- Orsolya (9/5): Csodás kilátás és közeli tengerpart - Nagyszerű helyen van az apartmanház, rövid lépcsőzés után a beach-en vagy. Az emeleti szobák teraszáról csodás a kilátás a tengerre, Sveti Stefanra. A saját parkoló 10 €/nap, de sehol máshol nem tudsz parkolni úgysem. Itt kincs a parkolóhely! Kényelmes apartman, hűtővel, vízforralóval. Gyors reggelit beszerezhetsz a közeli kis boltból, de az út túloldalán jó kis reggelizőhely is van. Sveti Stefan nem túl nagy hely, de van pár étterem. Ettünk a Famelija Kentera-ban, a Caffe Caffe-ban, Olive-ben, minden szuper volt. Igazán ajánlott! Nem volt ilyen

- Şehrazat tilbe (10/5): Muhteşem - Her şeyden önce işletme sahipleri çok iyiydi her sorunumuza bir çözüm bulmaları tatilimizi daha da güzelleştirdi. Otelin konumu ve manzarası muhteşemdi. Etrafında restaurantlar, marketler ve otobüs durağı mevcut. Ayrıca buranın en ünlü plajlarına yürüme mesafesinde. Odamızın manzarası muhteşem sveti stefanı görüyordu. Bir daha gelecek olursam kesinlikle burayı tercih edeceğim.

- Sergei (6/5): The location is good but the hotel is overpriced - The apartment was very clean and looked like the cleaners really care about the house. The host was very nice and friendly. The view was great and the sea was very close so the location of the hotel was really excellent, so it was very important to us. The furniture in the room was very old, the doors were plastic and awful like it is the public hospital, not the hotel. There weren't any slippers but the floor was very slick, after the shower it was quite dangerous to step. The price is very high for such an old room, and it really needs renovating. The only modern thing in the room was AC. The Jacuzzi wasn't working because the buttons were broken. As we think, there were more comfortable rooms in the hotel, we were just unlucky this time.

В отеле не оказалось администрации, решили пройтись к морю посмотреть на пляж пока ожидаем появления администрации. Вернулись через полтора часа а автомобиля уже нету… его увезли на эвакуаторе на штраф площадку, по вызову администрации отеля… шок! Они не захотели ничего выяснять и помогать. Вообщем мы Заплатили штраф за парковку107€ + такси в участок полиции 55€. По возвращению в готель уже не было желания заселятся. Потратили день отдыха и 162€ просто так, из-за ошибки администрации…

Se'ns va donar un apartament que no havíem contractat, més gran, però pitjor perquè havíem de baixar dos trams d'escales i la meva filla esta lesionada del genoll i a sobre teníem menys vistes. Parking justet.
- Anto (1/5): Lage Top Gastfreundschaft Flop - Wir haben lange überlegt ob wir unserer Erfahrung mitteilen sollen oder nicht ... schlussendlich ist es nur fair, wenn wir dies tun. Grundsätzlich war alles bis zum zweiten Abend top und wir haben uns auch wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden von der Dame der Hauses sehr freundlich aufgenommen (nur wegen ihr habem wir bei der Gastgeberbewertung nicht die schlechteste Note vergeben) und zum Appartment begleitet. Das Haus ist gut gelegen und hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf Sveti Stefan und Budva. Am zweiten Abend sind wir gegen 21h ins Appartment zurückgekommen und wollten uns noch kurz im Pool abkühlen, da es ein sehr heisser Abend war. Plötzlich kam ein Mann angerannt und hat uns im typischen Balkanstil derb beschimpft und beleidigt was dass soll, der Pool wird gerade chemisch gereinigt und generell ist der Pool ab 18h gesperrt. Wir haben uns dann entschuldigt und gesagt, dass wir nicht wussten, dass der Pool gereinigt wird, es war nirgends ein Hinweis aufgestellt. Als am selben Tag gegen Mittag zwei sehr "präsente" Gäste aus einem Land der ehemaligen UDSSR alkoholisiert in den Pool gesprungen sind, in welchem eine Frau und ihre Tochter gebaden haben, wurde von dem Herren nichts beanstandet, obwohl das auch verboten ist! Auch wenn der zahlende Gast versehentlich einen Fehlem macht und sich dann entschuldigt, ist es ein NoGo so den Gast tu beschimpfen und zu behandeln, denn: 1. Im Aushang am Pool steht Badezeit von 10:30-6h (und nicht 18h, siehe Foto) und 2. Wenn der Pool gereinigt wird, dann ist ein Hinweisschild anzubringen oder eir Eingang abzusperren ... man kann das auch in einem freundlichen Ton mitteilen, das ist in dieser Branche wichtig! Wir warten bis heute auf eine Entschuldigung für dieses rüpelhafte und absolut inakzeptable Verhalten Generell vom Zustand des Hauses (wenn man es sich im Detail anschaut) ist es eher eine halbe oder sogar eine ganze Kategorie niedriger als 4 Sterne. Das Bad in unserem Apartment ist schon etwas renovierungsbedürftig gewesen. Morgens und Mittags unangenehmer Frittierölgeruch von der Outdoorküche auf der Terrasse. Achtung: es werden Reinigungsgebühren verrechnet, die vorher auf Booking nicht angeführt waren!

