance immédiate une soirée et il n'y a eu aucune réponse à la ligne téléphonique fournie.

The building is practically sound proof, there was construction on the building next door but you couldn't hear it nor could you hear the traffic outside. Comfortable bed, easy check in/out. - Avril (9/5): Comfortable and central to everything. - Location was an easy walk to the historic area of Quebec so we could park the car and walk everywhere. The unit was well set out with everything we needed including washer/dryer and complete kitchen. Though at a busy intersection, the noise never interfered with getting a good night's sleep and the large window facing the road became our favorite breakfast/drinks spot. Though parking bays available, behind the premises, a couple were a tight fit even for an average size vehicle, so needed to get in early to grab a good one. We had a hire car so was being even more careful. There was a strange smell upon entering the room, not sure if sewage, but it went once room opened up.

One block away is the beautiful Jardin Jeanne-D'Arc and the meticulously maintained green space of Les Plaines d'Abraham. Grande Allee is a busy street, but our apartment was in the back and we heard no street noise. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. It's also located close to the Musee National des Beaux-Arts and an easy walking distance, even on a rainy day. We loved our week long stay and chose to not rent a car. We explored Quebec on foot and found our way around without any problem. All was great!

Need to fix the outside stairs leading to front door as the transition from hard landscaped stairs to the wooden porch stairs is treacherous and waiting for an accident to happen.

Only drawback was the tight parking but once we were in the spot we didn't move out until we were leaving. Also we were on the third floor and the building does not have elevators. Not a real problem as we are both in good health.

This meant using a kitchen stool for seating, and as a bedside table on the one side.

- Anne (1/5): Bad experience, unprofessionel reply and handling of a complaint - The description of the room and the room we got did not match at all, we expected a room with a terace and obtained a basement room, with only 2 very small windows giving some day light. The location of the building is good in the centre of Québec. The process to obtain keys is good, as consequence you have no person to speak to. The reaction of the responsible persons is very unprofessional, they suggest that one can use the terace on the 2nd floor and offer a discount in the future. As we didn't agree, they cut of the communication. I would not recommend to go there unless you don’t mind ending up in the basement.

The lack of a pan for the oven. Luckily it had a heavy duty foil paper. Unfortunately they did not provide oven mits even though they had an oven. I found a way, but it wasn't safe.

The checkin was no touch and easy, same with check out. The room is well equipped, it has a kitchen, dining area, a sofa that converts into a bed if needed, bathroom with shower, spacious cabinets and washer and dryer. We chose this hotel for practicality and that is what we got. We could walk to Abraham Plains (there is a nice location of a Smith Cafe in the park of Abraham Plains very close), walked to Old Quebec, St. Jean Baptiste street, Cartier Ave, Le Concord, etc. They have parking lots of needed. We liked everything pretty much. Maybe sometimes the smell of the area outside the rooms was weird I couldn't tell if it was because of cigarette or just dusty carpet but it was not all the time and it was only outside the bedroom.
