• Sigrid (5/5): Die Lage ist top! - Die Wohnung im 4. Stock ist sensationell. Gut ausgestattet, neue Bäder, ein kleines Museum mit Bibliothek und vielen Aufenthaltsräumen. Die Wohnung im 1. Stock ist sehr dunkel, weil man nur in den Innenhof blickt. Sie war sehr kalt und über den Airconditioner nicht warm zu kriegen. Ausstattung war schwach.

• Rosalinda (10/5): Sehr gerne wieder - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und vermittelt direkt einen einladenden Eindruck. Auch das Hotel selbst ist gepflegt und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist hervorragend und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

La posizione è comoda per raggiungere a piedi molte attrazioni della città, rendendo il soggiorno pratico e piacevole. Ideale per chi cerca indipendenza e una sistemazione centrale. In caso di problemi, l’assistenza è risultata poco disponibile: dopo un episodio spiacevole ho chiesto aiuto per visionare le riprese di una telecamera esterna, ma sono stato indirizzato a un amministratore/studio legale che ha risposto in modo poco cordiale e senza fornire supporto. Inoltre, il bagno è un po’ datato e presenta angoli con umidità, aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato.

The shower we got the glass door on us when we closed the door. It was missing glass, dishcloth, dish brush. It was difficult to find a parking space. When we found one that took care of the rental car, we had to pay 50 euros for two nights.

The bedroom had good storage so we could hang our clothes. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and noisy. There were 5 of us so 1 person slept on it. After 1 night two of my friends swapped, and they were uncomfortable too. The smaller bedroom didn't have a wardrobe we could use or we couldn't open it, but it was ok as we could use the storage in the master bedroom.

• Jennifer (9/5): A gem in the middle of Palermo - The place is of a sidestreet coming from one of the main roads in Palermo. Do not be fooled by the door, as with many places in Italy/Sicily you cannot judge a book by its cover, te property itself has multi layered security and is very safe. We were delighted to find that the stay was bigger than we thought, easily fitting our family of 4 and could fit more. There were multiple areas of the apartment to enjoy and the kitchen was large. The AC in both bedrooms worked very well and the beds were comfortable. We def plan to stay here again when visiting Palermo. Not to do with the apartment but the parking in the area is limited. We did find some parking a 5 min walk away but be aware of parking fees etc.

Walkable distance to all the attractions we went. The bathroom is very tired! Had to mop the floor after shower even the host asked the technician to fix it, but the problem still exists. Also the cleaner doesn’t do the job very well as the towel heaters & shelves covered with dust.
