- Marc (4/5): Horrible experience with bad service - Amenities were good, but old. You have to know, that this is a love hotel with silly rules, which booking.com does not declare. Further, the staff made the stay very uncomfortable, they were stressed all the time when you wanted to get in touch with them. That was more a inspection room with CCTV that guests were not supposed to enter, so you have to talk with the staff outside in the cold. Room keys cannot be kept when you leave the "hotel", and they ask where you go. The room had no switches for the lights, so you all the time had to take out the room key to cut the energy. Breakfast service very inconsistent, every day the same ordered breakfast got less (American breakfast: Day 1 full burger, Day 2 just toast and egg, day 3 just toast).

- 簡 (4/5): 前一晚太掃興了，住的心情都被影響 - 1.早餐尚可，若是餐點的飲料，也能選擇，就更好（當天是吃焗烤厚片，但飲料附果汁，個人不喝有糖飲品，能改黑咖啡就不錯） 1.性價比低，與周遭其他家旅社相比，收費高，理應要有一定的品質，但房內設施（浴缸spa出水頭零件噴出）卻還有瑕疵，回報客服，卻說不影嚮功能，不處理，整個來放鬆的心情都沒了，深怕若在繼續使用，萬一有其他零件也掉落出來，退房時，也無人針對前一晚反應的事情，來與我們說明，客服危機處理很差
