Весь отель оформлен со вкусом, хозяева позаботились обо всем. Есть уютный дворик, можно пользоваться посудой на кухне. До исторического центра Тбилиси рукой подать.

В номере чисто, все необходимое есть. Заселили быстро, сумки до номера помогли донести. Очень уютное место,. С нашего номера был выход на открытую веранду, вечером там ужинали с видом на ночной город
• Mozharov (10/5): - Очень уютный отель в тихом районе, но в двух шагах от центра, персонал приветливый и доброжелательный. Есть общественная стиральная машина, можно бесплатно постирать одежду. Очень мягкие матрасы, спина не отдыхает. Но это общая беда, матрасы нормальной жесткости я только в очень дорогих отелях видел.

• Nenad (9/5): Superb - Heyvany has cool decorations that make it interesting. The staff is really nice and polite. When you go there, they make you feel welcome. The place has a nice vibe that makes it fun to be in. They pay attention to small things in how they decorate, which makes it special. Whether you're eating alone or with friends, the atmosphere is great. The staff always make sure you're taken care of.
• Ajeesh (9/5): Superb - The rooms and all areas are like a resort made of wood. It was a different experience for us. Very friendly staff Mr Vaso and his good dog dixi. We stayed for two days. Everyone should visit from june to october to see the grapes and anar tree blossoms.

Location was a 15min walk from the old town center, not the nicest but not too bad either. The 4 people room with two rooms, in the second room had a sofa that was only French size so a bit thight for 2 adults.

The property claims that they are open to enter 24/7, however when we came back at 2 AM, the staff was sleeping and they also started to complaint about us being late. Make keys for every body or don't complaint about it, come on! Tbilisi is a vacation destination, it is only natural that people get back late.
• Natalia (9/5): Superb - Superb staff, very comfy bed, good localization and very nice and cozy patio when you sit, relax and integrate with other guests. Some dirt under the bed and dirty balcony, but it's hard to blame since it was covered with grape vines. No views from there.

• Elmar (8/5): Nice and quiet hostel in an old township of Tbilisi. - Heyvani is a calm place situated in the "Armenian" Old City of Tbilisi. Shopping is three blocks away. The center of town is 1 km away and can be reached on foot. There is a nice and shady garden. Breakfast must be ordered separately for delivery. My room would have accomodated 2+1 persons , but is ideal for just two. I
