- Kethmini (8/5): Comfortable stay with great food and ambiance, but affected by pool and parking issues - The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We booked two double rooms and one family room, both double rooms had plenty of space and even included a separate pantry area. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The family room, which featured an attic, was also very spacious and added to the overall comfort of our stay. We really enjoyed the breakfast and it was delicious and satisfying. The villa itself is surrounded by lot of greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The only downside was the pool and parking. There are two pools on the property, but both seemed to have a very high level of chlorine. The strong smell was noticeable around the pool area, and while using the smaller pool, it caused eye irritation. Also, some of our friends noticed discoloration in their swimwear after using the pool. Parking was also a bit inconvenient, as there is no properly organized parking space. We often had to wait for other vehicles to be moved before we could leave the premises.

- Sajitha (10/5): Relaxing stay - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nirmala Villa Habaraduwa! The location is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Waking up to a symphony of birds and enjoying the view of the Pools and garden, with monkeys and squirrels nearby, was simply magical.The rooms are modern and well-equipped. The water pressure and hot water were exceptional – something you don’t often find in Sri Lanka. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with arranging a tuk-tuk and a scooter and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests.Breakfast was outstanding, featuring a generous buffet which was absolutely delicious. We would love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay!

Несколько корпусов, территория не большая, но очень зелёная, красивая, ухоженная, есть маленький искусственный водопадик, карпы плавают. Два бассейна, но они для нас оказались холодными к большому сожалению .....Завтрак- шведский стол, много острого, не удалось оценить их кухню, на вид красиво, но есть невозможно. Заказывала вечером в номер суп, т.к лил ливень и не смогли пойти в кафе, так я его ждала больше 1 часа, суп, кстати, был не плох и не острый. Номер нам достался шикарный, огромный, он больше моей квартиры....с лестницей на второй этаж, там лежали два матраса с бельем, дочь их соединила и получила одну огромную кровать, я спала внизу тоже на огромной кровати, на столько удобных номеров я ещё не встречала - огромный встроенный шкаф, дополнительные деревянные стеллажи у входа в душ, у входа в номер- есть куда повесить сушить купальники и полотенца, гладильная доска, утюг, телевизор, он правда не нужен, холодильник, чайник, посуда, доска разделочная, нож, ложки, вилки, и даже фумигаторы, правда некоторые были почти пустые, нет шампуней, гелей- они специально не кладут их, т.к. считают, что у людей может быть аллергия, позиционируют себя как ЭКО отель. Номер выходил на оба бассейна , два балкона, номер был тупиковый, нет лишних глаз, но было одно НО- т.к. номер двухэтажный, второй этаж треугольный и там не было никаких занавесок/жалюзи. С восходом солнца просыпались и мы, солнце просто как прожектор светило в глаза, так что берите маску для глаз и беруши, где то по соседству лаяла собака по утрам. Несмотря на некоторые неудобства- отель супер, расположение хорошее, планируем все равно в него вернуться дня на три, сестре показать)

Waking up to a symphony of birds and enjoying the view of the Pools and garden, with monkeys and squirrels nearby, was simply magical.The rooms are modern and well-equipped. The water pressure and hot water were exceptional – something you don’t often find in Sri Lanka. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with arranging a tuk-tuk and a scooter and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests.Breakfast was outstanding, featuring a generous buffet which was absolutely delicious. We would love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay!

When I requested to see the room which I booked before paying the lady who was in charge refused to show us our room. Instead she asked me to check the photos of our room on my phone through www.booking.com. I have been a www.booking.com customer since 2008 and never experienced a similar attitude in Sri Lanka or in abroad. I cancelled my reservation and reserved a room in Haru Ahangama .

- Lakmal (10/5): Superb Wi-Fi Speed - The location is great, away from the hustle and bustle of town, but just a short walk away (5 minutes). The property is beautiful and very serene. We had a lovely surprise when we arrived as they upgraded us to the Superior Triple, which, I have to say, was truly outstanding. Huge room on a high level with amazing close pool views on both sides of the room. Food and drinks at the hotel are excellent. You will definitely not be disappointed if you choose this hotel. Nirmala Villa is superb.