- Marcus (9/5): Familiär geführtes Haus mit sauberen Appartements - Oberhalb der kleinen Insel Sveti Stefan liegt die Unterkunft in der Nähe des Ortszentrums der kleinen Ortschaft. Einige Restaurants, die auch für rund 10 € verschiedene Frühstücksoptionen anbieten, und ein Kiosk sind fußläufig zur Unterkunft. Ingesamt gibt es dort eine gute Handvoll Wohnungen, die von den Eigentümern vermietet werden. Zum Strand geht es über einige öffentliche Treppen hinunter in etwa 5 Gehminuten. Nach Budva fährt zumindest in der Saison regelmäßig ein öffentlicher Bus. Wir hatten ein großes und sauberes Appartement unterhalb der Poolebene. Ein großer Wohnraum mit Klimaanlage und Ausgang zur Terrasse sowie über zwei Stufen erhöht eine Küchenzeile mit Esstisch. Ebenfalls vom Wohnraum über zwei Stufen erhöht geht es zu einem halboffenen Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett. Dieser Bereich hat kein Fenster und keine Klimaanlage, aber durch eine Tür gelangt man ins große und fensterlose Fenster Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, WC, Dusche, Waschmaschine (mit Waschpulver) und dem nicht schließenden Wäschetrockner, der daher leider nicht von uns genutzt werden konnte. Das durch eine Tür abgetrennte zweite Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Zugang zur Terrasse, ein Doppelbett mit guter Matratze, Kleiderschrank, eigene Klimaanlage und einem eigenen, über zwei Stufen erreichbaren Zugang zum oben erwähnten Badezimmer. Alle Fenster haben Fliegendrähte. Der Pool ist klein und nicht tief, aber man kann sich mit mehreren Personen hinein setzen. Von dort und von der großen Gemeinschaftsterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf die kleine Insel Sveti Stefan. Direkt neben dem Haus sind die Parkplätze des Hauses, die mit 10€ pro Nacht berechnet werden. Keine Pooldusche. Obwohl bei booking.com angegeben ist, dass die Zahlung in der Unterkunft auch per Kreditkarte erfolgen kann, wird ausschließlich Bargeld akzeptiert, was die Vermieterin vorab per Mail angekündigt hatte.
- Maria (9/5): Prisvärt boende med fantastisk utsikt! - Otrolig utsikt över Sveti Stefan! Ganska spartansk inredning och litet badrum, men det funkade för oss. Trevliga värdar, som dessutom hjälpte oss när vi glömde en telefon i deras bil när de gav oss skjuts till flygplatsen. Det är en skapligt lång trappa/väg från stranden, men det är det värt för den utsikten. Vi fick bra tips om restaurang och bra service rakt igenom. Väldigt prisvärt! Lite omständligt att man måste betala hela vistelsen i kontanter.

- Trine Bertram (10/5): - I give this hotel my biggest recommendations. Definitely value for money! We booked a room with a big balcony with shadow and this beautiful view over Sveti Stefan, Budva in the distance, and sunsets behind the mountains. The room was clean and optional room service was provided. The pool is small, which is also visible from the photos uploaded, but as there is not many guests on the hotels, the size was perfect for our needs. The location is great! Sveti Stefan is a lot more calm and peaceful than Budva and Kotor, which is very crowded and touristy. However, you can easily drive there for day trips from the hotel. There are also great restaurants on the same road that are both better and cheaper than what we tried in Kotor. Thanks a lot to our host Dijana for your excellent service! You made us feel very welcome. I have no complaints
- Bogdan (7/5): Piękny kraj; mili ludzie; wspaniały klimat. - W obiekcie nie było oferowane śniadanie. Pokój bardzo czysty. Pokój, który otrzymałem to właściwie zabudowany szkłem taras nad ruchliwą ulicą, a prywatny tarasik miał 0,5 m szerokości w najszerszym miejscu z maleńkim stolikiem i 2 krzesełkami. Z tego mikrotarasiku był boczny widok na morze. W pokoju nie było żadnego krzesła, a szafa byłam mała i płytka z 3 wieszakami na ubrania. Na moją prośbę otrzymalem inny pokój, też nad ulicą , ale bez żadnego widoku na morze. Należy również powiedzieć, że zejście na plażę to pokonaie 222 schodów ( w górę i w dól). Plaża kamienista bezpłatna , natomiast wypożyczenie 2 leżaków i parasola to wydatek 40 Euro dziennie. Oferowany basen to właściwie duże jacuzi, czynne do godziny 18.00 ( czyli po plażowaniu basenik jest nieczynny).

