Très gentilles la chambre est trop petite mais ça passe, elle est très propre donc ça va. Trop loin de séoul et pas très proche de l'aéroport. Pas pratique d'y aller en transport en commun

- I. (10/5): Excellent hotel! - I didn't need to use the laundry machines but it's great they were there! Breakfast was also great, room was not huge but very cozy and comfortable. Mini fridge was not so cold, the freezer part melted my ice cream pretty fast. 10:00am check out is too early. Just too early, period. No courtesy late check out without paying by the hour. Airport shuttle (and a reasonable 11am checkout) would make this a near perfect stay. Otherwise still very good.

Отель очень большой, приходится долго ждать лифтов, на завтраке бывает много людей, кондиционеры в столовой работают так сильно, что бывает очень холодно.

Bella posizione per passare un’ultima notte a Seoul prima di andare in Aereoporto perché da qui all’aereoporto il taxi viene solo 10/12 euro. Non ti vengono dati accappatoi o asciugamani GRANDI e la colazione, seppur buona, strettamente coreana (se non vi piace l’ebrezza di mangiare il kimchi super piccante o il bulgogi non farete colazione)

- Reiko (8/5): - スタッフは皆丁寧で親切でした。日本語も英語も問題なく通じました！ホテルも清潔で快適です。バスタブあるのがありがたい。歯ブラシがないので、お忘れなく(海外では最近エコ観点からよくあります)忘れてもホテルで購入は出来ます。コンビニがすぐ隣で、地下街や23時まで開いてるロッテマーケットも近くて便利でした。 駅からのアクセスが難しいです。スーツケースを持っていたら、ホテルに記載の写真の案内とは全然違うルートになるので、5番出口を探すのに一苦労でした。そもそも5番出口が奥まっていて表示分かりずらいので気をつけてください。

Soft bed, water and towels, teapot, everything you need was in the room. Room was small, no wardrobe, but hangers provided. TV with only 2 english channel.

- Самат Сабитов (6/5): - Я останавливаюсь в данном отеле уже третий год подряд, даже получил клубную карту Заселение в отель должно быть в 15.00, за дополнительную плату разрешили в 14.00 Я подошел к стойке ресепшп в 13.55 и попросил карточку для заселения, на что девушка на ресепшн мне ответила нужно ждать еще 5мин Я стоял возле нее ровно 5минут, и когда стало ровно 14.00 она мне дала карту. Я все понимаю пунктуальность и она руководствуется правилами, но ребята вы ведь работаете в сфере гостеприимство - где ваша лояльность, Я просто уверен если бы собственник отеля видел бы данную ситуацию то он бы разрешил, я посетил много стран, останавливался в разных отелях, но такого равнодушного отношения вижу впервые