- Sangeetha Jagan (3/5): Not recommended - The ambience looked good, but there are a lot of snakes which makes the ppace scary to move around. There was a 10 hours power shut down (every Wednesday) during the day and the staff failed to inform us about it. I had been with my father who is 87 years old and it was very difficult to manage without power for more than 6 hours in a hot summer day (33° C temperature). Other than a single soap, there's nothing kept for the guests and the reason given was "Different guests would use different brands and the hotel can't cater for individual needs and hence the guests had to bring their own toiletries". Also there was a construction going on causing heavy pounding noise making it very difficult to stay inside the room.
- Tony (5/5): Avoid if you want a peaceful stay. Lots of building works and days without power. - The property could be nice but just lacks currently in most areas compared to most Sri Lankan stays. The main gripe was the building works starting at 8:00 - 8:30 every day nobody mentioned this in the booking or when we arrived and paid in full. We were also not told the power would be off for an entire day which I thought was really poor. The staff are nice but not like most Sri Lankan stays it is far more “you’re just staying there”. These are not small building works so I would expect them to go on for Atleast several months.

The two girls at the reception were so funny and friendly; they really made our stay enjoyable. If you're planning to stay here, I highly recommend booking one of the larger rooms. - Yannic (10/5): Our favorite stay in Sri Lanka with excellent value for money and we would gladly come back. - Out of the seven accommodations we stayed at in Sri Lanka, this is the one we can recommend most without hesitation. The property offers outstanding value for money, and both the accommodation itself and the overall facility are of a very high standard, closer to what many travelers would expect from Western standards than most other places we experienced in Sri Lanka. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. There are two beautiful pools, both very enjoyable, and the pool with the natural tiles is especially worth mentioning. We also liked that the pools have different depths, so they are suitable for different preferences. Breakfast was served as a buffet, which made it easy for everyone to find something they liked, with a small variation from day to day. Another big plus was the convenient WhatsApp contact, which made it easy to order things or ask questions in English at any time. The villa is located in Habaraduwa, which we also really liked. The area feels much less touristy and offers a more authentic Sri Lankan atmosphere. At the same time, the essentials are all easy to reach on foot, including pharmacies and a grocery store (Cargills). The beach nearby is beautiful, natural, and usually quite empty, which made it very special for us. It is also easy to get to Ahangama and Unawatuna or Galle by tuktuk. We felt so comfortable here that we even extended our stay, and we would happily come back anytime. We were extremely satisfied overall. The only small point is that communication with some of the younger staff could occasionally be a little difficult because of limited English, but this was never a major problem. The village itself is also rather quiet, with only a small choice of shops and restaurants, which may or may not suit every traveler.

Ми не знайшли шось цікаве для себе поруч, але гарні пляжі, заклади було зручно дістатись на таксі або тук тук . Номер був погано прибраний, але прибирання під час перебування було дуже добре. Є достатньо місця щоб посушити речі, є кондиціонер та вентилятор. Наша сімʼя жила в іншому корпусі там значно свіжіші та приємніші кімнати Нам зробили підвищення категорії номера (ми бронювали двомісний, а отримали тримісний номер) безкоштовно, про яке ми не просили і було відчуття що це зробили спеціально щоб заселити кімнату в якій ніхто давно не жив, бо в кімнаті не відчувалась свіжість , прибирання було давно тому було достатньо пильно та повно мертвих комах. Ванна кімната потребує ремонту в також було погано прибрано після попередніх гостей в душовій. Але після поточного прибирання кімната виглядала значно краще ніж під час заселення. Пляж в 10 хвилинах пішки але він не є дуже гарним для того щоб плавати. Їжа на сніданках дуже одноманітна, місцева, кожен день майже одне й те саме, це втомлює. Одного разу замовляли обід було не смачно і достатньо дорого

Heel leuk ontbijt en diner tentje op loopafstand (Heimat Hugs). Zwembad eigenlijk niet gebruikt, personeel erg vriendelijk. Mega grote kamer. Niks op aan te merken zoals alles in Sri Lanka super positief!
- Yana (7/5): Смешанные чувства - Опишу свой личный опыт и выскажу своё субъективное мнение. Из плюсов, сам отель хорош, красивая зелёная территория. Две теплых бассейна с разной глубиной, что подойдёт даже для самых маленьких детей. Красивый водопад, который заглушал шум с дороги. Большой номер, кухня, туалет, горячая вода. Удобная кровать и подушки. Из минусов: из мыльно-рыльных только один кусочек мыла (объясняют это тем, что у гостей может быть аллергия, по мне это просто обычная экономия), в нормальных отелях всегда необходимое есть в наличии. Изначально должна была быть качель на террасе, как указано в забронированном варианте проживания, но дали самый обычный стандартный номер, но в целом терраса норм, НО когда кто-то курит на соседней террасе, всё тянет на твою и это ужасно. Один из бассейнов был мутный, но ребенок предпочёл купаться именно в нём, сказал, что он больше. Я простудилась и когда я сообщила об этом сотрудникам, они никак не отреагировали и не предложили помощь, попросила градусник, сначала сказали, что нет его, он утерян, потом всё же принесли (возможно купили новый). В общем какой-то заботы и переживания от своих гостях и в помине нет. Из самого разочаровавшего, это ресторан в отеле, такое ужасное карри я не ела ни разу за свою жизнь мясо 5% остальное жир и кости, об этом я тоже сообщила управляющим, но они опять никак не отреагировали. Тупо принесли чек за еду. К тому же в чеке была позиция, которую я не заказывала, я это заметила, на что тоже не получила никаких извинений! На завтрак ребенок попросил омлет без овощей и зелени в нём, но ей всё равно сделали с ними. С самого утра проходили ремонтные работы и весь день был стук по потолку, это было невыносимо, я попросила прекратить шум, но только 2 часа было тишины, потом снова продолжили стучать. В общем возвращаться не хочется, один из самых не удачных моих опытов на Шри.

