Julie (10/5): Simply the best! - We quite simply adored every aspect of our stay at Villa Selalu. It is a stunning location, the villa is the ultimate in luxury and isolation, the staff are all so friendly and helpful, and the food of the highest quality. We plan to return as soon as we possibly can to share the experience with family. Shoutouts to manager extraordinaire Stanis, Nursan the pro cocktail maker, Putu the wonder chef, Usman the happiest helper, Jay the turtle whisperer and Belinda the conductor of the whole stunning orchestra! There is absolutely nothing we could say negative about this place, it is just that good!
Simone (10/5): Traumhaft schönes Haus in einer unglaublichen Landschaft - Die Lage der Villa ist traumhaft. Vom Hügel aus hat man eine fantastische Aussicht in alle Richtungen. Die Ruhe ist wohltuend. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt ein Spielzimmer, dass unsere Kinder sehr toll fanden. Der Pool könnte ein bisschen mehr gereinigt werden. Man ist nur selten ganz alleine und er Villa, da es viel Personal gibt. Das ist zwar schön, aber manchmal fehlt etwas die Privatsphäre.
Jeannette (10/5): Traumhafte Zeit - Wir haben 14 wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Selalu verbracht. Das Anwesen ist ein Traum und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert. Es ist so warmherzig und freundlich. Die Ruhe und Privatsphäre sind einzigartig. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen. Dass wir süchtig nach der Villa Selalu geworden sind. ;-)
Capree (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything about it. The villa itself was incredibly luxurious with all the luxuries one would expect from a 5 start resort (massive infinity pool, large bedrooms with equally large bathrooms and outdoor showers, a huge lounge and dining area, etc.) but with the added bonus of being the only villa on the hill on the peninsula side which makes it feel very remote with no other guests, which made it ideal to relax and wind down. We also enjoyed being pampered by the onsite staff who were always friendly and attentive - we got quite badly sunburned after a whole day of snorkelling and the staff prepared freshly cut aloe vera on ice which was a lifesaver and they kept ensuring there was plenty of it for the remainder of our stay. They also put in a lot of effort to decorate our dining table with flowers and candles each night, it's these sorts of touches that we really appreciated and made us feel very pampered - best of all, we had them all to ourselves. Gili Gede itself is a great location - it is not packed with people (at least not when were were there end of April), it feels quite remote and a little primitive - no retail shops, just a few tiny 'warungs' and a handful of small hotels and villas dotted around the island.

Karine (10/5): Exceptional - A huge and warm thank you to the whole Villa Selalu team! What hospitality and warm place! From start to finish, we enjoyed impeccable, personalized service! The staff are always happy to oblige, but respect our privacy! The meals were exceptionally good, with a personalized ambiance (decor, floral arrangements, dinners on the rooftop and the jetty just like a honeymoon). The villa is grand, and very clean! The suite we had was amazing and luxurious. This place definitely gave us a break. We loved the boat trip to see the sunset and the bicycles we borrowed to tour the lovely Gili Gede. Two nights were not enough to enjoy all that Villa Selalu has to offer! We'll definitely have to return. Alone, as a couple or as a family, the experience can only be perfect! Among our best moments, we'll long remember the wonderful sunsets on the roof! Many thanks to Yudi, Chef Putu, Belinda and the whole team!

With your private little secluded beach and boat!! The villa itself with its designish look and incredibly layout is breathtaking, the views, the sunrise and sunset are unbeatable. You get pampered by the amazing stuff with 5 star service and the most delicious food.You can do boat - and snorkeling trips to the beautiful islands surrounding you, what more can you ask for! We just didn't want to leave and will be back for sure!