- Elona (10/5): - I had a fantastic stay at Monte Perla. The property is clean and well-maintained. The room I booked had a beautiful terrace with a spectacular view of Sveti Stefan. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating — they fulfilled every request we had. Without a doubt, every time I want to switch off and take a break from the world, I’ll come back here. The view alone helps you disconnect from everything.

The hosts were extremely attentive, it was easy to park and very short walking distance to Sveti Stefan and the park Milocher. The room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. The terrace was lovely and we loved the wooden carving of St Basils monastery on the wall… One of the most beautiful places in the world! It would be nice to have an extension lead for the kettle and maybe a couple more kitchen utensils like the colander

Slaapkamer met het dubbele bed had enkel een raam dat in de gang uit kwam. Airco buitenunit hangt boven je terrastafel waardoor je als de kinderen binnen in de airco slapen, buiten op je balkon een stroom van warme lucht ervaart

- Kacperczyk (10/5): - Literally the best view ever. Great host. Clean appartment. Swimming pool is rather a bathtub, but the terrace is generally a nice place to spend time. Paid parking but it is a big issue to find a parking place in Sv. Stefan in general so I it is hard to blame.
- Klaudia (9/5): Bardzo polecamy to miejsce dla osób którym zależy na widoku i dobrej lokalizacji. - Najbardziej podobał nam się oczywiście widok na wyspę. Polecamy pokój na samej górze z widokiem. Ładnie i czysto ( pokój był sprzątany codziennie). Duży taras. W pokoju lodówka. Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka. Blisko do plaży, restauracji i sklepu. Parking dla klientów płatny 10 eur za dobę. Nieprzyjemny zapach z prysznica.
- Dragan (6/5): - Perfect view from the terrace from the room on the 2nd floor. Watch out and ask if the view from the reserved room is the one you see in the images. You may get a room with a view to the shared terrace.
- AYŞENUR (10/5): - Konumu çok güzeldi. Aracımızı günlük 10 eur karşılığı otoparka park ettik. Denize otelden yürüme mesafesi 10 dk. 4 kişi kaldık. Temizlik güzeldi. Odamızın manzarası Stevi Stefan adasını direk görüyordu. Klima, herkes için ayrı havlu mevcuttu. Balkonda şezlonglar vardı. Eksi yanı yoktu. Teşekkürler

- Will (10/5): Highly recommend! We loved it! - Balcony views were fantastic looking over Sveti Stefan. Room was perfect for what we needed and the pool area was very relaxing. Walk down the beach was less than 5 mins. Stevi Stefan is very quiet but if you want a chilled break, this is a great place to stay. Nothing! Only negative is the room is slightly dated however this will does not detract to the stay at all.

Il panorama é mozzafiato sia di giorno che di nitte Consiglio ai proprietari, che sono stati cordili e gentili, come tutto il popolo montenegrino d'altronde, di potenziare le luci nel bagno
- Svetlana (9/5): Excellent vacation location. Highly recommend - We had our own kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our own breakfast. There is a small grocery market five min walk in distance for fresh produce. Wasn’t a fan of cafe and restaurants on the street where we lived, huge portions served but poorly prepared for our taste. Wonderful restaurant with fresh ingredients and good wine down by the beach area “Olive”. Highly recommend for the value