Комната дабой рум, спальня метров 30+санузел+кухня с мойкой, чайником и холодильником. Всё чистенькое. На территории два бассейна. Завтрак по принципу «шведский стол», однообразно, но вкусно. В отеле можно заказать обед/ужин по меню. Очень много зелени, ты как в джунглях, приходят обезьяны, летает много птиц, ползают ящерки. Находится в 10 минутах ходьбы от пляжа, автобусной и жд станции Хабарадува.

Nagyon vigyáznak a természetes környezet megőrzésére. 2 medencéje is van, amely gyerekek számára is megfelelően kialakított. A reggeli szinte ugyanaz volt minden nap, de a minősége megfelelő. Habaraduwa a szokásos sri-lankai település. A turisták még nem nagyon fedezték fel, ennek megfelelően sok lehetőséget nem is kínál. Az apartman szálló kb. 10 percre van a tengerparttól, át kell menni a kaotikus forgalmú főúton és a többnyire elhanyagolt út menti épületek között lehet elérni a szép homokos partot. A tenger itt fürdésre nem nagyon alkalmas az erős hullámzás miatt. A parton szerény éttermek vannak.

- Piotr (7/5): Ogólnie ok na jedną noc. - Przestronne pokoje, piękny ogród, mili ludzie, działająca klimatyzacja, ciepła woda, piękna rozległa plaża do której trzeba kawałek dojść przez ruchliwą ulicę. Blisko do dworca kolejowego. Hałas. W obiekcie trwa budowa. Pokoje usytuowane są bardzo specyficznie, widok na basen nie oznacza że to widok z okna tylko ze wspólnego tarasu, klatki schodowej. Łazienka jest ślepa, z oknem na coś w rodzaju pionu technicznego połączonego z kuchnią na parterze, z których wydobywają się dźwięki i zapachy. W łazience masz zapach przygotowywanego jedzenia. Pomieszczenia są na tyle duże i wysokie że tworzy się echo, słychać budowę, jakaś pewnie pompę wody i hałasy z kuchni. Na pewno pokoje typu suite, te najdroższe nie mają tego problemu bo są w innym budynku.

Уборка номера по запросу, удобный новый матрас. Хорошие завтраки по системе шведского стола. 1. Постельное белье и подушки не свежие (даже при замене). Простыни в пятнах, а подушки пропитаны потом предыдущих постояльцев. 2. Помещение ванной комнаты имеет открытые решетки, которые не закрываются, и звуки из ресторана постоянно доносятся в номер, даже при закрытой двери между комнатой и ванной. Это особенно мешало , когда нужно было выспаться перед ранним подъемом, шум постоянный с 6:30 до 23:00. 3. Оказалось, что при включенном в проживание завтраком, отель не предоставляет завтрак с собой на раннюю экскурсию.

- Mario (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt - Personal mit Schwächen - Sehr tolle Anlage mit zwei echt schönen Pools. Alles super grün, haben an einigen Tagen sogar Äffchen gesehen. Lage ist top und der Strand am Ort ist fantastisch. Super ruhig, haben gar nicht verstanden, warum da so. Wenig Leute sind. Personal war bemüht, aber es gab immer wieder kleinere Probleme. Haben da einen Roller gemietet, aber der Helm ging nicht zu, einen anderen gab es nicht. Beim Abendessen wurden Sachen falsch gebracht, obwohl ja per WhatsApp kommuniziert wird. Teilweise hatten wir einen komischen Geruch im Badezimmer. Größtes Problem war aber die Lautstärke des Personals an der Küche/im Durchgang neben unserem Zimmer. Es wurde sich extrem laut unterhalten, egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Hätten uns da etwas mehr Awareness gewünscht. Wir hatten alles in allem eine sehr sehr schöne Zeit, aber ein paar Dinge haben uns dann doch gestört.

