• hidemasa (9/5): エクセレント - 駅から近く、スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。 朝食は、おかずがワンプレートですが、ボリューム満点でした！ 朝食の時間が7時からですが、ワンプレートが出てくるまでの時間がけっこう掛かり、出勤を急ぐ方はドキドキです。せめて6時45分からにして頂けると余裕を持って食べられると思います。

• Maho (8/5): - 駅から近くで清潔感があり、ランドリーも手頃な価格で利用できました。清掃のスタッフの方も挨拶をしてくださり好印象です。 シャワーと手洗いの切り替えが必要で、温度調整をする必要があるのがほんのちょっと手間でした。現在、周りで工事をしているので景色を楽しみたい方や音に敏感な方は気になるのではと思いました。

• Terue (6/5): - 滞在初日の翌朝、フロント奥のレストランで朝食をいただいていた際、ホテルのアメニティであるナイトウェア姿のまま、明らかに起床直後と分かるような状態の男性が朝食会場に現れ、とても驚きました。 周囲のお客様も皆さん驚いた様子で、特に外国人のお客様の中には、戸惑いや不快感を示されている方もいらっしゃいました。 もちろん、他の宿泊客としては、直接的な被害がない限り何かを言える立場ではなく、その場では見て見ぬふりをするしかありませんでした。しかし正直なところ、せっかく楽しみにしていた朝食の時間が台無しになり、食後にゆっくりコーヒーを楽しむ気持ちも失せてしまいました。 このホテルに厳密なドレスコードがないとしても、公の朝食会場にそのような格好で来られるのは、マナーとして適切ではないように感じます。 また、レストランはフロントのすぐ近くにあり、スタッフの方々も状況に気づいていたと思われますが、特に対応がなかったことにも驚きました。ホテル側には、他の宿泊客への配慮という観点から、必要に応じて一言お声がけいただきたかったです。 ホテル全体の雰囲気や質にも関わることだと思いますので、今後はこのようなケースへの対応方針を検討していただければ幸いです。

Food outlets and Lawsons within walking distance. Reception is on second floor. Luckily outside appearance of hotel is distinctive and therefore easy to find. Access was slightly impeded due to building works next door however there was no noise from these. Nothing, as expected

• SHIHO (10/5): 特に問題なく快適に過ごせました。 - 全てがシンプルで分かりやすい。チェックアウトはエレベーター前の箱にカードキーを入れるだけなのでとてもスムーズでした ユニットバスなので少し狭さを感じたのとシャンプー、コンディショナーを使った後髪の毛ががキシキシするのがちょっと気になったので、次回は持参します。
• MAKOTO (8/5): 抜群のパワーブレックファスト - ビッグブレックファスト、生野菜、ふんわりオムレツ、パン、スープ、 大きなベーコン、パン、ドリンクなどと充実。朝食付き宿泊にして良かった。だだっ広いスペースで落ち着いて食するのは良いもの、混雑するビュッフェ形式にない神戸感を味わえた。 周辺の工事中で出入り口がわかりにくかった。

• Michelle (3/5): Veel te duur voor vies hotel - Ruime kamer De kamer rook naar zweet. De badkamer rook naar urine. De kamer zelf was best ruim ingedeeld. De badkamer daarin tegen was heel erg klein. Je kon er amper in bewegen. Het ontbijt was ook echt heel duur voor wat je kreeg. Zou het niet aanraden.