- Anna (8/5): - Very good location, couple of minutes from the beach and bus stop. Beautiful terrace, amazing views, friendly staff. Room was fairly basic, some attention to detail could make the place exceptional.
- Antje (9/5): Wir kommen wieder! - Sehr schöne Lage in Sveti Stefan, gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, alles blitzblank. Der Preis für den Parkplatz ist deutlich überhöht. Aber wer mit dem Auto kommt ist darauf angewiesen, in Sveti Stefan gibt es keine kostenfreien Parkmöglichkeiten!
- Felicia S (10/5): Excellent - We had a wonderful 8 days holiday in a very nice place, mostly thanks to the location. We stayed in apartment 6, on the first floor and it was one of the nicest places we have been in Montenegro. The owners were very kind, attentive and considerate to our needs. + + wonderful view, great beds, daily cleaning, daily changing of towels, parking (which is a big problem in Sveti Stefan), large closets, useful kitchen, large terrace and 2 small balconies, pool, the nearest restaurant Drago which was the best (excellent breakfasts).. Definitely if we return to Montenegro we will stay here. -
- Matti (7/5): - Location Can't pay credit card. Bookin says: breakfast is available, but it wasn't. Luckily there were a few restaurants nearby where you could get breakfast. Air condition was allways off, when you came from hot beach. It should be ON. Two sheets for two would be nice...
- Irfan (10/5): Je vous garantis, vous allez y revenir. - C’est la deuxième fois qu’on passe les vacances à Monté Perla, cette fois un appartement au rez de chaussée avec accès direct à la grande terrasse et la piscine, la vue est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant, lieux est propre, grand parking à disposition ( +- 10 véhicules ), les restaurants, magasins, dans la même rue, la plage de Sveti Stefan a 5 minutes de marche. Nous avons passé des moments très agréable. Un grand bonjour à Dijana :) Vraiment, le faite que nous sommes pas resté plus longtemps.
- Adel (10/5): Bilo je vrhunski 😁 - Apartman je jako lijep, domacini su bili divni, ljubazni i gostoljubivi. Svaki dan su nam cistili apartman i mjenjali rucnike sto je za svaku pohvalu. Lokacija je sasvim korekt sto se tice plaze, restorana, trgovina, cijeli sadrzaj je na dohvat ruke. Iskreno sve preporuke.
- Sandra (9/5): - Voortreffelijk uitzicht op het eiland. Prachtig! Onze host was super vriendelijk. Elke dag konden we schone handdoeken krijgen en ons appartement werd schoon en netjes gemaakt tussentijds. Je zit lekker rustig, maar toch heel dichtbij het strand en restaurant en je kunt heel eenvoudig met de bus een uitstapje naar Budva maken. Parkeren kon bij het appartement (wel 10 euro per dag), maar dat is wel fijn.

- mehmet göker (6/5): - Konumu gayet güzeldi, otopark olayı iyiydi fakat müşterilere ücretsiz ya da daha uygun fiyatlı olabilirdi. Odanın büyüklüğü iyiydi. Günlük temizlik yapılmasını sevdim. Geliştirilmesi gereken çok şey var, hijyen daha iyi olabilir. Yatak çarşafı tuhaftı sanki kullanılıp konulmuş gibiydi. Eşyalar genel olarak çok yıpranmış durumdaydı. Odalarda olması gereken şeyler yoktu mesela saç kurutma makinesi yazmasına rağmen olmaması gibi. Ayna olabilirdi odada. Ayrıca banyosu çok tuhaftı. Duş bölümü çok dipte kalıyordu ve ışık çok yetersizdi. Biz zaten 2 gece kaldık, odada neredeyse hiç vakit geçirmedik ama uzun süre kalacaklar için konfor ve temizlik açından içinizin rahat etmesi sorun olabilir.
- Alfredo (8/5): Amazing view - Los propietarios son muy amables, la vista desde el balcón y desde la terraza es increíble, limpieza, ubicación (muy cercano a todo). Hicimos la reserva para pagar con tarjeta, pero al llegar nos dijeron que solo aceptaban efectivo.
- Fanny (9/5): Perfect place for a beautiful vacation - The rooms are great and homey, the owners are very kind and helpful. The location is perfect, very close to multiple gorgeous beaches. Do recommend dearly.

- Joona (10/5): Finnish Rally - Omistajaperhe älyttömän mukava, sijainti sopivan rauhallinen ja palveluita vieressä, merelle lyhyt matka ja oma uima-allas ja allasalue oli sopivan kokoiset. Parvekkeen ja altaan maisemat täydelliset, auringonlasku näkyy, majoituimme toisessa kerroksessa. Bussipysäkki vieressä josta pääsee Budvaan, autovuokraamo lähellä, kioski kauppa ravintolat vieressä jos ei halua poistua kauas. Omistajat auttavat kysymyksissä ja heiltä sai myös lentokenttäkuljetukset sopivaan hintaan.

- Anais (10/5): - Our stay at Monte Perla Residence was wonderful, we fell in love with the place, the town, the people, the country. The views from the terrace were superb and the small swimming pool was perfect for our two girls (ages 6 and 3). We could easily walk to the beaches, to amazing restaurants (shoutout to Drago and Caffe Caffe), to beautiful spots to see the sunset. Everybody in the family is incredibly nice, were so kind to our children, always had a smile for us (even when our kids were being kids). We loved that they cleaned the room every day, greatly appreciated in a place near a beach. Bonus tip: bring your own beach towels.
