Elghoul (7/5): Good hotel but need to be maintained - Spacious rooms, good breakfast, nice and friendly staff The hotel isn’t old but needs some TLC. The curtains need changing; white ones would let in light without letting everyone see in. Black ones are needed for night and early morning. The bathroom needs more maintenance. The water pressure drops when the reservoir is low and doesn’t heat the little water that does get through. The toilet seat needs fixing, but the design is so bad it’s hard to tighten. I tried myself and a worker did too, but it definitely needs changing. The shower head needs fixing too; it’s a glass wall or something to avoid splashing and to allow for a comfortable shower with a fixed shower head at a high setting. The yellow wall paint is due to hard water; proper maintenance would fix that. The doors need good insulation and handles. The wood is poor quality, letting in noise and light and allowing geckos to get in. The walls also need noise insulation to prevent hearing other guests laughing or private moments. Overall, it’s a good hotel but definitely needs some maintenance. If you need any help, let me know. 😉

Khaled (6/5): Beautiful but Rusty - The staff were great, balconies and spacious rooms. The water coming out of the taps smells like rust, and so does the pool. To the point that the bathroom smells rusty right after a shower.

Cristian (8/5): Plusuri si minusuri - Locația este aproape de supermarket și piață. Camera a fost foarte spațioasă, iar piscina mare. Am avut apa zilnic gratuita si bar contra cost. Personalul foarte amabil, ne-a raspuns la fiecare intrebare si nelamurire. Micul dejun e ok, dar acelasi in fiecare dimineață: paine, gem, unt, croissant, oua, ceai si cafea. Overall, raportat pret calitate este super ok. Apa de la dus/robinet mirosea a rugina, un miros pregnant care ne ramanea pe piele... Dupa ce ni s a facut curat in camera, au venit furnicile...si nu 2-3, s au strans pe peretii din baie si chiar a aparut si un miriapod...au dat cu spray de gandaci, dar a doua zi am avut fix aceeasi problema...peretii erau negrii de la furnici. Nu am avut problema asta pana sa se faca curat in camera... Usa de la intrare era crapata si intrau prin crapaturi.

Kravan Siem Reap Boutique Villa (6/5): A bit problem in my friend and I stayed. - Room was large as I expected. Staff was kindness as Pretty women reception. Poor was nice Far from the city. Quiet Smell not good as I already inform to reception night auditor to spray smell in my room but when I comeback still the same smile but hotel big and beautiful.

YURY (9/5): Уютно и комфортно за приемлемую цену - Хороший уютный отель для недолгой остановки в Сием Рипе. По номеру отдельно стоит отметить подходящую для меня жесткость матраса, чистое бельё и просторность. Завтрак вполне достойный, всё, что нужно есть: кофе, выпечка, фрукты, пару видов горячих блюд и яичница (омлет), который готовится персонально. Бассейн - одно из преимуществ благодаря чему я выбирал именно это место. И он оправдал ожидания. Очень приятно окунуться после дня перемещений по городу и Ангкор Вату. Тук-тук всегда дежурит у отеля, но мы пользовались приложением, там выходило дешевле. Расположение не назвал бы идеальным т.к. вокруг уже деревня, прилегающая к Сием Рипу, но благодаря этому - тишина. А в самом отеле ты не чувствуешь, что находишься за городом, тем более, что город в паре кварталов.

Amrin (5/5): Not good experience - The price is good and the location is not far from eating place or central city. The staff is good and helpful. I expect better facilities from this place. The water barely reach the top level because of its less pressure. The mattress was not clean. There is no elivator only stair.

Emily (10/5): If you’re unsure, book this hotel!!! It made our time in Cambodia even more amazing. - All of the staff in this wonderful hotel were so lovely. I cannot believe it was just £6 a night (when we booked). The location was brilliant, just a short grab ride away from anywhere you need to be. Rooms cleaned every day, really comfortable beds, very spacious rooms, FREE BREAKFAST! (And it was so good) and the pool was great too. We just loved this hotel and it made our whole stay, we even extended by two nights. The only thing I can think of is that we put “Do Not Disturb” signs on our door a couple of times, and the cleaners came in to clean anyway. Not really an issue but we just didn’t need the room to be cleaned

Thomas (10/5): - Great staff. Nice atmosphere. I’ll stay again. I’ve actually already booked to stay again. The pool and layout of the building is excellent. Great value for the breakfast. Really appreciate the laid back atmosphere. Thanks to the staff for all they do.
Abigail (6/5): - Friendly staff Good location Sheets on the bed were stained/ needed to be replaced. First night they didn’t have the room we booked available. Be aware that there is no lift. Pool area is small for the size of hotel Shower soaked the whole of the bathroom

Clo (10/5): Super endroit - Super service, ménage chaque matin, personnel souriant, déjeuner buffet ok, belle piscine. Facile d'organiser les visites a Angkor. Nous avons décidé de rester tout notre séjour a Siem reap. Petite suggestion mettre un rideau de douche pour éviter de mouiller toute la salle de bain.

Andy (7/5): - Beim Nachtdienst wegen einer kaputten Glühbirne Bescheid gegeben, die wurde am nächsten Tage während des Frühstücks gewechselt . Reinigungskraft hat nie die Tür abgeschlossen nach dem sie das Zimmer gereinigt hatten, trotz allen Sachen im Zimmer. Bei Ankunft Zimmer ohne Fenster bekommen, trotz Buchung mit Balkon und Stadt Blick. Toilettensitz war lose, man bekam vom Personal nur die Antwort das es normal wäre in einigen Zimmern
Holly (7/5): - The staff were lovely. Breakfast was okay the egg station was nice. The hotel is set far back from the main road , it’s really out the way and a dark dirt road at night which isn’t ideal. Laundry service was fast. Location, noise from outside the room, no alternative milk option.

Cora (10/5): Fantastische Aufenthalt in riesigem Zimmer - Riesige Zimmer und Betten, super Wasserdruck in der dusche Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal Tägliche Zimmerreinigung Busticket konnten gekauft werden, hier Sauberer Pool mit Handtüchern Dass wir nicht noch länger geblieben sind 😉

Fabio (10/5): I planned to stay three nights, ended up staying a week and would gladly come back again. - Everything was perfect. Very kind and welcoming staff, amazing breakfast included in the price, spacious and very clean room. Incredible value for money, I felt really comfortable and at home during my stay. Nothing.

Catalina (10/5): Simplemente perfecto: Staff, pieza y piscina - Nuestra estancia en Central Blanche Residence fue simplemente perfecta. Elegimos este lugar para nuestra luna de miel y no pudimos haber tomado una mejor decisión. Desde que llegamos, el staff nos recibió con una amabilidad única. Tuvieron el detalle de decorar nuestra habitación de forma hermosa, lo que hizo nuestra llegada muy especial. La piscina es deliciosa y el ambiente muy tranquilo. Gracias por hacer nuestro viaje inolvidable. El lugar esta a 15 minutos caminando del mercado nocturno (para nosotros ideal ya que nos gusta estar lejos del ruido, buen acceso con taxi y tuk tuk) Nada!

George (7/5): Pleasant. - The view from my balcony. The bathroom. It can be 1) better designed; 2) have a shower curtain to prevent the whole bathroom from getting wet; and 3) have better water pressure. It fact, the bathroom should be renovated.