Our original room was directly above kitchen which started work around 6am . The vents in the room let all the noise in but luckily we were able to move room.
- indunil (1/5): Do not Trust this Bugger : Unreliable: Ruined our Holiday Plans with a last-minute - nothing ,, its the worst thing happened to me really annoying Do not book here if you want a guaranteed stay. They messaged me the day before check-in claiming an A/C breakdown and asked ME to cancel the booking from my end. They did not cancel it themselves (likely to avoid penalties). This was peak season, and their refusal to honor the booking left us stranded with no time to find an alternative. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I suspect this property prioritizes higher-paying walk-ins over confirmed online bookings. On the day of check-in, they claimed the A/C was broken and insisted I cancel the reservation myself. If the room was truly unavailable, the property should have handled the cancellation and offered an alternative. Instead, they left us to deal with the mess and totally ruined our plans. What confirms their dishonesty is that they claimed the repairs would take 'more than 1 week,' yet they are still online accepting new reservations for those same dates. Do not trust this property with your holiday plans.
- Olga (7/5): I would not choose it a second time, because there are better and kinder places in Sri Lanka. - Very spacious rooms, kitchenette, comfortable large beds. Very kind personal in the kitchen (at breakfast time) and in the cleaning service. Breakfast is very uniform. No vegetables. Eggs are 3 different ways of cooking. Local desserts, but not every day. Too sweet juice. Coffee is tasteless. Cleaning must be requested if you stay longer than 3 days. If you don't ask, then the room is not cleaned. Very kind personal in the kitchen (on breakfast) and in the cleaning service. breakfast very uniform. no vegetables. eggs 3 different ways of cooking. local desserts, but not every day. juice oversweetened. coffee unpalatable. cleaning must be requested if staying more than 2 days. There was no hot water, we informed the staff about it, but no improvements were made within 7 days.

- Kamila (7/5): - Pokój był duży i czysty. Brak prywatnego balkonu. Balkon to wspólny taras na który prowadzi wyjście z pokoju. Oznacza to, że albo będziesz miał zaciągnięte zasłony i brak dziennego światła w pokoju, albo gości przechodzący dalej do własnych pokoi będą Cię widzieć.

- Saizana (9/5): Хабарадува - Чистый, уютный отель. Заселили в новый корпус в 40 номер на 4 этаже. Мой номер был очень хорошим, чистым. Все было новое. Единственный минус отеля то что с 8 часов утра гремели, стучали, сверлили, ходили туда-сюда рабочие, между собой переговаривались/смеялись...и так каждый день с утра до вечера. Но мне это не мешало т.к. я просыпалась рано, уходила на завтрак, не торопилась возвращаться в номер. По возвращению включала музыку, кино или уходила на прогулки/пляж/экскурсии. Сам отель находится в 12 минутах ходьбы от "главной улицы". Я боялась ходить одна без друзей т.к. кругом джунгли, безлюдое место, местами заброшеные дворы и участки. В одно ужасное утро мне все таки пришлось пойти одной до аптеки, и как раз на заброшеном участке послышался стук, и из зарослей кустов вылез мужчина с огромным ножом "Мачете" со словами "хелоу, Мадам"....Я понимаю сейчас, что он там в зарослях рубил ветки, но тогда я испугалась до жути!!!!! Бежала как ужаленная😂И эта ситуация отбила навсегда ходить пешком до отеля. На завтраке не было разнообразия: яйца (вареные, жареные, скрэмбл), кофе/чай, тосты, блины/булочка, сосиски, масло, джем, фрукты ( арбуз, бананы, манго), сок мега сахарный. Все. Кстати, территория отеля мне очень понравилась, зеленая, ухоженная. Достроят корпус будет вообще красота! Очень долго ждать приходилось заказ ужина. В информации об отеле написано что уборка раз в 3 дня, на 4 день никто так и не пришел, на 5 сама попросила все таки убрать номер. И почему-то отказались организовывать трансфер в аэропорт.

- Hans (9/5): Was echt TOP! - Eigenlijk vrijwel alles. - hele grote mooie kamer, grote badkamer en zelfs een keuken - fijn zitje ervoor met fan en uitzicht op prachtige tuin met zwembad - superaardig personeel - netjes alles/goed onderhoud en schoon In avond teruglopen (dat doen we graag) klein stukje door het donker. Alleen zou ik dan natuurlijk een tuktuk nemen. Als wij ooit terug komen in Sri Lanka dan absoluut ook weer hier!
